This is a complete FRAUD. Item never shipped after payment was fully processed through PayPal. No way to contact the customer support - none of the phone numbers work and no responses to e-mails. I filed a complaint with PayPal, that's the only way to get your money back. SCAM, don't order anything.

They got my payment, but the statue is still processing until payment is received. Shipment address is wrong even though I updated the address already. I fear that this item will NEVER come which is fine as long as I get a refund. Order number is: HR**************. No form of communication it working for this site. Feeling stupid for even trying to order from this company. I should have done my homework and researched first!

As stated with the other people who complained, Rose Wholesale is truly a rip off, don't waste your time, I placed an order with this company and I also didn't received the items that I purchased and paid for. You have no way of getting in touch with them. This should be reported to the news and the BBB. I only received part of my order, Item number *******, ******* and *******, the quality of these products are poor,.

The item you ordered is hot sale and there have been significant supply issues with the manufacturer. We had originally submitted a large order to them, however, despite repeated assurances, they only provided an incomplete batch which is far below the replenishment level to meet consumer demand. We are as disappointed as you and feel let down by the manufacturer. We wish to apologize unreservedly for this situation.

I ordered a cute lace black long dress. When it arrived it was nothing like the picture. Not the shape, not the color (black lace on white fabric), no sash, the cut was off on the back.

On top of it all, the lace was damaged. Horrible dress, my grandmother wouldn't even wear it. I submitted a dispute via Paypal and they responded to me by email however when I try to reply on their website, the reply won't go through. I believe I will have to escalate my dispute with Paypal for them to make a decision...

I ordered a jacket with expedited delivery and have found myself stone walled when trying to find answers to the missing product. No email replies and I refuse to ring the toll free number in-case this is an other scam. I guess next time instead of bargain hunting i just go shopping.

I ordered a dress about a month ago, still have not received it. I printed off a partial invoice so I do have an ID number. They said 7-28 days. I called for a tracking number immediately and was told only that it had been shipped and once the item left China there was no way they nor myself could track it. Was told they do not know the destinations once it leaves their country. As soon as they said China, I was almost sure I would never receive it. I entered the tracking number and got a page printed in Chinese, which was no help whatsoever. LESSON LEARNED! I am sure my money is gone and I will never see the dress!

Lied about the product, took forever to come, not as described and now they say I should send pictures and pay return shipping - IF they decide to refund. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
There should be a negative star option - clothes are such poor quality they can't even be given away!

Here is the actual reply to my comment here - So the reply they put below is also a LIE and I still don't have a refund. I already had a "complaint ticket' open with Rose so why ask if I have received my order? And no refund has been issued.

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING

I made a HUGE mistake by not reading any reviews (especially these) before deciding to order from this site. I only read the reviews of each item I ordered on the website.
I ordered 3 different items, 2 of those 3 shipped on the 8th of September; a couple weeks later the last item shipped. The emails I got about them said it should 15-25 days for delivery. I emailed them a few different times to ask when they might come in because I don't have tracking, and I got responses fairly quickly telling me to "please be patient." It has now been over a month, and I have not received any of them. And now I can't even get to their "support" page to complain and ask for a refund because the page to email them won't load. I'm hoping that if I don't figure out how to get a refund, eventually they will be delivered.
I'm a frequent online shopper, but I will absolutely never shop here again. This is the worst online shopping service I've ever experienced.

Whilst the pictures they may post up on social media and on their website look really nice and you think wow, I want that dress or that top... DON'T BUY IT! I have never had so much trouble with online shoppping ever. I wish I had of read all the bad reviews about rosewholesale.com before I bought with them. They emailed me to tell me my express shipping order had been posted just a few days after my payment had been made which was fine and then a week later I still couldn't track my order after already asking and being told to wait a few more days. Seemed reasonable, not their fault what shipping company's do. Then after that week later, I contacted them again and got told they would look into it and that they had managed to get it working. Great., until i realised it got shipped a week after they told me it was. Told them I wasn't happy and got offered a refund. Damn near 2 weeks later after I was suppose to receive this refund I have still not received the refund and have tried to contact somebody regarding this issue and what a surprise, I am unable to contact anyone. Did manage to submit a ticket but have not had a single response back to it. Shame on rosewholesale.com

I ordered a dress months ago, and still have not received it. CS told me to give it another 2 weeks, that was 2 weeks ago. I don't need the dress anymore, the wedding that I bought the dress for is over and done. CS also mentioned that I had not bought insurance, being a new customer, I didn't realize that I needed it. I've dealt with many companies and never had to buy insurance! Very unprofessional company, yes, I've been ripped off!

After replying to this email I did notice on my Rose wholesale account that it is saying that my money was refunded. I immediately contacted my bank twice and both times my bank told me that there is no refund to my account. I will be forwarding these new emails to my attorney so he can proceed to contact the necessary people to report this company. It's time for our government to get involved and keep this company from doing business with America sobus Americans do not get ripped off by other countries trying to do business stealing from us.

I ordered 4 items last week and I received them yesterday. The shipping was fast, I don't have a complaint about that but only one of the items was as described and shown in the pictures. Especially the pink sweat shirt and the yellow jacket were a disaster. The pink sweatshirt has some stains on and the bottom band is not the same color with the rest of the shirt. The yellow one is not as long as it looks in the photos and the band around the wrists and the bottom is also not as shown in the photo and different color. I am very disappointed and wanted to send them an e-mail with photos but there is no customer service. The support page simply doesn't work.
I require either my money back or them to change these items with no extra cost on my side!
I do like the products they have in their website but in these circumstances I am not willing to buy anything else from them anymore, God knows what is coming!

I brought 2 dresses on the 18th of August and paid with PayPal, it said it went through and then about a month ago not even I went on the site and it said the payment didn't work and I clicked 1 button and money got taken out of my bank account and paid another lot for the dresses, which were $38 from the start so I paid double for nothing! I ordered a couple rompers, a sweater and a bracelet from this site. I have yet to receive the bracelet and the last update was over a month ago! I wanted to return the sweater and 2 rompers due to poor quality and when I tried to file a claim (because you have to get APPROVED to return an item) I was told my pictures weren't enough or my reasoning. I needed to send better quality pictures. I have NEVER ordered something online to included from a different country and not received a return invoice if needed. Basically I'm left with part of my order that I don't want and accepted the other is not coming and completely wasted my money. Terrible costumer service and quality.

Still waiting!

Put in an order on 27/07/15 and the last date on the tracking is 04/08/15 and it's all written in Chinese so I don't even know where it was at on this date! I contacted them by email and got a response to check with the post office and give it a few more days and then they would be happy to give me a refund if it still hadn't arrived. Now I can't contact them via the website today. I will definitely be asking for a refund if I can get hold of anyone to process it! Pity as the items did look very pretty on the website, but aren't so great according to other people's reviews.
