Some more comments about my experience with RoseWholesale and their unprofessional, incompetent web.
When I complained about my order being incomplete and that it was absolutely impossible to contact them, they wrote inmediately, including a link that worked, saying that in 24 hours they were going to send my money back. Oh well, I though, after all hey are not so bad...
I answered thanking them and asking to, either send the item missing or refund my money.
Neither happened, No refund, no jacket and no more writing. When I tried to send another mail, the link did not work any more. Impossible to contact them, same as before. As expected.
Therefore, DO NOT BUY at RoseWholesale. They are reaching many many people with their low prices, but as I mentioned in my previous review prices are low if you get all the items you order but forget about low prices if you don't get what you have paid for.

I place an order in September and have still not received my item. I've had several emails back and forth telling me that it is being re-sent but still nothing! And now when I try my link to the item its saying that it's sold out now!

Call the number they phone and rings and rings and then it disconnects try to email it doesn't work try the chat line it doesn't work placed an order and have not received it then they want confirmation that you did receive it it's ridiculous I need refunds on some order some orders I still want what the HELL Cammie L.

I ordered a shirt 3 weeks ago and still haven't received it. After reading all the reviews I am afraid I will probably never get it or it will be too small. Also, don't bother trying to contact them, it is impossible. Someone needs to shut this site/business down!

Missing an item!

I am very upset! I just received my order and I am not happy with the quaity of the goods I received. The zips on the two dress are jammed. The quality of the fabrics is very very poor. In additition the set of handbags dont exactly look like what I ordered and the crossbody strap is missing. To make matters worse, theres no one to speak to about this who le mess. And one dress is missing from the order. The order cost me $148.00. Where do I go frm here?

Given Up after 3 months

I have given up on getting any kind of satisfaction from this company. I waited a long time for my clothing order, received part of my order and then it was too small. The maxi dress came in a package 9" x 7". Was supposed to be an X-large but my tiny neighbor might be able to wear it. All the things that others have reported have happened to me. Please! Save your money and don't order from this company. I have no hope of getting the top I ordered or getting my money back.

Waiting on order.

Have received one of three shirts ordered more than two months ago-if this is normal,(my daughter always remains unconcerned no matter how many months it takes for her orders from other companies to arrive), so be it-cannot expect inexpensive items from far away countries to arrive in a week! WHAT THE HELL!

Where are my two items that I ordered? It's been over 2 MONTHS. Seriously. I cannot contact you and your live chat simply doesn't work? Other wholesale manufacturers like Sammydress are great at being able to be contacted. If I don't receive my clothes in the next few days I will assume they're not coming and I will NEVER buy anything from them again.

It is a complete scan t 1st Oder was less than 200$ n not all came at ones it took few weeks 2 get t other stuff n stupid me I Oder about 280, it should had been here in less than a week it didn't I believe t keep t proses long t ask 4 ID n my card I had no problem w that I send it n no surprise not all my stuff got here n they send me n email off t things that will b ship after t time came n went n I try 2 get customer support n t link never appear, finally thanks god I pay tru pay pal they have taking action, n I finally was able to get tru costumer support n I email almost every day n now again t link is not opening. I ordered 2 shirts, a pair of jeans, and a watch. After paying $35+ for EXPEDITED shipping saying it would arrive in 3 days I received my items in about 3-4 weeks! All items were significantly smaller than the sizing chart described. The material was of the lowest possible quality. When disputing it YOU have to pay for shipping. There's NO FULL REFUNDS. It is SUPER difficult to dispute because you have to upload pictures WITH measuring tape included AND at a certain file size. Even when you get the file size perfect they still don't let you attach it you'll just get an error saying "file image. Jpeg ha false extension". This company sucks! Please avoid them at all cost.

Hello, where are you?

I ordered a very nice looking tan sweater jacket. It had cute sleeves, from the elbow down, that were fitted. What I got was an ugly brown kind of button less thing with a hood. And I ordered A lot of things for Christmas, in the beginning of November, did not receive any of it, until after Christmas. I had to go out and buy all gifts, after spending money already with rose wholesale. And the watches I ordered, I still have never received them. I am seriously considering calling the international FBI. They will do what no US Lawyer can. I have already looked up the number. All I have to do is pick up the phone. I ordered 2 dresses and haven't received them yet. Got one email when I ordered saying order will be shipped when payment has been received. I did pay them, it even came out of my account.
