I ordered Christmas gifts for my granddaughter from this company back in early November and they say I should get them on January 6th! Merry Christmas! I can't even get a tracking number to go through. Talk about your "Slow boat from China". Exactly where it's coming from. Save your money! Don't order from this company unless you have months to wait for your merchandise!

Grrrrr

I placed an order the first weekend in Nov. I received part of my order by mid Nov here it is 5 days before Christmas and Im still waiting for the rest of my order they are Christmas presents that need to be shipped out. My daughter ordered Christmas dresses for her daughters theyre not much use after Christmas!

Rip off

So after 6 months for one order and 4 for another, I finally received both refunds, no orders. And they ripped me off a few dollars, saying it was insurance lol so now I'm out months and months worth of waiting and $ 20

Awaiting payment?

I checked the site to see if my dress had been sent. Paid $41 using my cibc debit card with a visa chip. According to my bank the payment went through... but the website said they are awaiting payment! I paid for express shipping so i could get it in 5-7 business days... i don't understand..

Do not shop here

My experience was not good at all. The hat I ordered did not have the stiffening in the peak so it is garbage. 2 pairs of shoes were sized wrong so I gave them away. A jacket I ordered did not include the collar as shown in the picture. The dress I ordered was not the colour shown and was very small therefore garbage. I contacted the RoseWholsale Company and they said you are getting your merchandise at such a good price you should not be complaining!

High quality products if you don't mind paying an arm and a leg for shipping... oh and the sizing are all wrong. I'm normally a medium in the USA. I ordered a shirt in medium and a sweater in large. Once i finally got the products the shirt fit perfectly. The sweater was too tight and short in the arms and torso. Made for a child? Also I order a jacket the same day and never got it. Back ordered and the will not give me my money back. Only points for more shopping with this horrible place or pick a different item. They couldnt tell me that when i first put the item in my cart for checkout that it is back ordered? Overall experience was horrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... unless you like being scammed... and having to jump through hoops to get only a partial refund for product you didn't get OR got but need to return or exchange... Yuck!

What a Freakin SCAM!

Im so glad i was skeptical enough to not place a large order. I didnt trust that nice clothing could really be that cheap. So i ordered only one shirt on Nov 25,2015 it is now Dec 18,2015 and HAVE NOT received my order. My order was pending for the longest time even after they took my money. I paid for 7-10 business days shipping. Its been almost a month and nothing. Im just taking it as a loss. Next time i will order from a legit place like Sears or Armani. Id rather spend more money and actually get my merchandise than to just throw away $20 and get nothing.

Where is my package

I ordered a dress, and received a email saying that it was shipped. The email enclosed a photo of the package ready to go. The package was only going from Staten Island, NY to Parssipany, NJ. It was supposed to be here two days ago, and the tracking number doesn't work. WTF? I still haven't gotten a response to my email. Where is my package?

Ripoff

I order a Batman Logo sweatshirt from them in October 2015. The sweatshirt itself was about $10 or $11, then I had to pay another $8 in S&H. It took them nearly 8 weeks to get it to me. It is a size XL (but it fits more like a small or medium), the material is thin and cheap, there are a bunch of strings hanging from it from poor sewing quality, a tear in the material, and the logo is an iron on image that barely resembles the Batman logo. The phone number never works... so don't even bother on that. And their email responses are always apologetic but asking for more details and pictures of the issues/problems. I submitted a ticket and complaint and got no where. I sent more images and details telling them the problems I had with it. They stopped responding and now my tickets and conversations with them have "expired". Leaving me with a crappy sweatshirt I don't want! Total scam artists!

All around poor company

I purchased a coat from this site on 11/29/15 for 24.55$ 17.64$ to have it expedited and a 1.49 $ it's 12/16/15 now and I haven't heard nothing from them# can't contact them! I've tried calling and it says the person is off line wtf is that?!? Either refund my money! Or get my order Here asap! And I can't put in a ticket!

Beware

I've bought 4 jackets on this website and only two of them were delivered( and the other two a few days ago), to my suprise when i've tried them on they were really short, I emailed them back asking how could I returned the items and swap them for a bigger number.
Since my first email they keep sending me the same request "We are extremely sorry for the inconvenience that may have brought to you.

But would you please measure the bust and the length of the item you received but not satisfied with?

Just like what I will show on the attachment.

We do need the pictures to confirm the exact problem you met so we can solve the problem bettter upon your proof.

We will contrast our size charts with the pictures you would offer and then decide whether it is us that should be blamed.

Please rest assure that if the mistake lies in us, we will compensate you a reasonable offer.

As for the remain unshipped items, do you want to change the size for them?

Thank you for your cooperation.

We look forward to hearing from you" and I send them the pictures so many times that I lost track of how many times I've send them and the last thing they told me was "Thank you for your message.

We do misunderstand your previous message.

You have received your two items and found that they are not fit to you.

We are sorry for this inconvenience and we would like to express our sincere apology regarding size issue.

Please have a look at our warranty terms and policy about size

In order to solve this issue, could you please send pictures based on the instructions given in the warranty link?

Please kindly help us resolve this to your satisfaction by measuring the dimension in the size chart(like the length, sleeve length and shoulder width) of the clothing you have received and then send us the photos. These should be well-lit and clear allowing us to confirm the problem and resolve it"

Truly dissapointed
