Not happy at all! Waited for over a month for a dress I order to wear for Christmas Day, didn't get it till today 4-1-2016 dress looks nothing like it does on the website it's way to small there's no way it could've been a medium or even fit someone in a size small. When I ordered the dress I waited a few weeks then asked where it was they then decided the tell me it was back ordered. Will never ever buy from there again and I advise no one else does!

When I inquired the seller said the item will be in stock last month. When I inquired again on 1/2, the seller replied "they will ship it out when they ship it out." How rude is that? Order placed on Dec 15th 2015. Sale price $14.97 after code. Paid $17.95 for fast shipping 3-5days. Jan 03-15 still not received. This is the worst site ever used. Plus attempted to contact the Custer Service was a joke. So all in all pay $17.95 for 3-4wk shipping or standard and you might get it by July. Will not do any other business with them again.

I purchased two watches from this company. They are so cheap and do not work. They told me to send them back to China and I would be responsible for return shipping. Then they told me to replace the batteries. Really? I only paid $10 for them but it's the point that they wouldn't do anything. I contacted Paypal and they will be refunding my money. I ordered several items from this site. Everything I received was wrong. The shirts I cannot wear, because they have no opening, zipper or buttons. Just hold the, in front of me?! I wanted to return them and wrote to them. They did not answer. After several attempts I told them I will write to PayPal (fortunately, that is how I paid). Then finally they answered and gave me several options, to keep them and receive a bonus, and if I send back it will take long and they will not reimburse untill they receive and check, blaah blaah. I said I want to send back, but I want to be sure I will get the money. My shipping will be only $ 8, and they charged $ 27 for the shipping! No answer. Then I wrote to PayPal and they tried, but the seller did not want to reimburse. They offered $ 12.31 out of $ 74.15, which I declined.
Unreliable? No, robbers. Never ever buy from them.

I already known this dress was pretty cheap when I purchase it from RoseWholesale, and I read many of the reviews from prior customers. Furthermore, I believe you get what you pay for. However, I purchases many cheap clothing from many places and the clothing held up pretty good or even exceeded my expectation. Therefore, I was willing to give RoseWholesale a chance to prove their company to be decent to me. Unfortunately, it was a fail attempt. I can only give them a one star, only because the dress was delivered through the mail super-fast. In fact, the dress came so fast through the mail, I refuse to believe it came from over-seas. But to make a long story short, the quality of the dress was like a Wal-Mart Halloween costume. I give a chance, but I can't try them again. Thanks

Worst absolute service that there is... I ordered 2 shirts in September, You took my money. You told me that one shirt shipped Oct 12 and the other Oct 14th. Okay it took till the middle of November to even see the first shirt. I still have not recieved the second shirt. I have inquired several times about it and got the run around. Okay so I ordered a lot of cloths to give people as Christmas gifts towards the beginning of December and considered I paid $35 for 3-7 day shipping I imagined it would be there in 3-7 days but 2 weeks later I still hadn't gotten anything and decided to look up reviews which majorly scared me because they all say how they haven't received packages and stuff. I ordered several items from them December 4. I only received half of them, so I inquired... These were to be Christmas gifts. Those people still never got their gifts. I wrote them to refund me for the rest... they have bee so apologetic but have done nothing to resolve my issue! These morons have absolutely no idea how to conduct a business it's a joke. They even went as far to tell me they dock half price so I don't have to pay taxes. Bull $#*!
