I found Rose wholesale while searching for some nice looking cotton blousse. The blouses I found I loved the styles and they looked great. And the price were great. Well you get what you pay for. First their sizes is from 2 to 3 U.S. size differences. A medium is a US XS. And a XL is a U.S. medium. Second the cotton fabric wasn't cotton and the sewing is awful. Strings hanging on all seams. I also purchase some hair accessories about 7. One came broke. I would recommend you add some money and find a U.S. site.

Check your sizes, as I read some reviews indicating that they were a smaller size than expected, thanks for that information. I choose the next size up and had no problems! I ordered a dress from rose wholesale. I waited two months and I didnt receive the dress. When I contacted them, I was told that the package is lost. I asked them to refund me. They said that it is their company's policy that they can't refund me more than $10, however the dress was expensive than that, and I had paid for shipping too. Finally, after sending many emails back and forth for three months, I was refunded only $12. I will never buy anything from rose wholesale again. Very unprofessional and FRAUD.

They sell clothes that are not the size that they post on the site. I looked at Medium and the bust was 33-35.5 and when the dress arrived, I measured it and it was 29" at the bust. They do not take back clothes that are small and they expect customer to pay for return mail but their policy on returns is horrible

I love rose wholesale with fashion needs changing daily its very economical site. Shipping timings are very reasonable so is shipping cost. They ship most of jewelry for free. And customer service is also very prompt in replying.
Ordered four items that looked darling in the pictures... 6 weeks later a wadded up package arrived with the items. I normally wear a size 8, but ordered XL just to make sure they would fit. Could not even begin to put them on... they might fit a child's doll but no human over the age of 10. Quality was SO poor, cheap materials, sewing, etc. Was told by company in order to return I would have to take pictures of the items, show in centimeters where they were too small, get a special ticket number from the company, and pay shipping and duty charges to return to China... don't get suckered into this... they got their money from me, but save yours!

What you see on the site is not what you get. So I ordered a few online dresses from Rosewholesale 1 month and 3 weeks ago. I finally received my order today 8 July 2015, What i expected and what i got was shocking. Very bad quality material and the sizes are very small. I think the goods are made in China so the clothing is made for short anorexic people. The dresses are actually tops a they are way too short. What i paid for the goods and what i got was shocking. Do not order from this site as you still need to pay tax on the goods when it lands here in South Africa. This is unacceptable. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS ONLINE STORE... its daylight robbery.

I am warning all consumers not to purchase items from this company. You will be disappointed! I just got my shipment yesterday and the clothing doesn't look anything like the items in the photos. The fabric is not even the fabric listed an the items appear as though they have been made at someone's home. The items are irregular as well. In addition, you will not be able to successfully get a resolution because the items are coming from out of the country, which basically means you are out of money and stuck with poor quality clothing.

I ordered 7 dresses. 4 for me and 3 for my daughter. My Daughter ended up with my 2XL dresses (she is a normal sized teenage girl) and her Mediums are hanging in a closet. I had my order deliver with one damaged item, two missing which they then sent, and items that when measured do not match there size chart so its useless getting measured and checking the size chart to order the correct size. Is this even legal? They look nice online but totally different when received! I tried to post a review for one of the dresses I received but I guess first they review it before they decide to post it. So reading the reviews wont help. They want me to close a dispute on paypal before they give me the refund they promised, this is not acceptable.

First piece of advice: stay away from this company. The clothing material is cheap, the products do not look like the photos, and it will take months for the package to arrive.
If it's too late and you have already purchased from them, then my advice is to file all complaints directly to Paypal via the Dispute Resolution Centre. I finally managed to get a refund this way.
Do not bother dealing with the Rosewholesale complaints system. It is a farce. They really only start taking notice of your complaint if you go directly to Paypal, or Visa, or Mastercard. Goodluck with your dispute!
