On the 28th of July 2015 I ordered two clothing items from RoseWholsale and today 5th of October, 70 days after payment, the items have still not shown up. I have tried to get a refund but they keep telling me to be patient and wait! LOL! Needless to say I did not qualify for their 45 day "lost items" compensation. I haven't been able to successfully resolve the issue with them and have just filed a claim with Paypal. Hopefully Paypal will get the refund for me. Obviously I will never make another purchase with this company again.

Disasterous

This is a terrible site. Clothes very poor quality and not like the pictures. Very small and to short. Cheap and nasty.

Avoid awful site
October 4, 2015

I purchased 2 shirts of size L after seeing a neat looking facebook advert. They arrived and are child sized. I normally take a L or M sized man's shirt but these shirts labelled as size L were so small they did not even fit my friend who is size S. I live in New Zealand which normally is the same sizes as the USA. Avoid these people as you will never fit their sizes. I could not get a refund

I ordered something but nothing came. It seems my order got lost. I contacted Customer service and one customer service Bunny is not helpful but Farrah responded very well by refunding me. I cannot review the merchandise but one of the customer service Farrah is very helpful and straight to point in addressing customer concerns. I hope they improve courier services they are using.

THIS SITE IS A SCAM!

Ordered almost $300 in clothing from this place (without ever reading reviews before making my purchase) I was so excited for my new wordrobe to arrive in the mail. I'm one of the few that actually received my package and was appalled when I saw what was sent to me. Cheap clothing that was hideous. Thin, liked NOTHING like the pictures, didn't get what I had ordered. I ordered XL and got clothing that would fit my little sister in Elementary school. (LITERALLY, IT FIT HER!) SHE'S A SIZE SMALL IN JUNIORS! THE TOPS ARE ALL TOO SHORT FOR HER EVEN. Rip off, scam, no way to get your money back unless you PAY a $#*! ton of money to SEND IT BACK. Thankfully, I paid with PayPal and an filing a dispute now and have a lawyer to get my money back.

STAY AWAY
October 2, 2015

Placed order on aug 20, it is now oct 2,2015 and still no order. Keep getting told "wait. Its coming". Yeah that sounds like the typical scam company. Company based in China, and seems they are in this to make a quick buck without ever delivering anything.
I have ordered other items from other companies AFTER my order wtih rose wholesale, and I already received my packages.
I have already requested my money back cause I doubt anything is coming. THEY ARE QUCIK TO DEBIT YOUR ACCT, BUT NOT SO QUICK ON THEIR PROMISE OF DELIVERY.

I received my order via DHL quicker than expected... I paid the extra cost for tracking information etc. so I guess that's why. I opened the package immediately with excitement of seeing the great buys I found on the rosewholesale. Come website. The photos showed really beautiful items at low wholesale prices. Well, all I can say is that "YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET"... I order a Vintage Jewel Neck Full Lace Spliced Long Sleeve Dress in Blue. The dress had NO JEWEL AT THE NECK, hemline is nothing like the photo shown and looks like a 10 year old made it. It is HORRIBLE! Very poor quality. It's as though it's not finished. I ordered the Sexy Plunging Neck Short Sleeve Spliced Backless Dress and the stitching was off in the back. I don't know how their quality control department could allow it to leave the warehouse in that condition. The front was not made as the photo shows and it came with a hole in it. I ordered the Print Spliced Backless Hollow Out Elegant Halter Sage Maxi Dress For Women... the dress is stitched poorly and doesn't fit properly in the back. The color is as shown in the photo however, the bottom is not made correctly. I also purchased (2) of the Scoop Neck Long Sleeves Lace Splicing Backless Sweet Dress For Women for my twin daughters. The dress looks nothing like the photo. It is very poor quality and looks more like something my girls may wear as a Halloween costume. I ordered the dress for a charity ball which is taking place on November 6th... now my girls have nothing to wear. I am SO DISAPPOINTED! I ordered the Casual Women's Snow Boots With Multicolor Fur and Mid-Calf Design for my sister for her birthday. The fur at the top has rips and the boots were super thin like they would be better as house slippers. The only product that was as shown that I ordered is the Silicone Demi Cup Extreme Lift Bra With Straps. If you want a little extra this is ok. DO NOT PURCHASE CLOTHING FROM ROSE WHOLESALE! I have tried to put in a ticket for the items but the site is not allowing the ticket to go threw.

Ordered two different orders in August. It is now October, and no orders received. Their phone number does not work, and when you fill out form on their website, they blame you for not paying the fee for tracking.
DON'T ORDER, no matter how inexpensive or cute it looks. I did buy and receive a top, in June, and the fabric was so itchy, I can't wear it!

