I ordered a set of hoodies for me an my wife over a month ago and it never arrived i had previously ordered before and it arrived in 2 weeks time no problem so i decided since the first one arrive even tho it was to small for me i ended up giving it to my son i placed a second order this was on october 23rd it is december 1 and i have yet recived any of the of the items i ordered and every time i send a messege Bradley the automated customer service rep answers me the same thing over again that it will arrive in 25 days i think their notion of time is different than mine i ask for a refund cause the items never arrived and i keep getting the same message this is starting to look more like a fraudulent site to me

Everything is at least 2 sizes smaller than what it should be. I typically wear a small in US clothing, I ordered a medium on everything and none of it fits. I should have ordered a large or extra large! I am 5'5 and 115lbs, I shout never be a large anything! Also, the clothes don't really resemble the picture and you can tell they are very cheaply made.

Well... i ordered here a purchase... it was an accident. Quickly i wrote to the store support saying them i made an accidental order and i wanted to cancel it. I thought they were supposed to take a lot of time to answer me. Well NOT, they canceled the order and refund me my money inmediately. I see them like a VERY responsible page with their clients and their complaints or questions, i wrote them and in just Hours they reply me. I saw a lot of bad comments about this store, but a lot of good too... people, give this page an opportunity, at least they are responsible with your order and what you need. Even if their delivery date is not correctly estimated they will to do their best to make your orders can be delivered.

I saw this company online and was very impressed with the creativity of their clothes. I decided to make an order and went through Paypal. Good thing I did or maybe I would be scammed of that over $US58. The order came within a month and even though ever thing fits smaller than what the charts says on their website, I was glad I got them.
I made another order September 27,2015 and one in October2015, tadate I have not received any of these order. I went through Paypal and paid an amount of $98.53 which was charged to my credit card account and with all the numerous emails I have sent to Rosewholesale I am still without my order. First they put in my account that the orders were shipped from October, 2015. I am still awaiting these orders. When I tried to quote the order numbers or tracking numbers their support staff says the numbers are not valid. Eventually, because I keep emailing them as I wanted my orders, I came home one night and saw where they closed both ticket numbers where i was in communication with them. So I have decided to stand the loss of my $US103. I have being telling everyone who show interest in this store that they are scammers including my two young daughters and work collegues. If I had seen this site before I would ot have thrown away my hard earned money. Real scammers

I ordered a top from Rosewholesale. When I received it, it was too small and I ordered a large. Their measurements said the bust was 39. I measured the top and the bust was 36. I have been offered a new top, a store credit, or a 10.00 refund when I paid 17.00, They refuse to give all my money back. The fabric in the top was so thin I could see through it. Do not order from this business. Even the BBB has a warning about this company.

Beware when ordering from Rose gal, Rose wholesale, Sammy dress, JJ's house and many others. If it comes from China and it is unusually cheap but looks amazing in the photo's then it is the same company under different names. They all provide poor quality items if you receive them at all and have the same ticket method of dispute which is often not replied to or gives you the run around with you having to send photo's, paying return postage and or only receiving a 1/3 of what you paid in compensation if they refund you at all. They also write a lot of reviews themselves even adding to their review something that wasn't 100% but praising themselves enough to have people fooled. If they receive a bad review on their FB page or site page, ( especially JJ's house and Sammy girl) they will delete the review. Honestly, save your money. It is not worth it to go through the anxiety of their poor shipping times to receive a very poorly made item. If you notice by their reply to my review that they have not actually disputed anything that I have said in regards to them all being the same company using different names. They have only asked for a ticket number. Read between the lines ladies!

Buyers beware of sizes. In their display of an item they show small to 3X, so you choose. When I got the order a 2Xl looked like a medium. We I questioned them is when I found out that they have a comparison chart at the bottom. According to that chart they don't even make a size that compares to a 2Xl in the U.S. Although I did not expect any real quality due to cheap price, I did expect a reasonable size comparitivly. Not 3 sizes difference, if they even made a 5 or 6 XL. Total and complete dissatisfaction.

The biggest mistake that I have did is that I did not read enough reviews about Rose Wholesale! I was just amazed by the verity of items that they have! Which lead me to spend $200 (stupidly) on such a non-trustworthy website!
I sent many tickets and NO ONE even bother to reply! I swear I feel like a foul on how I have been cheated by Rose!
After 10 days of placing my order and without any reply back from them, I have received an email saying that half of what I have selected are not available!
I don't trust them anymore,,, I asked them to send whatever is ready now, and refund me my remaining money (items money and the weight shipping money), which as per of what I have been reading so far I'm really dreams of having anything back from them!:)

I wish I read all the reviews before I ordered these tops.
I ordered the same top in 4 colours. When they arrived and I tried it on I realized that the sleeves were too tight and therefore I can't pull the blouse on top of my shoulders. It looks as if it's a bad stripe-less shirt and it's very uncomfortable.
I sent a complain + photos, then received an e-mail with a link to my complain. I pressed on the link and it showed two completely different photos then the two I sent.
Customer service asked if I used the measure chart. Really? Of course I used the measure chart.
I filled the bottom part of the online complain form, attached photos but every time I tried to submit there's a message on the screen 'The question has been deleted'.
I attached three photos of my tops and one photo of a blue top that was in the ad.
Shame on you for misleading people and taking their money.
I would like to send these items back and get a full refund.
