I ordered 3 dresses that were presented beautifully online at their website. Arrived quickly from Singapore and I was SHOCKED WHEN I OPENED THE PACKAGE! The materials were cheap, the dresses were unfinished, the lining was so short that it wouldn't have even covered the crotch of any pair of underwear and they were not true to size as described in their very own size conversion chart! I ordered back in August. Spoke to customer service several times. They told me to wait. Seriously? It's October! I should have checked the reviews and not bought from an overseas company. Everything is made in China. That is why it is cheap and draws in people. What a disgusting company. And, stupid me for thinking of purchasing from them.
UPDATE: Yesterday (10-19-15), I finally received my shirt... it came wrapped in a ham and sausage package (no joke). It is unevenly sewn and way too small. On the plus side, Rosewholesale did offer to give me my money back. So, I guess my cat will be wearing this shirt because it's basically useless for anything else.

This company is a joke. I ordered a dress in size XL back in Aug and it came in Mid Oct. It was rolled an smashed into a plastic bag that was almost shrink wrapped around it tha came directly from China. When I opened it, it was wrinkled to no end. Then I noticed that it appeared to be small. It is probably around a Med but it has no labels whatsoever. The fabric is so think you can almost see through it, even though the bottom is mulitple layers. It's not a fabric that is supposed to be see through. It looks like it was sewn in someone's home by a 10 year-old. I don't even think it's fit for the good will. The customer service number for this company rings to a number that answers and then hangs up. I tried calling 20+ times. I would never order from this company again.

Their first response was that they were having "issues with some of the items (whatever that means), and the second response was that I would be provided with a tracking number the next day. I ordered a necklace and a bracelet over a month ago and still have not received it. I ordered this for a wedding that I am in next week and now can not wear it because I don't have it.
