Ordered a 'dress' and it took a 2 month to get to me. DO NOT ORDER FROM ROSEWHOLESALE, I AM STILL TRYING TO GET A REFUND OR MY ITEMS SENT! I ordered 3 items of clothing from Rose Wholesale on 4th September 2015, paid via paypal and they said it was shipped 2 days later. I waited 3 weeks and emailed them and got told it can take up to 25 working days so I had to wait. I did wait and the items still didn't turn up. I contacted them again and they said "please confirm your details and shipping address", yes all correct. I was then told I had 3 options. 1st option - I could have a store credit valued to 50% of what I paid for the original items or 2nd option - I could have a cash refund of 40% of what I paid refunded back into my paypal account or 3rd option - I could pay 50% of the total items again plus reshipping fees and they would try to send the items again. What a joke. I asked for a full refund or the items to be resent at no cost to myself, only to be told that they can't do that as it is a loss for them as well. I have since contacted Paypal and I have opened a dispute. Hopefully they will be able to help me, it's been over 2 months since I first ordered. I will keep you updated on what happens with Paypal.
Just an update, Paypal have contacted RoseWholsesale on my behalf and I received an email from Paypal saying that I will be receiving a full refund! I am so happy and advise anyone who has had problems with not receiving their items to contact Paypal.

I ordered a 'sweatshirt' and it took a month to get to me. It was made of thin cheap poor quality jersey knit, the kind of fabric you'd find a cheap halloween costume made of. It's kind of itchy, generally uncomfortable, and certainly would not keep anyone warm (I can kind of see through it when light is behind it). Aside from the quality of the product, it took a month for it to be delivered after ordering (took about 2.5 weeks to ship). I emailed about where my order was, and got a message on the site, not an actual email back, about it being in 'quality check'. Checking to see how crappy it is maybe?
I sent a message asking for a refund, they wanted me to provide photos. I can't really express in photos that is cheap/poor quality fabric.
EDIT. After having this review up for a little while, someone else at rosewholesale contacted me saying they saw my review, and they offered me a full refund, which I gladly accepted. They also asked me to take down my review here and in return I would get a 'gift'. They are bribing me to take down my review. They also have not published the 1 star review i left on the product on their site. There are 15 reviews and all are 4-5 stars. I'd bet money there are even more bad reviews that they are not publishing.

I didn't mind the long wait or the fact that they charged me twice as much as the merchandise cost. But what really got me mad was that they sent me two XL jackets that fit like mediums. When I asked for an exchange, they had me jump through many hoops, take several pictures, and when I finally got all my ducks in a row, they cut communication with me and won't even allow me to lodge a complaint. It's a scam. Don't buy from them.

I ordered 4 items. It took a month to get 3 of them. Then a month an a half to get the 4th items. The forth item was supposed to be an all grey sweat shirt with grey strings... what I got was an all grey sweat shirt with green and grey hood strings and it has some ugly alien head embroidered on the upper left chest. This is DEFINATLY not what they have advertised on their website and not what I ordered. Ive sent numerous emails and it always takes days to get some sort of response. SAVE YOUR MONEY. The clothes are cheaper bc they are cheaper quality and the customer service is terrible. Not worth it! Ill never do this again! Look at the pictures and tell me that's not the same sweatshirt as advertised!

On October 3rd, 2015, Rose Wholesale took a $359.79 order through Paypal. They took the entire $359.79 through Paypal, though they ONLY shipped $243.90 worth of merchandise. The merchandise, - all hats, ended up useless to me as each and every hat was damaged because Rose Wholesale folded the hats and squished them into tight bags & a small box, ruining them all with irreparable, damaging creases.
After LOTS of communication, and my having to send pictures of each item received to show the damage, Rose Wholesale finally issued a refund through Paypal for the $115.88 NEVER SHIPPED, on December 4th, two months after the original transaction.
Rose Wholesale and Paypal both said they will only reverse the cost of the shipped hats of $243.90 if I return the damaged items which will cost me $79.40 to ship to China!
I demanded that Rose Wholesale pay the shipping, that Paypal reverse that cost for me. Paypal said the items were not "significantly not as described", although the hats are useless and damaged, rather than NEW and undamaged, as described. Paypal was useless.
I return shipped the hats on November 12,2015, at my own cost of $79.40. Rose Wholesale just refunded the $243.90 for the returned hats through Paypal on December 20th, 2015.
This 11 week ordeal cost me much time, stress, and $79.40.
End of story - unless someone refunds my $79.40, which should be Rose Wholesale's policy, and is actually the stated policy of the untruthful Paypal.

I have been trying to get a credit from them for almost TWO MONTHS! They have my returned merchandise and no credit given to my credit card either. They claim I will get a store credit. When? If you plan on ordering make sure it's something you won't return.

I ordered a jacket from RoseWholesale before I read these reviews. After 14 days my order had still "processing" in status.
I then read the reviews here and decided to cancel my order. This was no problem as my order was not yet shipped. I recieved a confirmation om my canceling from customer support the day after I cancelled, and the money was refunded the same day.

Why are your uk sizes SO WRONG? I ordered a coat which was actually really nice. But after in the past ordering a size 16 top, i decided to go a size bigger because the top was more like a size 8/10. What a complete disappointment when yet again your sized 16/18 coat was more like a size 10/12.

I ordered a shirt from them, it took over a month to get to me and then it was 5x too big. When I contacted them about it they made me jump through so many hoops taking numerous pictures etc just to get me a refund, after a month of going back and forth with them they wouldn't refund me they offered me 50% credit and wanted me to pay for shipping again and then shipping for the new item, I will be contacting as many people as possible this place is a scam and a rip off! 1. It took FOREVER for my items to arrive.
2. When they did arrive, both of the items I received had serious defects. One had a centimeter wide hole in the side.
3. It took three emails over a four week period to get a customer service representative to respond so that I could return the items.
4. When someone finally did get ahold of me, I was told that I could either ship the items back to China, (which would cost more than the items' value) or I could settle for a fifth of the amount I spent and keep the damaged items.
This company has horrible customer service and an even worse return policy. I will never buy anything through them again. I wish I had read some reviews before buying anything through them. It may look like a good way to get some cheap clothes, but you might as well throw your money down the toilet.
