I ordered items in from this site and when I got the items two of them had wholes in them. I followed all the drawn out procedures to get a refund (take pictures, etc) and I have had to send them 3 times now going on 4. They say they did not receive them but no one will talk with me on the phone to help me. I have items I cant even where that I have paid for and I keep getting these email telling to do the same thing over and over again. I am frustrated and ready to report them to the Better Business Bureau. Once I get this resolved I will never order from them again. The clothes are not good quality either and the site does not provide any specific detail on the fabric/quality of clothes. This has been a horrible experience. Have not received item ordered before Nov 17,2015. No correspondence on company behalf as to delivery date. Said it was in shipment. Wonder where that shipment went? Russia? Will wait another week and if not in, charges will be disputed on my Visa. Don't think I won't do it either. I will be just as brassy as you when it comes to customer service. I ordered 2 items separately. The second item came first. Took 5 weeks mail time! It was awful. Sooo small as if for a young child. Ordered a medium. I contacted them. They wanted pictures and measurements. I just wanted a refund, never replied to that. I can't explain enough how small this shirt was. The quality was awful too. It may have dissolved in the wash anyway.
Second item came 2 1/2 months after I ordered I. Advertise as a long sweater. Picture was sooo cute! I was so excited to get it... Well it ended up being a piece of material that I can only describe as more sheer then a scarf would be and came to my waist...
This place is a total scam. So disappointing. Only Silverlining is I'm not out a lot of money because a closer so cheap. That should've been my first clue!

I ordered two pairs of shoes in my size, size 39. When they arrived I couldn't even get them on my feet. When I complained to RoseWholesale they kept telling me I had to take pictures proving the shoes were the incorrect size, and to refer to their size chart. They would not accept my photos as evidence. Photos should not even have been necessary because I always have and always will wear a size 39. These shoes were absolutely not in my size. A quick google search of international size charts shows that a size 39 in Chinese sizes is really a size 40 in European sizes. Since this is a Chinese company it seems obvious that they were using Chinese sizes although they were listed as European sizes. This is clearly why the shoes don't fit. I pointed this out to them, along with the fact that their website is full of similar complaints about clothes and shoes not fitting, and they never got back to me. All they would do was send me their policy for returns based on sizing issues. How often does this happen that you need a policy dedicated to the problem? Why not just change your size chart so that people are ordering the size they think they are? I also pointed out that their size chart was obviously incorrect based on the width dimensions listed as 8 inches. A human foot is not 8 inches, and since their size chart was incorrect in this way, a refund should have been issued. No response. Garbage company.

Horrible website. Ordered a bunch of necklaces about 2 months ago & I got no order confirmation, nothing. I had no information about this order besides the fact they took money out of my PayPal. Contacted them many times and they would always reply "here's the tracking information, please be patient." HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ITEM TO COME? This is a scam. They don't even have a valid phone number you can call for someone to help you out. I would contact them through email and they haven't even been responding these past couple times. On the 6th Dec I wrote a review about Rose Wholesale as I hadn't received all of my order and the ones that I did receive were nothing like the pictures or the description. When I tried to contact rose wholesale I received no response. Rose Wholesale then replied to the review I posted saying they were going to provide a refund and had sent me a msg on their website. When I logged into their website I have received nothing and there has been no further attempts to contact me.

Have purchased several times from Rosewholesale.com, and have been very impressed with both the service and the items purchased. It does take a few weeks for the goods to arrive, but you are made aware of this when buying, and providing you make that allowance, the goods are generally worth the wait. I have not purchased clothing or shoes so can not comment on their sizing, but the jewelry and bags are true to pictures on their website.

I ordered a dress last Jan (2014) and after 2 months of not receiving anything, I reached out to Rosewholesale to inquire. They told me my shipment was on it's way and even sent me a picture of the package. I waited a couple more months, still nothing. I reached out again, and they told me to call my city's post office to inquire about the package. That's just insane... I wasn't going to call multiple post houses to find a package that they failed to deliver safely.
I reached out asking for my money back but they said that they can't do full refunds. I told them that I would complain on social media, and that's when the customer service rep asked me not to, because she may lose her job.
It's been close to a year and this is still not resolved.
This is by far THE WORST online service.

UPDATE: The company has reached out to me and is in this process of issuing me a refund for the none received product. They efficiently reached out to me. I am changing my review rating based on the fact that it is not the company's fault the package never reached me. They were quick to help solve my problem. Im mad and im still waiting on my top chiffon white blouse its been 7-15 buisness days already and i still havent gotten my top. No email or information about the order i shouldnt have bought anything from that site. They need to fix the order information. Do not buy anything from rosewhole sale its a total waste. After trying multiple times to contact them through the chat(which they are never available), phone #(pretty sure it's bogus) and finally creating a ticket(they say you will get a response back usually within 24 hours... they might have meant 24 days) I finally looked for reviews on them and came across this sit. My question is, after all the bad reviews at what point do you recognize the problem and fix it. Enough is enough. So I ask you "ROSE WHOLESALE" what are you doing to fix your issues that seem to be happening with every order including mine. I also ask that the people on this website that have had their issues resolved to speak up. All we see is the problem and not the resolution after the Rose Wholesale Rep says they have resolved it. I never write reviews but I am so angry that I spent my hard earned money with Rose Wholesale. I ordered my items "expedited shipping" which stated 3-7 business days. It's been 2 weeks and I haven't even received an email stating my items are on their way. That's when I started looking up reviews and have read nothing but horrible customer experiences. I sent in an email to their customer support center inquiring about my order and have yet to receive a response.

I received a reply from Rose Wholesale via your website. Unfortunately they have said for me to click on their link to then request a refund for the items they have not supplied to me. The link is very dubious and I will not be doing this. They have my account details already and can easily issue me with a refund. This company does not operate properly and fairly. The page on their website to supply a complaint does not work properly and so anyone with a complaint or query cannot send them a message, their so called "live chat" never works. The website appears drawn up like a proper business but falls very short. Once they have your money, there is no way of communicating with them. All I want is to be reimbursed for the items they never sent namely 7 necklaces. They are quick to take your money but not supply the goods. Save your money and time and buy your items from a reputable company not this company.
