My experience with Rose Wholesale is much different than most. I cannot comment on the quality of the clothing as I never received the clothing I purchased. Rose Wholesale shipped to the wrong zip code. When I submitted a ticket, they asked me to check with the post office. This was their mistake! I went ahead and checked with the post office I receive my mail at, they said they did not have anything just as I suspected. They then said they would track the package and get back to me in three days or less. A month has gone by and still no response, no clothing either. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, SHOP AMERICAN AND PURCHASE AMERICAN SO THERE IS A LEGAL RECOURSE IF YOU DO NOT GET THAT YOU PAY FOR. HAS ANYONE HAD ANY LUCK GETTING A REFUND? If so, how did you do it?

I wish I had thought about checking this site BEFORE I purchased my items. The clothes were of very poor quality. The material was so cheap that it was sheer and see through. They looked nothing like the clothing on the website and they were sized inappropriately. When I contacted them about a refund, they wanted me to take pictures of the items and email them and that could only get me a PARTIAL refund. I'm not filing a disputed with PayPal like someone here suggested. Don't do it!

Rip off and a half! Their sizes are way out and their clothes look like they are sewn by 2 year olds and then chewed by a dog! Shocking! Getting a refunds is MISSION IMPOSSIBLE! They don't address the bad quality of their items and only give refunds if in their eyes the sizes are out... which is always the case and offer a $12.00 USD on an order of $97.00 USD. Shocking!

I ordered from this site back in July. I received my items the middle of September. All the clothes are so small, I actually gave a large to an 8 year old. One shirt has 2 different sleeve lengths and the dress was never "finished" literally the whole size wasn't stitched. Save your money!

I have not personally ordered from this company however i have ordered 1 time from a company based out of china called fashion mia; they are all the same! Poor quality clothing, terrible service, lucky if you even get your items delivered and they had the gull to try and bribe me with discount coupons if i withdrew my paypal dispute. I successfully rec'd a full refund and would advise anyone NOT to order from any chinese company and if you did file a dispute with paypal and then escalate to a claim asking for a full refund. I have ordered a number of items from rosewholesale. First i got an email to say my payment had gone through and then i got one to say my order had been put on hold for an id check. They have asked for photo evidence of my passport and debit card.as this is the first time i have ordered anything from them i am not sure if this is ok.as i have ordered things from other companys on line and never been asked for this information before

I had read earlier reviews and I'm not going to lie, I was hesitant. But I went ahead and ordered a few peices of jewlery and a dress and I am so happy I did! The jewlery is cute and the dress was so cheap and adorable. I wear my items all the time and I have already placed a new order for more jewlery. (: Definetly worth the price!
I placed an order with Rose Wholesale for over £400 worth of clothes for my boutique shop, what arrived was not what i had seen on their website. They looked like rags. They weren't stitched correctly, they were see through and the sizing was completely wrong.
They took ages to reply and PayPal somehow decided in their favour!
I hope no body uses this company, i am now out of pocket over £550 including the customs charges.

I purchased a gorgeous, blue, velvet, long dress for Christmas. It arrived very quickly in perfect condition. The dress was exactly as described & the fit was exactly as expected. I'm short so I'll have to hem it but I expected this when I purchased. The price was amazing & I now look to this site for all my clothing, jewelry, & shoe needs. Be aware, you MUST check the size chart to assure you're ordering the correct size. I have to order two sizes bigger than what I normally wear.

This company advertises cute items on their website. I placed an order with them back on August 12th--its now the end of September and I have not yet received my order. I received an email with tracking numbers and when I traced it--my response was that there were no updates available-what?!? I would never ider from this company again. They are SCAMMERS!

By he time i found time to take pictures and download them, they have closed my case!
