I submitted a ticket yesterday and have tried several times to contact the office located in NY with no answer. I order shirts for a bridal party and every one of them came in the wrong color. The sizes are also extremely weird. I tried on a medium as well as an XL that I order and they were exactly the same except the sleeves. I originally wanted to get my order fixed, but now I want to send them back and get a REFUND! I need to find new shirts for this bridal party ASAP now, seeing as the shower is next month.

I ordered 2 items on September 12. Shipping was outrageously expensive, so I paid for the cheapest option. The confirmation email said it would take 10-25 business days for the package to arrive. It's now October 28... I thought about contacting them, but after reading other reviews, I don't feel like it would be worth my time. It doesn't appear that anyone else got service for bugging them.
They value the hard work that goes into making money so little. They can sure suck the money out of your bank account with no problem, but evidently cannot figure out how to actually send you what you paid for. Hope my money was worth it, Rose Wholesale. It takes me about 5 hours to earn what I wasted here. Absolutely disgusting. Do not waste your time or money here!

I ordered three items in June and have constantly chased them up about it since. I have been told they send the goods on the 16th June and it's still on its way, after several messages they said that when it passes 90 days i will get a refund, but now when i message them i don't get a reply.

I just received my sweatshirt that I was so excited for and I take it out and put it on and I look rediculous. It's a large and I'm a medium. So I figured it would have a little give to it but nope I'm so pissed off its not even funny. I love the shirt it's made well but there sizing is so far off its dumb. I saw a really cute item that was advertised for a little over $9. I even put in a coupon code to get 10% off but the price never went down. No big deal. Still continued with my purchase to see that they added an extra $10 on to my purchase. Okay, from 9 to 19 dollars. Still not a big deal. Ten dollar tax and shipping fee, right? No. Right before I put in my credit card info I see that they added on another 13 dollars for something else, and then even more money for tax and shipping. At the end of my purchase my jacket went from 9 dollars to 34. I exited out and will never go back on the website. I would have gladly spent $34 for the jacket. But not when it is advertised for 9 and then they try to snake you for the rest. They are a scam and do not deserve my money!
