I order a couple of shirts on 10/2 and paid what was owed, then received an email stating I did not pay. When I went back to the site it said I did pay and the order was processing (HR**************) but has said that ever since even though I paid extra for shipping to have it delivered by today. Still nothing! Tried calling and get a busy signal or it picks up and promptly hangs up, tried to email but they are both invalid email addresses. I was honest and paid as promised when I was supposed to... Now it's your turn, send my merchandise or refund all of my money!

Be warned... This is by far the worst company to deal with! If I could rate it in the negative numbers I would! As of today (Oct. 15,2015) I have now ordered 7 replacement items for two of the items I ordered back in August. The web site states the that items are in stock when I order BUT when I send the order in it is not available! Very strange! And to top it off the two items I actually did receive looked and felt like a a cheep Halloween costume (very cheep material). If you decide to order from this company a say "Good Luck"!

I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Received my parcel with the six items I ordered they are absolute flimsy rubbish. Also the sizing is completely out. I ordered XL knowing the clothes came from a China source. These will not fit my granddaughter who is a size 8. So judge for yourself. I looked up their returns service and find that they will only refund partially and then only if you can prove the clothes are the wrong size. It gives a number to call if you need customer service help. I noticed that this was a U.S.A. telephone number so of course did not phone or my bill would have been very big. Yes the clothes seem to be so cheap but that is because the quality is very cheap. They look so good on the photos on their website - do not be fooled they are not. If they get in touch with me following this email and agree to refund me my money I will get back on this website and update you all.

I have been waiting for over a MONTH to get the shoes from this order. ( H**************) I paid extra to make sure I would get them before my wedding Sept. 19th. They never came!
I'm so disappointed. I would like a full double refund ($40), a refund for the extra shipping, and any other compensation when something like this happens. I have otherwise, liked the swimsuit and pink top I ordered.

This isn't my browser, I've tried on two different computers and my phone with several different browsers. The link is no good.
