I purchased 2 dresses and a skirt/top combo. I received 2 of (I canceled the 1 item not received) and the quality was worse than that of a cheap Halloween costume. They wanted me to send pictures and the site would not even support photo size after many modification. I emailed back and forth and they would not refund my money for the plastic clothing I received from this sham of a company. People don't be like me research these foreign companies before wasting your money on nonwarable trash.
First and last time I will order from this site. Granted I should have done some research first. The dress was suppose to be red. It came in a pink shade. It was very poorly made... To the point the sweetheart cut came up to my neck. When people sell clothing so cheap it will be cheap! Don't expect any quality or similarities to the picture. Lesson learned. Sigh.

Was in need of swimwear and ordered 3 really cute suits in August for long awaited vacation in October, and a cardigan. Received yesterday after waiting over 3 weeks.
I normally wear a Large or sometimes Medium but ordered XL so I'd be sure they fit and be more comfortable.
When I finally received them, they are all about a size 2/XS realistically. They would fit a child (with boobs). I am very disappointed as I cannot wear anything I received and would have to lose about 40-50 pounds to do so.
Also was not informed upfront of extra shipping and other fees until order was processed and charged.
Tracking number is a joke and totally useless as they never update progress, it just indicates the order exists.

I was trying to save money as I am retired and on very limited income.
I am NOT happy, will NEVER order again am writing my review to help keep others from wasting their hard earned cash as I did.
I thoroughly checked sizing before ordering. They did send me an email after a week (the time limit for returning things) and are attempting to resolve the issue. However, if they do accept a return, I still have to pay shipping back. Not worth the time and effort it will take.
UPDATE:
To make a log story short, after A LOT of back and forth emails between 2 customer service reps who apparently didn't know they were handling the same issue, I came to an agreement with them to accept a $25 refund on my PayPal account. I did not have to send the merchandise back. If I had sent items back for a full refund, it would have cost me another $25 in shipping.
I am somewhat satisfied with that resolution, but I will not order from them again.
I wish to start off by telling you that we are extremely sorry about the situation. We have clearly been remiss on our end and will endeavor to resolve it to the customer's satisfaction.

I always read reviews on sites that I want to purchase items from, especially if I haven't bought from there before. When I read the reviews about Rose wholesale.com I was very hesitant to buy from them, but I really wanted an item from there, so I took a chance and did a small test order ( three small priced items). Well, I received my order yesterday and all is good. The quality of the items was cheap, but as I only paid $6.00 for a pair of pants, I didn't expect great quality, but they are o. K and are as advertised, shipping took 12 days from there to here (Australia) which was quite good considering I was expecting to wait a couple of months according to some reviews. I have now placed a second order, will see how that turns out.

I ordered a pair of pants 1 month ago and I am still waiting. It was not even a week after ordering that I noticed the price of the item was offered at a lower price. I contacted Rosewholesale and they offered a whole 5% discount on a FUTURE order. Yea, right! They knew they would anger me since I don't think the item was ever sent. I contacted them Sept. 5 and of course, since I didn't pay big bucks for their tracking, they have no idea where the item is. The picture they show (a bag with a mailing label) could be anything, even the mail belonging to the person who lives in a basement in China. Each time, 3 times I get the lame canned answer that since I didn't pay for ungraded shipping, it could take a long time to get it. Come on, who operates like this? Be careful since there are other sites that look just the same and it's more of the same stuff and shipping nightmares. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute this issue. They are very familiar with these crooks. Update: It is Oct. 1 and NO pants. The company wrote me and told me to check at the post office for the pants. Come on! My credit card company credited my account since they know there are no pants to be found or had.

This was such a scam. The quality and sizes of merchandise I received was less than junk. Many items were not even as good of quality as halloween costumes you buy for your kids. What is advertised and what you get are 2 totally different things. When contacted about a refund, they required photos with each item to be displayed on the floor with a measuring tape showing the size discrepancy, close ups of the buttons hanging off, unfinished hems, crooked seams etc. Once they received them they tried to say the differences in size weren't enough to warrant a refund. After several emails back and forth, they agreed to accept a return and refund the money for the items returned. It was an additional $66 to mail it back to China. All total I paid over $100 shipping (to me & back to them) which they are not refunding. I would never have ordered from them had I known it was coming from China, and most definitely not had I been shown true and accurate photos of their products.

Last week I wrote very negative review about my experience with this company. Since then they contacted me several times to try to find a way to make me happy. I did not want to go thru their process of photographing and measuring and returning the too-small clothes and decided to give them away. Well, in their messages to me they offered a partial refund either to my credit card (partial because I kept the clothes) or a larger credit to my "e-wallet" with them. Truth is, I really like the bag I got and may well order another, since one doesn't have to worry about size with handbags. Anyway, I thought that was pretty good customer service, very responsive, so now I'm writing a happier review. Evidently they do read these and do care about our experiences. Now, if only they can get the clothing sizes right they will get so many more orders!

One i ordered my item 3 weeks ago got a tracking number and anborder number put my tracking number in all the shipping track boxes no order pops up. 7-10 day order 3 weeks later still no product. I had an event to go to this weekend. I ordered five items. Out of the five, I was only able to wear one, and had to give the other three away to women who could fit them. The wait is long due to they are in China. It is called RoseWholesale because it is designed to buy several of one or many items to re-sell at retail markup. This is why the items are so cheap and the shipping is so high. You are meant to profit as a vendor from this site.
Clothes run small however you are given the articles measurements. I measure myself and compare and have received 2 beautiful pair of snow boots hot pink and brown swede with fur they are made well and are true to size. Since this order i have had nothing but trouble getting products. Clothes are not true to size order a 2x and it is a large or smaller.
