Jenna H-- Possible Fraud

Order # HR**************-- I placed my order on 10/26/15. The amount was deducted out of my account on 10/28/15. I've been not only waiting for my package but waiting for an email regarding my shipping information that I should have gotten within "7-10 days" after amount was deducted. I have called the customer service # about 15 times in the past 2 days. And all I get is a busy signal/ no answer at all. And I'm starting to get pissed. I submitted a ticket that should have been answered "within 24hrs in most cases" but haven't heard anything on that yet either. If I don't get any info on my order I will submit all of this websites information to the better business bureau, US Customs and Department of Commerce. And I'm sure they would love to hear about all these bad reviews and issues that seems to be occurring with this company. I want a response in 24hrs or this will occur.

I placed my order on 10/26/15 and later received an email update that my order has shipped, but it is still sitting in Singapore...?!?! Order number is HHR**************. What the heck. I even selected Expedited Shipping hoping to receive it in time for an event on 11/13/15. I better get it in time for my event!

Horrible
November 3, 2015

It took OVER A MONTH to receive my items even though the shipping price was outrageous! I only got 3 out of the 4 items I ordered and the quality is HORRIBLE. Also they are all too small! I want my money back! DO NOT shop on this site!

Ordered merchandise which never arrived.

Received reply that item had been sent on 9/7/15. This company seems to tell everyone this and merchandise is never sent. I will be reporting this fraudulent company to the US Customs and Department of Commerce.

Report Rose whole sales fb page as scam so fb is aware if all the scamming that's happening so no one else loses money and time for their garbage. I too have been waiting, 3 momths nothing but took my money. Plus outrageous shipping costs that they are pocketing as well. Report report to stop the advertising. I ordered two dresses for a Halloween costume. I paid an extra $14 for 3-7 day shipping. Halloween rolls around and I do not have the dresses. So I email asking for a refund. They say I can have store credit, so I picked another item. They charged me the difference ($2 more) and did not refund my original shipping fee like they said they would. I have just received notification that the original two dresses for my Halloween costume shipped! I already paid the difference for the alternative item. This is literally the worst online shopping experience I've had. NEVER ORDER FROM HERE!

Last month (October 3rd), I ordered 3 tops (in a variety of sizes), a pair of pants and a skirt. My daughter and I had intended to use these items for Halloween costumes. Before we ordered, we checked the processing time for each item and paid for expedited shipping to insure that we would receive the items timely. The tops shipped October 16th, but the pants (for my costume) and the skirt (for my daughter's costume) didn't ship until October 30th... after I'd sent numerous requests for information (none were responded to) and filed a PayPal complaint. In every one of my correspondences, I requested that the order be cancelled in the event that the products would not be received prior to Halloween. Rose Wholesale ignored every one of my questions, comments and requests which was submitted through their customer service link. Luckily, I ordered different outfits last week (after receiving no response through their customer service system, I assumed that we would not be receiving our costumes). One was from a company in Great Britain (it arrived exactly when their website said it would) and the other from Macy's.
I will NEVER order from this site again:
----- The customer service is non-existent.
----- They do NOT ship after the processing time listed on the website.
----- The sizes ran very small in the tops. The size small was supposed to be for my elder daughter who normally wears a 2 or 4, but she found the sleeves to be a little tight and were not comfortable. She found the XL that I ordered had sleeves that fit appropriately and draped her better. The small was better suited for my youngest daughter (75 lbs at 5' tall -- normally wears kid sizes or xxs and 00 in womens).

I've been waiting almost 3 weeks for them to ship it out! Now they are telling me they want a picture of my credit(front and back), plus a picture of my drivers licences. Only fraud thieves ask for this info even after I payed through PayPal. I told them I wanted my order cancelled and money back. I'm really really worried now they are going to steal my money!

I give this product o stars that's because I never received this or the other dress I ordered over 2 months ago. I have reached out to them through email 3 times because there is no other way to get in touch with them. They told me to go to my local Post Office to see if it was there, PO told me they don't recognize the tracking number as one of theirs. Cant track the package because they are coming from China. I sent them another email last week and they are MIA asked for my money back. So they have my $$ and I have nothing.

This is a rip off

Money taken, shipping confirmed - tracking number given.
Nothing is working at all. Phone number non existent, no sign from tracking where is my order

2/11/2015 Received 3 of my 4 items. Not too shabby. You get what you pay for. Still disappointed in the way their system works. Give you tracking number and you still can't track. They need to rectify this and also the time they take to ship it.

Why does Facebook allow this company to advertise in their forum? I ordered and received 2 items out of 5, that was 6 months ago. The necklace was plastic and child-like and the top was crushed as if it were in a dryer, the quality was poor and smelt old. I am still trying to get customer service
