I ordered an outfit August 11,2015 for fall. Here it is end of October and still haven't received my clothing. I have given up any hope of getting it. They are blaming the U. S for not delivering my package. I have been mailing things for 35 years through out the U. S and never has my items vanished. They are thieves, RUN!
Ordered two weeks ago and I have yet to receive an email and when I went on their website to see where it was it was still in processing which says takes no more than 7 days and in most cases takes 4 well it has been 14. I read all of the reviews after placing my order and wondered if I would ever see my merchandise. Even though I paid expedited shipping, it took 3 weeks to receive my order from start to finish. This being said - the merchandise are fine quality and I am pleased. Considering the low cost of the merchandise from the beginning, I do not mind and would order from them again.
I placed my order 6 days ago and paid $18 for expidited shipping and my order still says processing. The online chat doesn't work. The support button doesn't work. No way to get in touch with anyone about my order. Very disappointed. Do not order from this company. All the stuff is shipped from China and takes FOREVER to get to you Its been almost 4 months and I still dont have the item. I spent almost 150 dollars on an order, it arrived 2 1/2 months later, i actually forgot about it, the dresses took 3 months. I had to throw them all away because they were all garbage, nothing fit right, they were falling apart and one of the dresses i ordered had no arm holes or a neck hole. Just a blob of poorly made fabric. Tried to get ahold of them to return my order but nothing. Tried to file a claim on paypal and got denied. Ordered a shirt for my daughters Birthday, ordered it 10 days before her birthday paid for expedited shipping 3-7 business days. Here it is going on three weeks later and still no gift! I am extremely disappointed!
The worst online shopping experience in my life!
Two months ago I ordered 2 dresses (one lace vintage and red vintage) and scarf from rosewholesale.com. Before ordering I made proper measurements so I was sure I will not have any issues with wrong size.
I payed extra for faster shipping.
When I received my order I was shocked.
The red dress was not like on picture, but still pretty. The fabric and colour were absolutely different. Neck area was improperly made and random strings were all over the dress. I did some work with it so now it is good looking. Scarf was ripped in some places. I didn't complain about red dress and scarf but vintage lace dress was a real shock.
Lace dress was looking like a rag. First of all it was not a dress but short tunic. Second - the lining was about 17" shorter then actual dress skirt so when I was making pictures of this item i had to wear shorts. Third - waist line was right under my breasts. Finally- at the edges, the lace around the neck and sleeves was absolutely destroyed.
I still wonder to know how dare you people send such destroyed items to people. This is more or less a slap in the face.
Well I contacted support center immediately and sent pictures of lace dress... I got reply quickly and I was offered to pick some other item from website or they could refund my money. As I payed extra for shipping I decided to get replacement and picked Snow Boots. September the 2 I got confirmation that snow boots will be shipped. By the way that boots suppose to be shipped in 3 business days.
Today is 22nd of October and of course I am still waiting for my new item.
10/19/2015 I submitted a ticket to support center and described my problem. I asked was my new item shipped and why it takes so long. Today is 10/22/2015 and anyone didn't bother to contact me... Is it guaranteed personal reply within one business day?
I tried to contact Support Centre today but this is impossible. Live chat doesn't work either...

So, this company and their clothes keep popping up on my Facebook newsfeed, obviously because I usually "like" similar items. I decided to give them a shot because the reviews of the items on their own website were good and I could use a coupon code for a further discount. The total of 4 hoodies/sweaters was a little over $30, but when I got to shipping, the price sky-rocketed to $48 and change. I decided that it was still a good price for those items, so I began to make my payment. I only had $30 in PayPal, so I did the first part of my payment that way and then the screen popped up asking for the rest of my payment. As I started to put in that payment, the screen went away completely and I had to re-sign in to my account. When I did, something completely screwball happened and one of the sweaters was broken out of the order and placed in its own order priced at $18.73 and with no discount. The other 3 sweaters were put into their own order with "payment pending" and the amount was nearly what it was originally for all 4 items, $48.89. I tried to call them, the phone number doesn't work, I tried emailing, the screen is blank on all of my devices including my desktop computer. After reading the reviews here, I can only conclude that the whole site is a scam to get money and they don't provide products for sale. I am contacting PayPal and reporting them and posting comments on their Facebook page.
