I will never buy from this company again. I received my product today, which by reading other people's reviews seems to be a actual problem for most people, however my shirt had extra strings everywhere, it wasn't laced like it was supposed to be so it was an unfinished product, there was extra pieces, pieces in wrong places and there was a hole in it. Then when I tried to request a return the site would not let me submit it, it kept telling me it was an invalid website, so I went to their actual website and got the same message, then when I finally got through on the site I was told that if I was to return my product I would have to pay for the shipping to return it to them and IF they received my product they MIGHT do a partial refund. That is really shady and a bunch of bullcrap because all they would have to do is say they never received my product. And what kind of company only give a partial refund for products they sell and only exceptional items. So I will be keeping the product only because I'm not going to accept only a partial refund and have to pay to ship my product back to the company that screwed it up in the first place and I will fix it myself and they will never receive any positive feedback or any good reviews from me

Worst clothing ever! Cheap Chinese crap that you wouldn't wear to your funeral! One of the dresses didn't even turn up and the others which were supposed to be size 16 we a size 10 to 12 so WAY too small.

Warning-- buyer's beware!
I ordered a winter jacket from Rose Wholesale on 11/26/2015, and here we are on 1/13/2016 and I still have no received my winter jacket. Anyone from Ohio understands what a struggle this would be.
Here's the best part... I paid for expedited 3-7 day shipping which cost only two dollars less than the jacket itself, totaling around 40 bucks after all is said and done (and after the international fee that hit my credit card without a warning.)
After about two weeks after ordering my jacket, I tried to reach the company by phone, that did not work seeing how they have a phony phone number! You must reach them by filing a complaint online, and someone will get back to you in a day or so...
So I file my complaint online, and whoever received it told me I could cancel the order, receive store credit, or just wait some more. This was also troubling because not one of those options was good enough. I want my order, and a refund on the shipping costs.
This company FAILED to mention that the specific jacket was on back-order from the manufacturer, until 12/25/2015. Awesome... winter in Ohio without a coat. Marvelous! Splendid.
I wanted to wait until I received my jacket to write a review, but sadly I don't believe that will be happening anytime soon. Trying to save someone else the trouble, and warn that if I took the time out of my busy day to sit and tell the world my story, I hope you save the time in your busy and hectic life and DO NOT ORDER FROM ROSE WHOLESALE, Trendy gal, or any affiliation.

I ordered 2 Denim jackets. I chose XL male adult. I know I did because I triple checked before completing the order. I received my product in a reasonable amount of time, about 2 weeks. Problem is they don't fit. It appears that I was shipped a children's XL. So I go to submit a "ticket' and the web page freezes and wonder submit. I try to find a phone number and the one number given is " turned off". Customer service in the last 10 years has gone down world wide. And this company is a perfect example of that. I purchased a top and long cardigan from Rose Wholesale. Products looked great at fantastic prices. Was so disappointed when my package arrived. Both items looked so cheap and the colour of the top was nothing like the nice grey colour that was portrayed in the ad. More a dirty water colour. I ordered two dresses in 10/09/15. I received one dress with the measurement that much smaller by several inches from the listed information. I still have not received the second dress and it is now 01/10/16. I sent four messages with very little has been done. My credit card has been charged very quickly after the order was placed. I ordered item since November and my items were shipped to the wrong address. I emailed "customer support" and was advised by a rep named Robert that it was not there problem and that I cannot receive a replacement or a refund! I was given 200 points which is basically $5.98 off even thought my items amounted to approx $60 usd. Most companies who care about there customers would issue a replacement once rectified, but these greedy thieving online store does not. You are basically thieves! Robbing hardworking people of their monies! The uncaring response by Robert confirms this! Why should I pay for items I have never received.
