Have had troubles from the start. Almost 2 months after ordering from them and nothing. Sending support tickets dont help as they are slow in replying and very unhelpful (just wait a few more days, just wait a few more days. Rinse and repeat).

Not recommended at all.

I read these reviews after ordering and got that sinking feeling in my gut that I just lost my money. However, after only two weeks, I received my blouse. It was folded very neatly in a compressed package, but was not damaged. I always order two sizes up if I can't try on which is good because their sizing is slightly different. Looks good with my corset and without. I wore it today without And got a lot of compliments. The midwaist belt thing does make me look slightly pregnant, but any blouse of this design would. It wont even show with the corset, so it's not a big deal. I bought it for a Halloween/renaissance costume and I think it'll work out well. I even will wear it out around town. I may have just got lucky with them, but I'm going to order from them again. And again, until they burn me as everyone has stated they did to them.

I have to be honest. I was a little nervous when I read all of the past reviews but am so glad I gave them a chance to redeem themselves. I have most of my items and the quality is not bad at all. I am waiting on two more Items that I ordered and am honestly not worried after seeing what I have so far. I was afraid the sizes were going to be a problem but they are pretty true to their sizes. The scoop neck sweat shirts do run a bit small so I am glad I ordered a large instead of a medium. I am very happy with my items and I look forward to placing another order soon.

I'm surprised

I was petrified after reading the bad reviews about this company! I ordered quite a few items and hadn't received any yet, fearing that I wouldn't I started a PayPal dispute immediately. However I received most of my order today and even though the sizing is way small, the items are not the bad quality that others have claimed! I didn't expect them to be perfect because of the cost but everything I received is wearable and is comparable to the photos advertised. I'm pleased with what I bought even though a few things will not fit me personally, I will give them to someone else.

Buyer beware!

Ordered 2 hats and a dress. The felt hats arrived folded into pie shaped wedges! I would have to find and pay for a milner to have them blocked and reshaped. The dress was shown to be knee length, full skirt and stated the fabric was cotton and polyester. The dress was mid-thigh,
Skin tight, high waisted and 100% shiney polyester. I sent an email on 9/22/15 and finally heard back on 10/18/15 - telling me to take pictues of the items and the tags, submit the pictures and they would decide if I could return the items. I have fiiled a complaint with Paypal. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!

Quality of material is crap!, sizes are a joke. I can't even use them for cleaning rags. I sure learned my lesson with this one! If a site has absolutely no contact or support... don't buy!. No way to get a refund.

Ordered 4 dresses, it took 30 days to get 2 of them, 60 days to get 1 more, and I still have not seen the 4th one. The quality of the dresses is horrible, my 10 year old can sew better and has better fabric. One dress ( the one that took 60 days to arrive) looks like a bad holloween costume. Their customer service dept keeps sending me the same email... sometimes it takes over 60 days to get your items. Blah blah blah. What a scam.

No contact methods what so ever... it says U.S. Shipping 5-25 days... Ordered on. Sept 7 or so and still have not received anything. Guess Ima be forced to open a claim with PayPal... Don't be fooled about " priority dispatch". That's all bull****... wish I couldn't give them one star... They don't deserve that...

I ORDERED A SHIRT ON SEPTEMBER 30,2015. I GOT AN EMAIL STATING IT WAS SHIPPED OUT. I EVEN GOT A TRACKING NUMBER. I CALLED THE SHIPPING COMPANY AND THEY STATED THAT ROSE WHOLESALE DIDNT SHIPPED IT OUT TO THEM BUT THEY DID HAVE THE TRACKING NUMBER. BUT UT THEY SAID THEY SHOULDVE GOT THE ITEM BETWEEN 24 TO 48 HOURS AND THEY SHOULDVE GOT THE ITEM WAY BEFORE NOW. TRIED CALLING ROSEWHOLESALE BUT I CANT GET THRU. CANT EVEN EMAIL THEM. Well i order and my irder was a big dissaster.
The dresses are nithing like it shows on the web "NOTHING LIKE " even the shirts are terrible.
I actually lost money because my merchandise was very bad... material very very cheap.
About my money. I did contact them but had to wait until 12 am ( central time) in my area i would chat live with them that was the only way i could get in contact...
On line chat n returning my emails they did good no complaints but the merchandise very cheap nothing like the pictures showing on there web.

They got me too

Ordered two dresses in August. Lies after lies that they have sent them but not. I finally had enough I asked for refund. Wrote to refund my money but was told it will take 30 days. More lies. Had enough and wrote back they can keep my money. Never ever want to deal with Rosewholesale anymore. Wished I read all the reviews before I ordered from them. Lesson learned for me

I ordered 4 items. Received 2. Paid an outrageous amount for shipping. Cant access any kind of support except for presale, which i guess we all know is so they can help us, help them, steal our money. Im filing a paypal dispute for a complete refund. I am using this site as proof for fraudulence, so a big thanks to everyone who left a review and sorry for your loss. Dont use rose whole sale. I dont know whos running things but i hope they get whats coming to them.

We had originally submitted a large order to them, however, despite repeated assurances, they only provided an incomplete batch which is far below the replenishment level to meet consumer demand. So we have to ship part of your order to avoid wasting your time. We are as disappointed as you and feel let down by the manufacturer. We wish to apologize unreservedly for this situation.

To My Fellow Reviewers. Here is another Worst of the Worst Wholesale Company that I placed a order with on Order date: Oct/05/2015 10:14:30 AM. And what is today? The 17th of Oct. Rightttt. Once again, Rose Wholesale was always PAID IN FULL $1490. 00 and I have yet to receive any of the items, no phone call, no email, NOTHING as to where my products are or who has my money. And this company website will NOT even allow you to leave a message. And there is no kind of connection when you call the supposed to be Customer Service Hotline Number *******925 Toll Free Number for USA customers. And when you click on the email reply links. Your screen will go NO Where...

So, yet here again is another Wholesale Company to be Aware of for getting ripped off of your money. I hope this helps. Because I wise someone would have told me first before sending my money (:.

SCAM ARTISTS ALL THE WAY

Ordered on August 5th. Today October 16th, I have only received a partial order, the most expensive items are missing from order. No one to call ( they dont pick up), no live chat and no response to my several messages through their site...
I cant believe they are still in business with this many horrific reviews, what a shame people don't research companies prior to purchasing ( Like me!)
They advertise on FB and I know top management and will make sure they are no longer allowed to advertise on their platform.
And, I still expect this scam to be resolved.
