I ordered a product and they said that the item would come in 7-25 days. I ordered a really nice looking hoodie from this site last year, and they charged my card. I had paid for express overnight shipping. Kinda forgot about it for about a week, then checked for an email confirmation to check shipping status, no email. So i called them, they said it was shipped and delivered. So i asked for tracking info on the package, and they gave me a bogus number. So i demanded a refund, they said it would take 10 business days, called back about three weeks later and they said it was already refunded, which i know how to check my bank statement, it was only $30 with shipping, but still. I'd never order from them, they claim to have a new York number, but they're really in China.

Like others, it took 2 months to receive the dress I ordered. It was child size even though I bought a woman's size medium. It looked nothing like the photo on their website and the lace fabric was frayed everywhere. There were no hems to stop is from fraying and the lace at the top of the dress was cut over an inch so the lace flopped over itself and in no way can be sewn. Awful! Awful! Awful!
