The products look great, the prices look even better, but you're simply paying to look at the website and send emails disputing received items. I never got the items I purchased. I can only imagine how big their accounts get and they probably only fill 10% of orders produced. I recommend filing disputes through your bank if you are a victim of this scam. I also recommend that we share this information with friends. They will continue to make millions by committing fraud.

I want to start by saying it took forever for me to get my order. The shirt i actually got was absolutely horrible! It looked nothing like the item I ordered online. It looks like a 5 year old child sewed the shirt together. There is no phone number to call so I emailed in to ask for a refund so i have been going back & forth with these emails! I went back in today to submit pictures of the awful shirt and my initial question was deleted! I began to submit a new email complaint and it would not let me submit it through! I am beyond fed up with this company. I will be pursuing a way to report this company so that no other person is in the same position I am.

I placed my order back on Oct. 10th and it is Dec 23rd and still have not received it! They have sent me two emails saying it shipped yet any tracking number they attached isn't valid for any site provided. When trying to "contact" them through thicket the prefer number they provided isn't valid for their own website and won't let me go further to even request help. As well as trying to sign in with the email and password I created! It's a endless circle of getting nowhere about my damn order! They did however take the money out immediately two months ago so since this is happening it looks as though I'm going to have to call my bank and say it was fraudulent charges and deal with that mess. I have NEVER dealt with such nonsense from a clothing website. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE

I absolutely love the website! So easy to find exactly what I'm looking for and the clothes have all looked amazing on me! I cannot recommend it to enough friends!
After stating they will refund my money for items that even now shows "processing" they now refer me to check out their warranty. I told them that I did not want to return items anyway as I would spend more than the items are worth to do so. They asked if I can wait a little longer (mid January) for orders that have to be back ordered. I repeatedly told them NO to no avail. It's a vicious circle. I believe its too late for me, but the rest of you... Beware! Stay away from this site. I have learned a valuable and costly lesson, just don't want others to.
