I ordered 11 items of clothing, read all the feedback and straight away cancelled my order, they took $100.00 more from my account than they said they had refunded - NO REFUND - Started speaking with them on Live chat but was quickly cut off saying that they would love to help me but I would have to sent yet another 'ticket' (enquiry)
