I ordered 4 items on this order. And I am so pleased with all the products from Rosewholesale all the items fit me perfect. As I did just as the site says to and measure yourself and then go by the sizing chart it is accurate if you do this. All my items are high quality and very reasonable prices. They all look just as pictured even though it states the color may be slightly different from the photo all my clothes I ordered looked exactly like what I wanted. Love this online store. Their customer service is wonderful. If I had a question or exchange I just submitted a ticket and it was handled quickly and exactly as I had asked them to. I plan on referring Rosewholesale to friends and family as one of the best online stores I ever ordered from. I received all my orders in the time it said as it took with the processing time and the shipping as I did ground shipping which is the longest way to ship but I got e-mails on the shipping and tracking information that told me where my package was and expected date to be delivered. Very please with this company.
Well, apparently it's a scam. I ordered this great looking sweater 3 weeks ago. It's been paid for but the item is still processing. I tried emailing them about it but apparently the email is invalid, despite the fact that I received a confirmation email from them.

These types of scam occur during holiday season where people shop a lot online. They are good at what they do and they will draw you to their website to buy goods that have " "too good to be true" prices.
Once you paid, they will immediately give you a tracking number making the customer believe that the items has been shipped out already. But take note: Its so easy to get a shipping tracking from shipping companies like DHL, FEDEX, UPS without having your package being physically shipped!
Customer will then wait for few weeks and will wonder where was their package? Customer now will email their fake communication channels.
Their chat is not working and its just for display
There is actually no email address to send a message
There is no valid phone number to contact
They have a form you have to fill out to enter some of your
Order details.
They will reply to the customer after couple of days saying that the items are not available and will ask client to:
Wait 25 days until they restock
Choose a different item
Now, the customer will wait and wait until they forget about their order OR keep on bugging RoseWholesale via their form and will receive a generic email like " we do apologize for the inconvenience and we are working on it…."
You will never get your package
Your money goes to their wallet!

I bought a dress that looked absolutely beautiful. When it arrived, it wasn't even the same dress, it was completely see through, and it was hideous. I've now emailed them 4 times about returning it and nobody has gotten back in the past month. They are scumbags that scam you and what ever you order will probably be complete crap. Rose Wholesale is nothing but a SCAM! A ripoff! I ordered 3 shirts intended to be Christmas gifts. I, like others, received no order confirmation but the cost of the order was deducted from my bank account. I have sent two emails and tried to contact them by phone a few times to check the status of my order. No response! After reading what was written here and at other sites on the Internet regarding Rose Wholesale, it's obvious the company is a scam. I have already spoken with someone in my bank's fraud department. Action will be taken against Rose Wholesale very soon. This makes me mad as now I am out the money until the bank can retrieve the funds and my foster son will be out two Christmas gifts and my husband a gift also. No thanks to these con artists!

I purchased 5 ítems with expedited shipping time. Paid for the whole thing. 2-3 days later, got an email that my order had been shipped. It shows a tracking number. In DHL, it only shows as shipment information provided, but no ítems were delivered. It still shows as in Singapore one week after., When trying to contact their customer service, I only get an automated response providing the same tracking number, but no answer at all, The phone numbers shown are out of service. This is pure fraud, watch out people!

I ordered 3 items a pair of boots and 2 tops paid on 10/6/2015 the boots came not the tops no phone number to call them so I contacted customer service via email I explain to them that I had ordered two tops and a pair of boots the boots came the top did not come they replied assuring me that my tops were on the way then I see on my account the tops were shipped on October 19th on December 3rd I emailed them again requesting a refund of the difference in the price and shipping I was charged for the two tops that I never received they replied as a good faith effort on their part if I went to my post office and got a statement from them stating that my shipping address was correct on January 19th 2016 they would refund the difference my reply was I shouldn't have to go to my post office part of the order Kane I left a review for the boots so therefore they know the address is the correct address my post office never gives me a problem delivering parcels my post office doesn't hold things for customs fees I am beyond livid I am contacting my banking institution to see what I can do about getting my money refunded this is crap there's no legitimate phone number for customer service you have to submit a ticket and wait for them to get back with you I was charged more for shipping than the actual price of the items I ordered needless to say this company has lost my business I explained to them that the tops were for presents for birthdays that way since passed I want my money back I'm at the point now where I don't even want the boots I just want my money back

I ordered some clothes from those thief rosewholesale people and i have not received anything as yet. I got an invalid tracking number and everytime i go to the website to get an update they tell me my info hasnt updated as yet. I ordered those clothes since october 31st 2015... its now december 10th. No update. U click on the live chat button on the website and it takes you to a page that is not related to rosewholesale. You submit a ticket and everytime they tell you will get your stuff but u keep waiting and there is no update... im not even gonna try to call cause i know it will be useless.
