Buyer beware! The sizing is completely off. They give guidelines, but they do not correlate with the clothing. The hoody I ordered was made of thin wicking like material, the edges around the hood were not hemmed, and the sleeves had a seam reversed to the outside. It fit like a second skin and I looked like a sausage, lol. The big button sweater was the same. Crap quality, and it gapped between buttons because it was nothing like a large. It all fits like children's clothing.

The quality of the item is sub standard and the sizing guide offered by this company is unbelievably incorrect. They claim a XL is 38" chest. Maybe in children's sizes that would be correct but in the uk and in fact the rest of Europe a XL is 42" + on the chest. When I tried to return the items the company would only only accept them by offering I store credit and I would have to pay all shipping (from the uk).
I will never buy from this site again and recommend people think twice if you intend to buy from here and are outside of the USA. So much for the great American Customer Service.

I am impressed with the shipping, I ordered the goods 2 weeks ago and they arrived yesterday. The estimated delivery time was between the 6th & 25th February, so very impressed, though one thing puzzles me, the senders address was in NSW Australia, which is where I am from, so this confused me. I have only had a quick look at the items I received and they all appear to be in good conditionm though the dresses have a tie on them under the bust and the tie is on the inside, so not sure what that's about. I ordered a pair of earrings with my total order and they advised that they were being shipped separately so still not received them, but we will wait and see. Overall, being my first order, I was impressed with the speed at which they were delivered and the quality of the goods, though the jewellery had an odd scent to it, but I plan to polish & wipe the jewellery so hopefully this will disappear. All in all though, I will place another with them, for jewellery only though.
This company is a nightmare, they take your money quick enough, but the goods are rubbish, as there packing service, I ordered 3necklaces for Christmas presents, one turned up before Christmas Brocken, the other two turned up after Christmas and both were broken, theses items were ordered in October., ladies save your money and hassle.

I ordered a ton of stuff-silly me. The items that I received are extremely poor quality. They do not look anything like the pictures on the website. The coat I ordered had holes in the pocket because of the poor seam stitching. Suspiciously there are no tags on the items, and each package I received had no paperwork with it or any identification on the packaging at all. I am still waiting to get the rest of my order. I tried to submit an inquiry through their website, but it requires an order #, which I don't have. I tried to refer to my order in my account, and strangely enough it shows that I have no orders. STAY AWAY! Also I think RoseGal.com is the exact same site.

I had finally received my item today; January 25th after ordering it on January 1st. Keeping it short and sweet -- Do not waste your money. The item came in too small, the fabric was cheap and the stiching was loose. I see how you get what you pay for. Though, in total I wasted about $28.81.
I am still upset they charged me an extra $7.61 when the size M was way TOO small, it fits as an XS. Or a youth/children's size.
I wish for a refund on this bull$#*!. Lol Never order from this site or any cheap clothing site from China, they just rip you off.

Terrible, absolutely terrible. The quality of the items are crap, the sowing job is awful! I received a broken watch the jewelry fell apart and the clothes are sized for the Asian market. They will not issue full refunds only store credits which is useless once you see the poor quality of the items you will not want to shop there again! I ordered a vintage black lace dress which is stunning. Sadly the Medium size does not fit and is more like an Australian size 8.The sizes are way too small.
I had opened a complaint and when I tried to upload photos it says the question was deleted.
I followed their measurement guide and my items even though they state they are XXXL and XXXXLthey fall under your Large measurements. I can not wear these items since they have the wrong measurements listed. As well as one of the items has multiple fabric snags. The other item I ordered in black and is clearly grey.
They said I can have store credit of 20% if I return my items to China.
