I bought some items from this company on the 17th of oct and to this date I have not got 1 thing I ordered but they sure took my money. I even went through paypal thinking I wouldn't get ripped off but they even are a joke. They told me I had to try and find out what happened with my order, how can you do that hen this company cant be reached other than them taking your money. I am so mad over both of them. I will be filing complaint with the bbb if that ill do any good I just don't know. All I do know DONT DO ANY BUISNESS with ROSEWHOLESALE unless you just like being ripped off

Just dreadful

I ordered five items from this company on one order. They were shipped in 3 separate shipments. The first to be shipped arrived 3 months after the initial order. The tracking didn't work for it and I initially could not contact their customer service. Eventually I did so through Facebook messenger but they were not at all helpful and did not respond to a second message. The one good thing was that it did ALL arrive but I was very disappointed. Colours didn't match the pics and the texture of the lace garments was horrible. A "dress" was so short I could barely wear it as a top. Nothing I was sent is wearable at all. I won't buy from them again. I guess you get what you pay for.

This company is a scam. Look at the fake and over the top 5 star reviews along with their own response thanking themselves for the review. The profile pictures are stock photos. Their products are cheap material sewn together with a basic stitch I learned in homemaking in middle school that wont last even getting it over your head. They make an attempt to simulate the fabric patterns of what you think youre purchasing and the sizes arent even close which doesnt matter since you wouldnt wear the garbage anyway. I cant believe they are still allowed to exist when its a well known fact theyre a rip off scam. Theres even a Facebook page created to stop them and years later theyre still out there ripping people off. They have a PR person responding to reviews falsely claiming to make it right then onto the next one.

Bottom line, this company is a joke! None of the items I received were similar to the pictured items online. The fabric/quality was way below acceptable. By the way, they don't inform you that an item is out of stock or temporarily unavailable until you write to inquire why the item is missing from your package. They will essentially charge you for a missing item in hopes of getting away with it. The only form of contact is via email by the way. I was able to receive a refund for the two items that were no longer available. However, they wanted me to pay the shipping and return cost for two items that did not resemble the online description and photo. Oh and be prepared, they will ask you to send photos/proof so that they can determine that the item is not similar to the pictured photo online. Even after examining my photo and agreeing that the item was not identical, they said I was responsible for the shipping and return cost.

They seriously send you items that look NOTHING like the photos online. My fault for purchasing cheap crap online!

I brought 3 handbags and was lucky enough to get them, but they are cheap nasty horrible junk.
Do not buy from these people they are total rip offs.
I am so disappointed and would love to send back and tell them to shove it, but they don't give you any sites to get them back and get your money back.

Terrible

Company does not even warrant one star. Absolute waste of money. Quality of dress was awful. Ordered a large and it is the size of a small. Dress not as pictured. Neckline is crooked and off centered. Will not buy from this company again and will warn people not to buy from them.

Bought from the website this is the return address for their poop chemical dunked clothing items... the name under ebay was "IVAN" now its wanting it shipped back to joe... after almost $35 in shipping charges for $99 order i will not be ordering from china ANYTIME SOON OR SINGAPORE!

Apparently this company has been around for quite some time and I have no idea how they stay in business. They need to be shut down quickly. They are very inconsistent with their customer service responses and have fake shipping numbers that they use and you can never track. They use phony names on their replies. They are excellent in taking your money and depositing it into their account, they do that very quickly and efficiently but that is about all. Thank God I used paypal to order my merchandise because it was easier to report and get a refund. I say that we spread the word via facebook and youtube about this scam to help others.

I have bought from them but the past few stuff has come incomplete! In addition, broken jewelry. They ask you to send a picture and you can; t upload them. You sent them by email in an attachment and they say they never got them. Never buy here again.

I ve been waiting for this dress since sept 11th. THey say they will refund me the credit but I never received it? Where did they refund it to? I have been waiting for 16 days! I've asked, issued ticket? What happened? NOthing. THeir guaranteed to reply within 24 hrs is a total scam. I ve been waiting for their reply for a week and I still heard absolutely nothing! I order a shirt on Oct 13 or 14,2015 and got a message saying it was sent out on the 17th. I did keep checking because I got it for Halloween but it didn't come. I then got a message w a picture of my package. That was about two weeks ago. Now today I got my shirt finally on Nov 16. I do know there is a bunch of ppl that are reviewing that its a scam because they never got their stuff, but to just say I thought so too and sure enough it came. Not saying it will happen to everyone but for my case it was a great outcome just took forever but I do know they are in China. Good luck to everyone.
