I hope others will do a review check BEFORE ordering. I wish I had. I ordered a purse, a dress, boots and a coat which said it would take 15 days. I ordered November 12th, 2014. Two weeks later I am checking to see where the order was in the shipping process and found that it had not even shipped. Once I emailed them about I saw that they shipped it the next day but in two packages. The purse I ordered was no longer available.
I received the dress first, month after I ordered, and clearly their sizes are off the chart for someone who wears an XL according to US sizes. About three weeks after the dress, I received the coat, or atleast I thought it was a coat, it was clearly a jacket. The picture showed a coat, not a lightweight jacket. The coat was what I was most excited for and the actual reason I was ordering. I took the jacket into work to see if any of my fellow coworkers could fit it and even the smallest, skinny one could barley fit it. About 3 weeks to a month later I received the boots, cute as all get up, but definitely it had to be a childs boot because they were that small. I didn't even attempt to try them on. I was so disappointed. After two plus months I ended up having to send everything back. In the emails they ask me to send a pictures of the items I was returning before they would give me an address to return to. I tried but the size of the picture could not exceed 2 MB. Eventually I had to threaten to file a report about their sales ethics in order for them to give me an address to return to. There is NO address on their website for returns. Once I received the address then they said 15 % would be deducted for depreciation? I paid twice as much sending it back as they charged me to send it. Although one good thing I could say is that they were not slack in returning my emails. I have to say I will never order from them again. This whole process has been a nightmare. I hope this helps someone and I hope they read the reviews first. I would hate to have someone go through the experience we have had to go through. I ordered 3 items a pair of boots and 2 tops paid on 10/6/2015 the boots came not the tops no phone number to call them so I contacted customer service via email I explain to them that I had ordered two tops and a pair of boots the boots came the top did not come they replied assuring me that my tops were on the way then I see on my account the tops were shipped on October 19th on December 3rd I emailed them again requesting a refund of the difference in the price and shipping I was charged for the two tops that I never received they replied as a good faith effort on their part if I went to my post office and got a statement from them stating that my shipping address was correct on January 19th 2016 they would refund the difference my reply was I shouldn't have to go to my post office part of the order Kane I left a review for the boots so therefore they know the address is the correct address my post office never gives me a problem delivering parcels my post office doesn't hold things for customs fees I am beyond livid I am contacting my banking institution to see what I can do about getting my money refunded this is crap there's no legitimate phone number for customer service you have to submit a ticket and wait for them to get back with you I was charged more for shipping than the actual price of the items I ordered needless to say this company has lost my business I explained to them that the tops were for presents for birthdays that way since passed I want my money back I'm at the point now where I don't even want the boots I just want my money back

I would not give any ratings, period, as I feel this is a fraudulent company, based on the service, the fraudulent shipping time advertised, (placed my order on Sept. 6, and it's Oct. 5, and have received only 1 item of 4); the fraudulent tracking numbers supplied, (when tracking, "no item can be found" messages). The service center is non-friendly, and you only get an automated response, which does not tell you ANYTHING concerning your order. I even tried to call the phone number given for USA customers, and it was an automated voice that said, "please leave your message after the beep, thank you"; The site gives you an option to "email" them, and fraudulently words that it will guarantee a personal reply to "inquiries" within 1 business day. (I wonder how many days ROSEWHOLESALE considers 1 business day?) It states that it provides after sales support in ENGLISH during their office hours, yet I have YET to find that to be true... and FINALLY... they are always happy to help? Which planet do they think we live on? The dresses, styles, clothing, are all beautifully fashioned and strategically presented to lure and reel us hopelessly romantic purchasers in. However, I believe I have been CURED of purchasing from this company after my FIRST TIME PURCHASE. I was lured in on FACEBOOK, and everywhere you look there is an ad by ROSEWHOLESALE... I will certainly do my part to warn any and all potential purchasers of the dangers of purchasing from an out of country supplier such as this. (given their reputation, which is quite evident on this site). THANKS Sitejabber, for supplying us with an outlet for our frustrations of dealing with bad businesses.
This was the first time I bought apparel online, other than pretty simple t-shirts. I was never sure because I was afraid of finding out the clothes would be either too small or too big, but I was tempted because of the reduced prices. One day I decided to finally order some clothes and I looked for the best site regarding variety and prices, and among several options, Rose Wholesale seemed the right one.
I actually wanted to buy lots, lots of things from there, but I only limited myself to 3 pieces as this was the first time buying clothes online, as I previously mentioned, and I first needed to test the sizes. When my order arrived, I was pleased with the quality of the materials. Regarding sizes, 1 of the 3 items, a trench coat, was oversized but fortunately a tailor fixed it. That made me learn I had to measure myself more carefully next time.
But there was an issue with a hoodie. It didn't look exactly like it was portrayed on the website. It had bat wings in the part of the arms, and those weren't shown on the photos. Apart from that, the hoodie was good but I was not planning to use it as I didn't like the wings at all. Honestly, I felt very angry because I paid for something that wasn't what I expected. I immediately contacted Rose Wholesale and surprisingly, they told me they would refund me and I didn't even need to send the item back! I actually thought they would say something like "sorry we don't do refunds, you're responsible for what you order", but no. I am very very grateful for that.
What is more, every time I have contacted them, they're super polite and nice. Now I'm planning to order more clothes one of these days, I already have some items on my Watch List, and I will do it repeatedly in the future.
I definitely recommend Rose Wholesale if you are looking for cool clothes, good value for money, and great costumer service.

