Like everyone else here. The garments do not fit... they run extremely small... I am not a big person. The quality is very poor and they smell of strong chemical. The only similarity between what I got and what I thought I was purchasing is the color of the garments. I tried to contact the company using their on line form that keeps me running in circles. It's impossible to send it. The phone number listed on my Visa is an automated PayPal number. No way to contact them. They are obviously not American. Their English and models are foreign. I'm canceling denying the charge on my Visa!

I will never purchase anything from this merchant again they charged my card $28.80 for a $13.11 purchase if I wan't to spend $28.00 I would have went to macys then on top of that they have there web page set up so you cant send a email you cant contact them by phone this is not real scam scam scam I want my cash back I don't want a $7.00 dress for $28.80

DO NOT EVER WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS SITE. My order took almost two months to arrive. The quality and size were horrible. The shirts that I ordered although it said, one size fits all, on screen, were pictured as long enough to wear with leggings or tights. My tights wouldn't even go up my legs, I'm a size 2. The shirts that were, in the photo, long and off the shoulder, would fit my 9 year old niece. One of the arms was longer than the other. The long sweater was a short rag. I can possibly use of the shirts as a workout top because it is so small, but looks NOTHING like the picture. Do not waist you money! I wouldn't even give them 1 star if I didn't have to in order to submit this review.

Took three months to get my order and when it finally did arrive an item was missing. When I contacted them, they said they always check packages and t check again. Granted the item missing was only a $3 item, it is the principle of the matter. Slow to process the order, slow to ship and super slow to receive. E-mails are somewhat not helpful. Prices are cheap, but s was the service and clothes. Won't shop with them again. Not worth the time wasted.

This place is horrible. Took over a month to get my order. The quality is awful! Not even the material advertised. The customer service people cant speak english. They also wont do refunds! Do not ever order from them!

Waited for almost a month plus but my order still indicate as processing. When i emailed their customer service, was told that the order was out of Stock (OOS). Thus, I waited again for another week or so but the item is still OOS.

Emailed them again and they offered a PARTIAL REFUND to me.
I did not get my item yet i can only get back a partial refund (from 17 Oct 14 till now, it is still not yet credited to my card!)

Please do not buy from this website!

I have an excelent reference about Rosewholesale, i recommend this Site because i received always my orders on Time and the quality is so good. I bought jewelry and are really beatiful an original,

I placed an order on October 24th and still have not received it almost a month later! I have sent several complaints and the only response i get is apologizing and asking for my patience! I have had just about enough patience! I am requesting a refund from Paypal at this point I don't even care if my order comes, I am getting my order refunded! 7-10 business days has turned into now 21 business days I am livid! I ordered myself a jacket for my birthday 2 weeks in advance, my birthday was over 2 weeks ago and i still don't have my order! I wish i would have seen all these reviews before I ordered so I would not have used this site I am very dissatisfied.

The sizes are all smaller. I mean I expected that because I saw all the girls on there were skinny and tall and thin. If you're in America and you order a jacket about a size large, it's basically and extra small. The jacket I bought wasn't the jacket that arrived. I got a completely different jacket, that I would've been okay with, if only it actually came in my size. Over all the stuff is very cute and fashionable. Just be aware of the sizes.

I ordered from RoseWholesale. Can't get a confirmation of shipment, can't get to their support pages. The site keeps asking me to sign in even though I have and the phone numbers for the company are constantly busy which I find disingenuous and think they do not work. I have ordered and they have certainly accepted my payment! I would and will never use them again!

I would not recommend this company. This is a company that advertising on Face Book for really great prices on clothes and jewelry. I decided to try them without looking up the company... yeah, I know, stupid! Anyway, I ordered product from them and they responded in a day saying that all but one of the items had been shipped, that I would receive them within 7-10 business days. We have now exceeded that and I have sent them three emails asking where the order is. First, you have to go on line to get an answer and ask for any responses they have for the tickets they issued. What I found was that they did not respond to the first two tickets until I said in my last ticket that if I didnt hear back from them, I wanted a refund. On the third ticket, all they said was, "processing"... what the heck does that mean? Was it sent or not? If I dont get my order by next week, I will be contacting the better business bureau about this company!

THIS WEBSITE SUCKS SO BAD. Ordered 5 items and got only 3. And even they were TERRIBLE. The material sucked, and the size was COMPLETELY different to what is mentioned online. And i dont even want to talk about the quality... i DO NOT recommend this site... Even the shipping cost is equal to ur purchase... RIDICULOUS!

I normally wear a small/xsmall in US size and order a large size light jacket from rosewhole sale. The item took about 2 weeks to arrive. It fits great!
I got a few complements from it. However, the quality isn't the best. You get what you paid for. In generally, I am satisfied with the purchase.

After reading the reviews I'm a little worried now! I order last week from Rose wholesale and I still have not received my order. I ordered from 2 other website at the same time and I have already received my orders! I'm going on a cruise next week and if I don't receive my order by next Wednesday, I will be calling PayPal! I never got an email with a conformation number, because I used PayPal (smh) Thank God I used PayPal
I used Paypal with the other websites and I received a conformation. So for now no stars! When I tried to reach customer service, I got no one! I will update this review In one week regarding if I got my order or not. (LatinQueen)

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM! Before ordering I asked if the items I was looking at were in stock and about the sizing - if it was true sizes. I ordered the items on August 29 - and received them today... November 19... I sent many, many emails and would never get a response. The sizing is not even close to US sizing or what is displayed in their photos... My daughter is 5'5", weighs around 120... ordered a medium(thinking it may be a little big on her), long dress - the dress is at least 12 inches off the ground----the model had heels on that were at least 5". The other items are very, cheap and sizing also not close to a US size. DO NOT ORDER.

THE SITE DOES NOT ALLOW TO SEND " TICKETS" JUST KEEP GETTING REROUTED INTO SIGNING IN REPEATEDLY TO NO END. I'VE TRIED 10 TIMES ALONE TONIGHT TO REQUEST AN ORDER CANCELLATION WITH NO LUCK. MY ORDER HAS NOT BEEN SHIPPED AND IS QUALIFIED FOR CANCELLATION SHOULD THE REQUEST BE ABLE TO SUBMIT.
