I also wish I had checked for these reviews before buying. This company is nothing but a scam and don't waste your time or money with this company. I purchased 4 items from Rose Wholesale on August 2 and paid $30 for expedited shipping. Was supposed to get in 3 to 5 days... I did get thru to them when I called to find out where my order was and was told I would get my order in the first week of September. Would not refund any of the shipping money. Got a flat out no to any refunds. My order did arrive on Sept 2 but I did not get the items I ordered. The items that did come looked as if they were used and some actually had nasty looking stains on them. Yuck. So besides getting cheated on the extra money for shipping I got cheated with items I didn't even order and the quality of the items was so poor it was unbelievable. I plan to report them to everyone I can think of such as Facebook so they can stop letting them advertise on Facebook and online and am hoping to get some help from my credit card company too. I encourage and request anyone reading these reviews to send a request to Facebook with a request to remove them also so no one else will see their advertisements while on Facebook and fall into their fraudulent company. I hope this will save some people from getting cheated from this awful company. BUYERS BEWARE!

The shirts for men LOOK amazing, till you get them... then you realize how cheaply made they are. Biggest part of this scam? I ordered two different brands of mens button up shirts from them (XL), yet BOTH were small enough that a skinny 10 year old GIRL would have trouble wearing them. Same thing for two jackets I ordered.

I was wholly disappointed with my experience with Rosewholesale. First, they are extremely unclear about shipping period. Unless you look at the fineprint, you will pay a lot of money for quick delivery only to find, one month later, you STILL haven't received your items.
Second, be careful of sizes! I am size ten Australian, which is medium to small. They do not make it clear enough on this site that medium DOES NOT indicate medium in your own country. I spent over $100 on clothes, only to find that most items were easily too small. One item in particular would only fit a child here.
Third, all communication with them was uncomfortable and I found them to be terse. The items were not as good quality as they would appear. I pulled stockings on and they immediately tore right up the thigh.
I do not recommend shopping at this store.

Ordered a shirt; it went to an incorrect address. It was returned to China via Rosewholesale.com China Postal Service; contacted Rosewholesale via email several times; item was never reshipped to the correct address, nor was credit issued. With this kind of customer service, I recommend you shop elsewhere, as there is no recourse with a Chinese company.
First it took almost 1 month to get my order, when I purchased a shoulder bag and a sweater, when I finally received them I was VERY DISAPPOINTED! The quality is HORRIBLE.
You can't return and the phone number on the website goes straight to voice mail.
While my items came quickly, the sizes were horrendous. I ordered mediums and larges, but could barely get any of the dresses or shirts on. They are basically children's sizes. And the quality is BAD. Even worse, there is no return forms or legit ways to contact the company for a return. I would not order from here ever again. Terrible service, checked out my first order of 110 euros and got it shipped to ireland what they didnt tell me was I would get hit with 15euro of customs charges the reason i chose flat rate was to avoid costs, a month later and no refund issued and was basically told customs charges are not thier issues, Also bought and paid for items on 18/07/14 they didnt ship them until 25/07/14 and didnt inform me of any delays its now the 25/08/14 and still havent arrived, The same order was one I got sent to AUSTRALIA which is closer to China and 1 whole month later and the items still have not arrived and the person who i sent them to get them has now left australia to come home like disgraceful, I also got 5 automated responses and in one instance i got an answer to a question I didnt even ask its like talking to idiots, Also the items are not top quality their version of large wouldnt fit a 12 year old tried a shirt on I wouldnt get my hand into the sleeve threads showing and bits not placed properly, They takes ages to reply and wont issue refunds and say they have a 7 day returns policy but yet cant ship your items to you in under a month, cheaper and better service on AMAZON do not go near them they are useless and a disgrace to online shopping never again, I also tried to contact them on facebook and write reviews on their products which I am entitled to do and instead of dealing with me they deleted me from their page and blocked me from it, its run by a bunch of idiots and immature fools

When I first saw this item (red knee-length long sleeve red) I thought it was a godsend, I had been looking for something like it for weeks in every shop and site I could. Little did I know it was a false idol.
I waited well over a month for it to be delivered, items I ordered from Hong Kong three weeks after this arrived before it did, made order 21st July then wasn't even processed and shipped until 8th August, well above their claim of 5-10 working days. Arriving only today (25th August).
I was lucky to even know any information about my order as a log in for the site was created without actually telling me or giving me the password.
For something claiming to XL (size 16 AUS) I figured it would be a little tight. What I was not expecting was an item that that would be lucky to fit my waif of a friend and is more likely to fit my tiny 12 year old niece (size 8 AUS). The supposed knee-length dress isn't even long enough to cover my waist and I am only 5'5.
I have tried to put a review on their site, but surprise! It doesn't work.

This company is not even worth a star. It`s the worst I have experienced since Internet came along. Bought what I thought was a superwide and floorlength dress. Gorgeous on the photo, the dress was sweaping(!) the floor and with a superwide skirt. The product was a scam. The dress was only kneelength, not wide, and definetly not the same as on the photo. I am not tall, nor fat, so unless the model is a midget this is not the same item as on the photo. In order for it to sweap any floor I have to stand on my knees! They use designerphotos online, and give you a cheap copycat far from what you see on the photo. I complained and the responce was a standardized copy-pasted answear from a machine (named "Novia"). There are no customerservice. I will NEVER order from this site again.
