DON'T USE THIS SITE!

I ordered a dress OVER 3 weeks ago and it is STILL not here! Im honestly furious because I had planned to wear this dress out on many different occasions (assuming I would have received it by then) and it never came! Their contact information is useless and I will never use this site again!

I ordered three items more than 10 days ago. Two items were delivered. One is great! The other has been cut with scissors and is not repairable. The third item was mailed separately and has not yet arrived. Stated "shipper" info says track at EPostSU. No such place. Huh? Have I, like others, been duped?

SCAM!

I Still haven't received my order and it has been over a month. I received and email asking if i had received my order and I responded that I haven't but yet a week later they sent the same email again asking the same question. I don't want the items anymore. Just give me my money back, period.

RIP-OFF COMPANY

I order a couple of shirts on 10/2 and paid what was owed, then received an email stating I did not pay. When I went back to the site it said I did pay and the order was processing (HR**************) but has said that ever since even though I paid extra for shipping to have it delivered by today. Still nothing! Tried calling and get a busy signal or it picks up and promptly hangs up, tried to email but they are both invalid email addresses. I was honest and paid as promised when I was supposed to... Now it's your turn, send my merchandise or refund all of my money!

This is by far the worst service ever! I placed my order on Oct 2,2015 (HH**************) and haven't received my order. Read over the entire web site tring to contact the company and nothing works, the support center is a joke. Can't find anything but a phone # that is consently busy! I want my money back!

Be warned... This is by far the worst company to deal with! If I could rate it in the negative numbers I would! As of today (Oct. 15,2015) I have now ordered 7 replacement items for two of the items I ordered back in August. The web site states the that items are in stock when I order BUT when I send the order in it is not available! Very strange! And to top it off the two items I actually did receive looked and felt like a a cheep Halloween costume (very cheep material). If you decide to order from this company a say "Good Luck"!

SCAM... SCAM... SCAM...

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Received my parcel with the six items I ordered they are absolute flimsy rubbish. Also the sizing is completely out. I ordered XL knowing the clothes came from a China source. These will not fit my granddaughter who is a size 8. So judge for yourself. I looked up their returns service and find that they will only refund partially and then only if you can prove the clothes are the wrong size. It gives a number to call if you need customer service help. I noticed that this was a U.S.A. telephone number so of course did not phone or my bill would have been very big. Yes the clothes seem to be so cheap but that is because the quality is very cheap. They look so good on the photos on their website - do not be fooled they are not. If they get in touch with me following this email and agree to refund me my money I will get back on this website and update you all.

I have been waiting for over a MONTH to get the shoes from this order. ( H**************) I paid extra to make sure I would get them before my wedding Sept. 19th. They never came!

I'm so disappointed. I would like a full double refund ($40), a refund for the extra shipping, and any other compensation when something like this happens. I have otherwise, liked the swimsuit and pink top I ordered.

On Facebook, I see that there are MANY people who have not received their orders. We will keep posting negative comments until you (THEY) make this right.

Complete Rip Off

Placed my order on Oct. 2,2015, Today is Oct. 14,2015. I have not received anything yet! My card has already been charged and I had no way of getting in touch with the company. I wish I had checked Yelp before processing my order. I filed a dispute thru Paypal and I WILL be receiving a credit from this scam artist so called company.

I ordered a top over 2 weeks ago and it still shows in process. When I attempt to contact them using their support page their phone lines are closed and the link to contact them via email navigates you to a blank page. This isn't my browser, I've tried on two different computers and my phone with several different browsers. The link is no good. Any company that makes it this difficult to communicate about an order will not last. First and last time I will order unless resolved immediately.
