So I placed a order yesterday for few items, combined $120 shipping and cloths. First thing they send is a e-mail saying I did not pay... even though Paypal sends a e-mail saying I did pay. Checked bank... money gone from account.
Trying to contact them today asking if there is a problem with my order... can not figure out how to contact them. Live chat link does not work. There is a submit question link, does not work. My order has a "submit" link... it does not work either.
I paid for the fastest shipping but at this point I have a lot of questions about what is going down.
Will update if anything else happens.

Got a e-mail from Rosewholesale last night. Will not go into the details of the communication.
Basically I asked them to ship the order. If the items are made like they look in the pictures, are the size they say they are and last for like 1-2 years then I will order more.
If we are paying $6-13 each item I do not expect them to last forever, but I do expect them to look like advertised and be the size I ordered.
These people can probably make a lot of money if they just deliver what they say they are going to deliver.

Kicking it up to 4 stars and here is why.
Got information that my order shipped with tracking number. 8 items were shipped and 2 items were back ordered. I really like how they let me know this upfront. They also gave me a eta of when the back ordered items will be in stock.
I think this is like a home-grown business with a little bit of a language gap. They do seem to be trying to make this work and I appreciate the effort. Patience is a good thing here.

I ordered a shirt on 9/28/15. They have no customer service to get ahold of and said they would ship my package when they received payment. It has been taken out of my account for 2 weeks now and my order is still "processing" They are liars and scammers and I knew something was wrong when every day there is no way of contacting them through phone or email. Oct 1,2015 my wife showed me a few shirts and a dress she loved. My anniversary is at the end of the month checked the details and math added perfectly for 25 day max arrival. Made an account, purchased the items with my card, and got a confirmation email. I ordered $100USD worth of clothing on september 26, and I was charger $30USD to expedite my order. I ended up receiving my merchandise just about last week, which took them two weeks. I received HORRIBLE merchandise! The material is horrible, the sizes are not even like the chart says they are because I did take the time to read the chart in order to know what size will best fit me. The clothing is nothing like the pictures, it is a total lie! I order 12 things and only got 10. I don't want the missing items. I want to send back my merchandise because I want my money back. I read your return policy and it said I could return my merchandise if there is a major difference between the photographed product and the product received, and also a poor quality material, which there is. Wish I have done my homework better on the ROSEWHOLESALE.com SITE... bought over $100 worth of clothing... only 1 order ever arrived, and they were so small, they wouldn't fit a size 4. Contacted them, and was told they would be replaced. Two other orders have never arrived and despite contact with them about 10 times... I keep getting a message to "check they are not at my PO"... and advised they would refund MY MONEY into "R wallet"... which means my money stays in THEIR SITE till I spent it. AS IF, I am every purchasing from them again to use that money... therefore I can pretty much kiss my money goodbye. TOTAL FRAUDSTERS... NOT RECOMMENDED. I would not purchase from this company ever gain. I purchased some black lace-up boots and the total transaction including shipping cost me USD30.67. On receipt, the right boot had a sharp nail sticking up from the heel on the inside. My daughter was very lucky not to injure herself when putting it on. I contacted RoseWholesale and the best they could offer me was a refund of USD7. Totally unsatisfactory. Would never buy from them again.

I ordered 2 summerish dresses from Rosewholesale after seeing what I thought to be good reviews. They shipped out August 24th and I still haven't received them. I reached out to them three times and each time get a generic reply blaming me for not spending more to buy a tracking number and telling me to check with my post office. I have taken even more time out of my life to check with my post office, and there is absolutely nothing to be done without a tracking number. They could have never sent it for all I know. I purchase items from China ALL THE TIME from Ebay and I get them a heck of a lot faster than this. A couple of weeks or a month at the MOST is all I've ever waited and I've never been told to purchase an extra tracking number from them. Tracking comes with my order. Why in the world would that be an extra charge? I feel like this is a scam and that they just wait for you to forget about your order and simply take your money. Well I'm not forgetting and I want my items or my money back. NOW.

Pretty much a f***ing scam. Bought $50 of clothes. Paid $20 in shipping fee. When I get the clothes, a)they smell like soured milk, & b) the supposed 'medium' size would be TOO tight for even a baby to wear. There's not even a customer service to get a refund. I ordered a blouse from Rose Wholesale in JULY and never received it. I was first blamed because I didn't purchase a "tracking" fee so they could track my package. I was then offered a refund or re-send the merchandise. I asked for a refund and instead recieved an "R-Wallet" credit, as though I would trust them again with anything. I have paid for the expedited shipping and tracking number! Problem is you have my money but have not even processed my order yet!
