Prices are reasonable. Delivery is prompt. However, I would be careful on buying whites as they might sometimes be stain. Then will not be worth it as we have to ship back for an exchange.

Useless/ Rip Off

I ordered 11 items of clothing, read all the feedback and straight away cancelled my order, they took $100.00 more from my account than they said they had refunded - NO REFUND - Started speaking with them on Live chat but was quickly cut off saying that they would love to help me but I would have to sent yet another 'ticket' (enquiry)

So... Rosewholesale sent me a few emails sorta/kinda trying to resolve my situation with them (I just wanted to return the merchandise and get my money back!). They first offered me a 10% coupon to use when shopping at their site again (Yeah... like THAT's gonna happen) and finally they offered me $52 USD refunded to my credit card and I wouldn't have to return the items.

That was about half of what I spent, but from reading other reviews I guess I'm lucky that they even offered that. It's not on my card yet, but I'll be keeping an eye on it to make sure that it gets there.

Have I changed my mind about shopping at Rosewholesale? Absolutely not! There was one statement in the early emails from them that really made me angry.

"By way of compensation and as a gesture of good will we would like to offer you 10% off for your next purchase.

We suggest you keep the items. If you know someone in need or if you would like to donate it to a charity, we would really appreciate it."

Rosewholesale does not know my situation. Maybe I NEED usable items or I NEED my money back. Sadly, this is the poorest customer service I have dealt with in quite some time.

And then they had the unmitigated gall to ask me to update my comments on www.sitejabber.com.

"We hope that the solution we offered you was to your satisfaction, and if so, would you mind updating your online review and stars to better reflect your overall shopping experience on http://www.sitejabber.com/?

We really appreciate your support."

Seriously? Consider my comments updated!

The products are came from China where the sizes are ridiculously different. I ordered several items using my normal size and I swear they wouldn't fit my very thin 5 year old niece! When I emailed and said I wanted to return the items (which should totally be an easy thing to do), this is the response I got:

According to your statement, it appears that you did not order the items according to our size chart.
You may review your order details by signing in rosewholesale account in " My Orders".
Kindly note we have shipped the correct order.
Technically, there should be no compensation in such case.

They went on to say that since I was such a good customer they'd offer me 10% off my next order. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING! I will never order from them again and I will advise everybody I know and even those I don't to never do business with this company!

I ordered 3 bathing suits. Checked sizing chart before and followed it. Couldn't possibly be happier with my order. Suits are perfect. Fit like advertised and shipping was very quick. Would recommend to anyone :)

I saw a few reviews of a 3 or more stars, some 5's. Those people have to be made up by RoseWholsale. Their clothes are horrible. Way off on sizing for all 10 items I ordered. Quality of material was horrible. Then when I called to get return info, they want ME to pay for shipping! I gave all the clothes to Salvation Army and am now out $130. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE!

Great survice!

The rosewholesale staff has a very polite manner which makes it very comfortable to message them about problems, they take each problem seriously and find a decent solution. I highly recommend rosewholesale to shop fore if your product hasn't arrived you receive your money back or a system they use called R-points. This problem very rarely happens and most products arrive within the estimated time period.

This website is a scam. Luckily I only gave them $15. I never received my packagemail and when I contacredit them they basically told me there was nothing they could do and that there was no tracking number, even though they gave me a tracking number and a website I could track it at. I will never buy from this company again. And I want a refund.

Let's see I had ordered something back in 2016 before December because of my birthday. I had emailed them when I never got my jacket I ordered.
So I'm basically out of the money I paid for it. Please don't buy from RoseWholeSale they we scam you just like they did me and alot of other people as well.

I ordered an item of clothing for an event that was coming up and I ordered at least a month before the event. Rose wholesale said they didn't have the item in stock but gave me a coupe of options they said I could have my money returned into a wallet but could only use the money to purchase from them again when I'm ready or choose another item. I chose to choose another item so my order went in. Rose wholesale made contact by email again to say the item could not be shipped I then asked for further details as I wanted to know why it couldn't be shipped and was it because the item was out of stock they didn't give me any further options and I haven't heard from them since Really bad customer service and handling of situation and communication bad I'm surprised they have any customers at all. My guess is in order to stay in business they have to at least keep some customers happy so they will keep coming back but the majority they will just take there money. Luckily I paid through PayPal so I'm know claiming from them. Word of advice do not pay by debit card you will be more protected through PayPal or if you're paying by credit card but best advice keep well away. The only reason I've rated them a one is because they answered me the first time when the item was out of stock so they claim. Otherwise it would have been less than one.

I ordered a tank top and even though it takes a little longer, I waited like 5 weeks, it does arrive. I had to order a few sizes larger though but if you know that it's not a problem. I'm very happy with it and I recommend this site to other people.

Rosewholesale is a lovely website to shop from, you always have to do a little research because of the differences in sizing for clothing and shoes but other than that I have yet to be disappointed by this company, the customer service is prompt and gives positive feedback, they are always willing to work with me on any issues I might have with their company and are eager to correct the mistakes made promptly. Wrap around dress

I placed an order and paid extra for shipping within 3-5 days. Days later and my order was STILL processing. I contacted them and they said my order would not be processed until July, I ordered in the middle of June. I asked for a refund, they tried to give me store credit. I declined store credit and they said they refunded my transaction, but that my CC company would take up to 14 days to process my refund. I called my bank, they told me a CC refund only takes 5 days once they recieve it. Its been almost two weeks since RoseWholesale says they refunded my purchase. My bank is advising me to dispute the charge. After ordering I looked on the internet and seen a lot of bad reviews on this company. If garments are back ordered they do not tell you that before you order. You don't find out until you contact the company asking why your order is taking so long to process. I will not order from this company again, and I will be sure to pass the word around to friends. Horrible expierence and customer service.
