I ordered two dresses for my girlfriend from this site which I needed to be shipped to Jamaica so I made the order a month and a half from when the dresses would be needed. After making the order almost two weeks after I noticed I haven't received any form of confirmation or notification that the package has need shipped, so I decided to contact them. Their contact number didn't work, neither did their online chat so the only thing I was allowed to do is submit a ticket (message) which they would respond to in their time. In my ticket I specifically told them if the package isn't going to be delivers before a specific date then I would like to cancel the order. Two days later I receive a reply to my ticket saying they will ship my package not staying whether or not it would be delivered in time. It is now OCTOBER 22nd 2015 I made the order September 9th 2015 and in my ticket requested that the package be delivered by October 20th. The package still has NOT been delivered yet and submitting a ticket is the only way to contact these people.

Confused
October 22, 2015

I ordered a sweater on 10/8/15 and paid for it with a credit card, but then I received an email saying please go pay for your item and we will arrange speedy delivery. I have no idea how to do it now. The live chat doesn't work and I can't get the email us link to work. I tried calling and nothing. Order number is HR**************. Help!

I made my purchase on August 31st and have yet to receive my order! Surely it doesn't take almost 2 months for something to get from China to Canada! There is also no means of getting in touch with their so called support team. There is a tracking link however, whenever I click on it, I always get, sorry your tracking information has not been updated! I'm very disappointed!

RoseWholesale is rip off

Placed my order on sept 4,2015 and received confirmation it was shipped on Sept. 5,2015. I have NEVER received my order. Tried calling them several times and you received dead air on the other line or no answer at all. Tried submitting a help ticket and it would not allow me to do that either. NO email address for them or address to mail a letter. RoseWholesale add on extra fee like track your package fee, so if you don't pay for tracking your package you never will know were your package is or received it. Unless you put out the extra money you will never see your order! RoseWholesale is a rip off!

I ordered a few items online and they sent me three payments that never got processed. Surprisingly I got a tracker number that has not moved for the last 8 days. I have emailed several times the company to clarify the issue and I have not received any response yet. Phone number and the live chat in the website are not working. This business is on the legal limit regarding consumers management. If this issue continues I'll get in contact with the state office that manages Scams companies to investigate this company's business.

This is crazy!

Dreadful Quality

Do not buy from these people. The quality is absolute rubbish - I order four dresses and they are all completely unwearable, like dishrags: with bits of fabric hanging off here and there, tears in the fabric, uneven hemlines; just appalling. They use photos of the 'real' thing and then just throw together something they think resembles the product. You are wasting your time and money dealing with them. I gave the dresses to my grandkids to play dress ups.

I am starting to feel like a fool after reading all of these reviews. In my excitement, I placed three different orders with the company. Now I realize what everyone else is saying: there is virtually no way to get in touch with this company. I want to check on my order from 9/23/15. It says it was shipped, but nothing has arrived after almost a month. I am still hopeful, but that is starting to wane with each passing day. 7 days ago I lodged an order with Rosewholesale on the advice of a friend, but although I can see the payment has been made the order is still stuck in "processing." Apparently this means it hasn't been even packaged yet? There are no phone numbers working and the support page doesn't even work at all! My order H************** was shipped on Sept 19th. Today is October 21st. Per my order shipment email the China Post will take 15-25 days to receive order. I am unable to track the order due to it states that the tracking number provided is invalid- BJ*******1500. I am not able to log back in to my account on RoseWholesale because it states that my email is now incorrect. This is not accurate. I am just trying to locate the shipment or ask for a refund if I am not going to receive the order. I am not able to contact the company by any means that are listed on the website.

Placed an order on the first of October, money is out of my account, but the order is still showing processing as of today 10/21. I thought I would be safe ordering a birthday gift on 10/1 for 10/30. I have a feeling it is not going to happen. According to FAQ's "handling time is 1-4 business days! NOT! And forget trying to contact them!
