I ordered two items from them, one cotton cardigan and one black sweater. It took 2 months to get the items and although it showed the items on a women and I ordered Womens XL to make sure it would fit, they came in and fit my 10 year old daughter. I ordered 5 items at once, 3 showed up more or less on time, then I had to email them 3 times to have the other two delivered. Finally one arrived two months late and was too big (even though I read their size chart closely) the other one took another 2 weeks and when it arrived it was actually just a piece of fringed material, not a fringed top. No way to even wear this thing. One of the dressed was shown online as a knit fabric and what I received was a slick polyester knock off. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Cheap=Cheap.

I don't even want to give it one star! This site seems to just take people's money and not provide the products. I paid more for my shopping than I did my products and still haven't received what was promised in 7-10 days in a month! Nor did I receive a tracking number that I paid extra for! The customer service number doesn't even work and I don't see where to submit a "help ticket", even though after reading the reviews I doubt it would help! I've had problems with this site since day one, I thought I had finally gotten rid of them until the other day the bank actually charged me for the sales order I had already cancelled and that rosewholesale.com had answered they would refund. So not only do they not ship the order because it's cancelled I get charged for something I'm not getting and get empty promises of refunds that do not take place (they told me it would take a maximum of two months depending on the bank, it's been five). I really hope someone else can learn from my mistakes, I sure as hell did, I just hope I had read about this scam page before placing any kind of order...

I ordered two items on Sept 9th. A dress and a tunic style shirt. Both items were apparently shipped on the same day. However, they were not packaged together, and were sent via different carriers? The end result being, only one of my items was received about 1 month after I ordered. I have contacted customer service, but have received no response! Their "live chat" option never seems to work either. Their call center hours are not posted on the website and no one ever answers the phone when you do call. So needless to say they are pretty impossible to get in touch with!
To add to my disappointment, the item I did receive did not really look like the item on the website. The tunic's pockets were in the wrong place and the fabric was SUPER thin! Just really low quality (but I should have expected that for the price I paid)! I really don't have high expectations for the dress that I may never receive either. So for me this was a $36.00 lesson learned. I will never shop here again!