I ordered my first (and last order) and out of about 5 dresses, only 1 fit - the rest were so so small they were unwearable - I'm normally an 8-10 Australian which is usually 'S' or sometimes 'M' here - so that I ordered all 'L' and they still didn't nearly fit is crazy. However the value was not worth returning them
The belts I ordered were somewhat better - cheap quality, but usable and would normally be charged more for the same item in a shop here - so was happy enough with those at least. However, one was incorrectly sent and when I advised them, they wanted me to send it back at my cost (postage was just as much as what I'd spent on the item! I offered to of course send it back if they forwarded a prepaid envelope - which they declined) - or their other option was that I paid extra to have the correct one sent to me!
So totally appalling (and illegal!) customer service. They eventually agreed to resend the correct belt at their cost, acting like they were doing me the greatest favour by doing so, and again, sent the wrong one. So we went back and forth in correspondence for ages, so much of my time spent - their view was that as I was keeping both belts that I'd been adequately 'compensated'. It didn't matter that I'd told them I was happy to return them if they paid the postage and they weren't an item that I'd even wear and that wasn't even the point anyway - as a business they have to provide the item you've ordered, or if unable to do so an agreed replacement item/refund.
After ages - they've agreed to send me a different product - with the disclaimer that if it is sent wrong this time that it's not their problem and that there's nothing more they can do! As a business you're not even allowed to do that!
Awful! Generally cheap, nasty products and terrible approach to customer service. I've shopped at Zulily before and though there are still issues with sizing there (as there would be until the world gets standardised sizing that the manufacturers actually work to!) - I'll be returning to Zuliliy before Rose Wholesale anyday!

This is an update to this review. After voicing my concern with extra fees and having to wait a little longer than expected with expedited shipping, I was contacted by Rose Wholesale and they were understanding of the situation. I've been fully refunded on the shipping cost, and offered a 13% discount on my next order. I also suggested that maybe there be an estimate calculator to give you an estimate of what the duties/taxes might be, but this is not possible on Rose Wholesales end. Fair enough. In conclusion, I'm happy my concerns were heard and promptly and efficiently dealt with on Rose Wholesales part, they have a great customer service team. However, if you do order from this site it may be more cost effective to select free shipping if it is an option and always beware of duties/taxes!
My Original review:
Beware of Extra Fees!
I ordered 6 items with a total cost of $107.72
Not only did I pay for shipping ($44.15 - free shipping did not appear to be an option) but I chose the expedited shipping (7-10 days) and have yet to receive part of my order. I placed my order December 9th 2016 and recieved the first portion of my order by December 20th 2016 (after paying another $32.38 in duties/taxes) I am now awaiting the arrival of the second portion of my order and have to pay another $26.92 to customs. So $107.72 (cost of items) + $103.45 (shipping and customs) = $211.17. I paid almost as much for shipping and customs as I did for the actual items.
In conclusion, these items may appear to be a great deal, but by the time you factor in all the extra fees you really aren't saving any money at all. Lesson learned: don't be fooled by cheap price tags and I guess that's why it's always better to shop local.
