I guess I should have read the reviews BEFORE buying from their site, my order "shipped" on Dec. 11 and am still waiting for it! They are impossible to get a hold of and the site you use to track your order isn't even real I put all my info in and it says "Parcel not found - Sorry, we were unable to find your parcel details." REALLY? I have no idea where my package is or if it was even shipped! How many bad reviews does it take before you guys do something? You don't give a crap about your customers! What kind of company doesn't post a number on their site to call so we can talk to a real person? A horrible one, that's for sure. Get your act together.

I gave it a1 only because -5 isn't an option. Everything I ordered from this site was too small although the tags say extra large and other items never arrived. I've been waiting for 2 months for the last item to arrive and I haven't seen it yet.

VERY UNHAPPY!

I bought a shirt December 26th still hasn't came in the mail, and I tried tracking it and it says the "page is no longer available" they also charged me an extra. 11 cents when my order should have only been 13.87 it was 13.98! And in my reciept it said 13.87 not 13.98 and tried contacting and never got a response! I want a refund!

I recently bought two swimming costumes from this site. I received them so quickly and they were very good quality and far exceeded my expectations.
The prices were great as well.
I was kept up to date with all the tracking.

Horrible!

As a student, money is tight as it is, nevermind being out of pocket for items that never arrived! I ordered in august 2015, it is now January 2016 and still am awaiting contact from rosewholesale about a refund or the arrival of my package!

Won't be buying off them again, disappointed and frustrated!

Still no solution. Sure, they respond but when you go to the link, all you get is another catalog page. Sure, their prices are cheap, they are after all in China but my advice, if you ever want to return anything, you can forget about it. Speaking for myself, I will never order from them again,

Surprised

I ordered some items at reasonable prices but only 2 items first. After I purchased them then I read the reviews. (I know it should have read them first) After reading the reviews I just accepted I either got ripped off or it would take the items a month to get to me.
I ordered them on 12/26 and got them in my mail today 1/6. I was pleasantly surprised, items are nice and arrived as quick as other online purchases I have made.

This place stinks
January 5, 2016

I waited 2 months to get the 2 coats I ordered for Christmas and when they finally got here they are way too small, tried to contact company for weeks and now can't get on website they sucks and I need 2 x-large coats but no response and can't get on to return them or get credit back I will just burn these coats at our next bon fire I will be contacting my lawyer and the better business Bureau

Decent new Jacket!

I dont normally take the time to write reviews but read a few on here and though I would write a positive one, as many were negative sadly.

I ordered my jacket from Rose Wholesale (first order with them) just before xmas and received it today, looks great and while its a Medium (I wanted a small but none were available), it actually is more of a small in UK sizes.

Given xmas delivery would have put extra time onto when I would get the item come through, it did reach me promptly (I paid for expedited delivery)

All in all, good service for me

I've had so many issues with this company that I'm not even sure where to begin! The clothing I purchased is very poor quality and the sizes much smaller than they should be! They sent me boots in a size 6 when I ordered a size 8 and I've been emailing their Customer Service center for a month about this issue. ( Seven emails later!) I was finally advised December 9th, 2015 that my refund had been approved by a manager and it would be processed within 3-7 days. I checked my account yesterday Jan. 4,2016 and noticed no refund had been processed. I emailed them again and now was advised that
"We are sorry the refund was declined by our colleague of financial department". So a manager offers me a refund and the financial department declines it? And they don't even advise me of it?

In a nutshell, they steal peoples money! They offer credits not refunds and those credits are usually much less than what you paid. I've placed a few orders from them now, just so I could use up my credits and each time, I've only received half my order. I placed an order November 4th and still haven't received one of my items. Out of 14 items I purchased from this website, I am happy with exactly 1 item I received! It's been a very expensive lesson to learn:-( If you want to avoid heartache, do not order from this website!

Update - Thanks for responding to my complaint Rosewholesale but after at least 10 emails, my situation still hasn't been resolved and I have received yet another incorrect item! I was forced to purchase again because you would only issue a credit for your previous mistakes but I have now learned my very expensive lesson!

Totally unacceptable
January 4, 2016

I purchased some shorts for my son for Christmas with ample time for delivery. I was pleased when I saw on the tracking that the parcel had been delivered to my office (where we receive 20 parcels each day). When I got to the office and no parcel had been received I checked the courier tracking and found a signed con note and details that they had delivered the parcel at 7.32am. Our building is not open at that hour of the morning, so it is impossible for them to have delivered the parcel. Clearly a lie. When I checked with Rosewholesale customer service they repeatedly tell me I have to pay an additional $10 for the item to be sent again... They do not seem to understand that I won't pay more money for the courier to lie and say they couldn't deliver. I have asked for a refund but they just ignore what I am saying and keep asking me for the extra $10. I am very disappointed and will never use this site again, I will also be advising other people to stay far away.

I ordered 3 jackets from the website that looked inexpensive but I ordered as its opposite season in here so had no choice. I wanted a speedy delivery so paid more on shipping then the cost of jackets itself. But to my surprise the material is not woollen as it is supposed to be rather a cheap rayon only. Plus I ordered all large while received wrong size for one and have no time get it swapped from the supplier now which again would cost shipping from my pocket. Feeling very disappointed.

I took the bait. Cheap clothing, great looking website. When my Bandage dress arrived and I opened the plastic bag, I was bowled over by the smell of mold. Unfolded the dress and it had white mold all over it. I spent 8 days back and forth with their customer service. Ended up with $15 USD for a $55 purchase that I can never wear. Their returns policy is crap, they don't honor it. Never order from the website and check all the other cheap fashion websites, like fashionmia.com, because they're also from China.

Update: Do not believe RoseWholesale's response that they resolved the ticket. Their resolution was to credit my PayPal account $15.

I ordered on November 18th. Received everything today (January 4th). I was fine with the long wait. However, the sizes were terribly wrong. I ordered 4 items. I am a US size XL. I ordered three XXL's and one XXXL. They are all way too small. I made my friend (who is a US size 4) try them on and they fit her. From what I have heard their return policy is almost impossible, so I won't be trying to return them. I really wish I read these comments before I ordered. I guess if something seems too good to be true, it is.