I ordered a skirt on July3 and after 3 weeks of non receipt I submitted a ticket to complaint of non receipt, only to be told that the company cannot track my shipment as I had not paid for tracking. I was told to check with my local post office or continue wait as shipment can take upto 30 days. 30n days came & gone still no sign of my skirt. Reply to my complaint was - I have to wait for 60days before they can give me a refund. Sure, wait &, wait again. Finally on Sept 10 (after many complaints & demand for refund) company promised to give me a refund. I had checked my account on 29/9 & I am no surprise that there was no sign of my money. I wrote to Customer's Services & have yet to receive their response to date.
This is the worst on-line company I have come across. I'd made various on line purchases and my orders were promptly delivered with no issues at all.

I ordered 8/15/15, and just got my order 10/13/15. I did write a review earlier about this, and because of my review, they offered a refund; first for the price minus the shipping, then agreed to a full refund after I asked. They said they put it through and it will take some business days; but to be fair, I did just receive it, so I told them they do not have to. Interesting fabric, but the size surprisingly was right. I suggested to them that they should include the $2 fee in the price of the clothes and just give a tracking # to everyone. I did not pay the extra fee, and I did not know where the thing was. The shipping was a lot, 9 plus dollars, but it is coming from China. So you make up your mind from these facts.

IT IS TRULY DISGUSTING THAT THERE IS SO MUCH NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FROM OTHER PEOPLE THAT SAY/SHOW THAT YOUR COMPANY DOES NOT RESPOND TO QUESTIONS AND SEND ITEMS INCORRECTLY SIZED AND POOR QUALITY FABRICS. YOU CAN'T RESPOND TO ANY OF MY QUESTIONS SO I KNOW THAT TO BE TRUE. I WILL ONLY GIVE YOUR COMPANY UNTIL MONDAY TO GIVE CORRECT SHIPPING INFO! 3-5 DAYS? LIES! The goods are nothing like the photos, the material quality is disgusting, the workmanship poor and after sales service slap dash. Products take forever to arrive also. The sizes are not even close to the advertised sizing. There is nothing positive I can say and I really try to look for the good in situations.

Unprofessional

I paid for 7 items yet I only received 4. I sent a message to support and they were supposed to get back to me in 24 hours. It's been almost a week. I just had to send ANOTHER complaint. This is completely unprofessional and I want my things that I paid for or a refund for what I didn't get. Will not be purchasing anything else from them even my items or money are received. I do not recommend this website. Plus one of the wigs I received from them was not off good quality where the part was. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SITE. This order has left so much to be desired and better quality than received.

Nice Prank (stay away!)

Cleary, the site was nice and pictures were showing the product. I was very impressed by the look of some items and, although I was expecting something cheap, I never could imagine this kind of cheap.

I could not even wear it. Sizes were too small, I took Large for most of the items even though I wear medium fit. But even large size were smaller than medium I got from local stores.

Delivery... Well, quite a bit expensive if you add hidden fees. Still, it took 5 days.

Sewing and printing is very poor-quality. I had the impression of wearing an uncomfortable costume for Halloween.

This adage usually starts out pessimistic but the outcome is USUALLY positive. This is NOT the case here.

I ordered what i thought was a beautiful flowered MAXI dress and what i got is the following problems;

1.3-7 buisness day delivery was actually 3 weeks later.
2. I ordered a maxi dress, i recieved what appears to be a tunic top.
3. The product material is too thin, looks cheap, and is itchy to the touch.
4. The workmanship ( sewing) is BELOW substandard, I noticed that the sewing was puckered and gathered. BEFORE i tried on my 'maxi dress ' i noticed that on the right side under the armpit bottom to the bottom of the ribcage there is a big gap not sewn at all. Then the poor, puckered, and gathered stitching continues.

I was so disappointed with this company. I was really looking forward in doing ALOT of business with Rose Wholesale. The clothing appears to be fashionable and modest.
So if it seems to good too be true, it usually is. NOT!

NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!

I was really excited when I found the dress I wanted on this site for so cheap. I ordered it and have been tracking it since I got the email that it was shipped. It was shipped on August 23rd to America, should take 10-25 days to ship. The tracking site still only says that it was shipped to America on the 23rd. The latest it should've been here was (MAYBE) the 25th. I have seen absolutely nothing. I've worked with companies like this before and they may say they want it resolved, but I highly doubt that if anything actually gets done it will be fair. I am not happy and strongly discourage anyone from ordering from this site!
