Terrible!

I ordered a dress from this company in July! It is now October and I STILL have not received my order! I've tried on numerous occasions to reach someone and all I get is a standard automated email to which I can not reply to! I would NEVER order anything from this company again! TERRIBLE! 0 Stars!

I am not at all happy with this site. I purchased a dress about a month and a half ago but I have still not received this item. The company states it will take about 15-25 days for delivery. This is obviously not a true statement. They do not respond within the 24 hour turnaround time as they stated. When they finally respond it is just a delay tactic by telling me the item was shipped and I need to be patient. I think this company is a scam and I suggest anyone looking to purchase anything from this company go somewhere else.

Was told my order shipped on August 19th. Was shipped out to USA on Aug. 22. Ok, here it is Oct. 8. I've contacted them 3 times and keep getting told to wait "a little longer." They pretty much told me it's my fault for using flat rate shipping. They've told me to contact my local post office and I DID. My post office tells me it should have been here by now, and that's been almost a week ago. Rosewholesale told me it might have been because of a "holiday". A holiday? If my order was shipped to the USA on 8/22 like they said, the only HOLIDAY was Labor Day on Sept. 7. I opened a Paypal dispute and I imagine I will have to escalate it to a claim. I've ordered from China several times before on Ebay, and I have NEVER had a problem. So it's not necessarily CHINA, it's ROSEWHOLESALE that's the problem. *UPDATE*- I did at last get my order--so now I can comment on quality. I really liked the "eyeball" necklace--out of the three things I ordered it was the one thing I truly liked. The shirt was pretty, and will pass--but the dragon earring is unwearable as it will possibly only fit a small child's ear. That being said, with the aggravation and constant emails, even though I DID receive my order, I will NEVER order again.

I ordered 2 dresses on August 12th and today Oct 8th I still have no dresses. Since one was for a wedding shower and the other for a wedding, I had to go out and purchase dresses. I sent an email asking where my order is and have received no response, even though they promise a response in 24 hours. I will NEVER order anything from them again!

I ordered about $500 worth of winter clothing from this site over three weeks ago and have not received a single thing. They made me pay $95 for 3-5 day shipping to receive absolutely nothing! I have submitted several request tickets and haven't even received a single response. Their Live Online Chat brings you to a screen that says "please come back during normal business hours" which apparently is never. I've received absolutely no response whatsoever and have realized that they just simply stole my money. I am disgusted by this company and have begun to file a lawsuit against them because they clearly need to be held responsible for their actions and should be put out of business. I will make sure that they don't do this to anyone else again.

Worst Company EVER!

Not only is this company a SCAM! You can tell from their responses that they do not speak, nor can they articulate proper English. This company, like a few others, is a company that promises quality items, (from their pictures), but deliver, (maybe) items that are horribly made. I would not doubt that these clothing items are made in sweat shops in China, or other countries that promote slave labor. Do not order from this company. Please, spread the word about this company... and before you decide to order from a company like this... look for the reviews. This is horrible.

I have never experience such dis-service online in my life! I ordered a dress over 4 months ago and because I did not pay extra for a tracking number I was told there is nothing no one can do. Someone has the tracking number even if I didn't pay for it. The shipper should be able to track the package. So now 4 months later I have no dress and getting the run around about getting a refund. Money down the drain. Do not ever purchase anything from this site!

I ordered a beautiful lace dress for my trip, later this month. I ordered the dress 9/19/2015 hoping it would come in time, This was from the plus size section. "boy oh boy what a wonderful buy" NOOTTTTTT. The dress arrived last Friday, the dress is a size small 12, if that. The customer service number I have, does not answer, or goes to dead silence, I have sent so may requests and no response, I will never order from this site again, and I would defenitely tell anyone who gets excited like I did, please do not waste their time and money. I ordered 1 dress before I read all the reviews. It has been exactly a month now and no dress and now the customer service isn't even responding. Looks like I'm not getting my order or my money back.
From all the other reviews that I have read on this company it looks like it was a mistake to order.

Definitely a scam!

I ordered a wedding dress from this site. It was less than $30 just to see what I would get. The picture on line was a totally different dress. The one I received could easily pass as a Halloween costume. So cheap and so different from the picture. I think they are doing false advertising and I would not trust anything from this site.

Ordered 2 dresses from RoseWholesale online on 9 August 2015. Received one after 2 weeks. Could not get it over my head to try it on. Neck opening was even too small for a child and there were no neck fastenings such as zip or ties to help get it over the head.

The other dress was shipped 2 days later and it has still not arrived as of today 5 October 2015. I believe that 2 months is too long to wait for a delivery from online. I would love to give a good review, but unfortunately my experience with this company so far has left a bad taste in my mouth and I have been discouraging my work colleagues from ordering online from them.

I placed an order last night for 1 item. I payed to have the item in 3-7 days. This morning I have tried to contact them by phone, but the phones are "closed".

I want to know that they have received the order and see if I can even pay to get it faster.
