UPDATE: As customer service person replied here I thought I should update - As I expected, they do not give the option to get a refund. They offer store credit (which is silly because that implies you can actually buy something successfully) or you get your item resent. I asked for a resend, because I am a masochist.
Original: Finally past the 60 business day delivery window (they didn't ship until mid August) with no item arriving. This is how long they ask you to wait before they will refund (not that I actually think they will give me a refund). The fact that it's been almost 100 days since I placed the order makes me giggle.
I and many other reviewers would not recommend.
My question is when will I received my orders I understand it was returned to you so far no one contacted me? My number 561-424=1116

I would like to know where my order is? I have filed 2 complaints on the website and told I will get a response in 24 hours which doesnt not happen. This place is horrible! The rare people submitting positive reviews for RoseWholeSale are more than likely paid or bots. Anyway, in a nutshell it's been over 2 months since my order and I have not received my package. I contacted customer support and sent a couple of messages back and forth regarding my missing package. They asked me to confirm my details such as name/address/phone number which I did. Everything they had on file was correct. The support representative sent me a FINAL message stating that my ticket would be closed because it's a duplicate and I would need to talk to them on the other ticket. Ummmm I DON'T have a duplicate ticket open. This is just their way of saying they are not interested in resolving this issue. I have attached screen shots of the messages so that people can see exactly how they treat their customers. PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY. If you are looking for cute clothes at low prices, google your local cheap/discount clothing stores. I guarantee most of the items in those stores are imported from China. You may pay a little bit more, but I assure you that ordering from these overseas clothing stores will only cause you frustration and headache. Please review my screen shots. Good luck!
UPDATE! As of 11/11/2015 I still have NOT received my items or a refund. Shocker, right? I do however have a Paypal dispute against them open so we will see how that works out. I ordered five things from Rose Wholesale. Received four of them, all cheap quality. Flimsy. The fifth item never came. They don't provide phone numbers, of course, and when you write to complain, the site tells you that your order # is wrong so they won't answer your question. Funny thing is, I copied and pasted the order # from their confirmation form. How could it be wrong? So, they won't take calls, they won't acknowledge email complaints and questions, so in essence, we have no way of contacting them, and no way to get our money back.
