They make their products super cheap. $21 for a trench coat. And then before you order, you are supposed to tack on "shipping insurance" and all these other fees making it incredibly expensive. I decided not to make it more than twice the original cost, MY MISTAKE. I ordered this product in January and have still not received it! The address I gave them was correct, I get packages in the mail all the time. They are wanting to only refund HALF my money because of their policy. What bullsh&t. I shop online A LOT and have never had such an awful experience. Thank goodness they get two stars for service because they actually emailed me back. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE AND DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE.

The quality is hit or miss. The sizes are some strange sizes made for pygmies or eskimos or little people... The what they provide you in discounts they make up in high handling and shipping cost. They are bad with responding to return requests. They ask you to send photos and SKU's and do all this extra work and then when you finally send the items back they will refund a fraction of the cost. Very very scamy and dishonest company. Stay away!

I just received my shipment after I order 5 weeks ago. I ordered 2 One -Piece Bathing Suits. I was so excited that they arrived just in time for my daughter was coming for a beach visit with me in just a few days. Boy was I disappointed when I went to try these on and neither fit! Bathing suits are not made of the stretchy bathing suit fabric! These will not stretch over the body! And when pulling them up over my hips (Note: I am not a large woman either.) the threads started popping and breaking! Company will not send me a shipping label to return and it will cost me more to ship back that what I paid for them! Learned the hard way! Wish I had read the review first! Please Beware!

I ordered two dresses from this site, one Medium, one Large. The Medium shipped, the Large did not, so I cancelled the Large (I did receive a prompt refund). However the size Medium was damaged, left side seam is split. I have opened two tickets and no one will give me an address or shipping return ticket! They keep asking me for a picture of the damage. I do not feel that is necessary, I WISH TO RETURN THE DRESS PLAIN AND SIMPLE FOR A REFUND!
Also, the original order number keeps coming up as "invalid" when I enter it to open a dispute "ticket." The quality of the item is very poor and the customer service is worse. I have chalked this up to a total loss of my purchase price and I will never order from this company again.

Please be aware that customers who do no receive their packages will not receive a full refund (WHAT?!). At best, they receive a partial refund (2/3 will be refunded, but no product ever arrived), and they notified me of this extra refund shipping "fee" I would pay. Why am I getting penalized for not receiving anything? My address was correct, and the shipping tracker never registered as arriving in the US (only departing for). They did offer to re-ship it, but at an additional cost to me. They collect more money by not having the product arrive. Poor incentives! It shouldn't costs you to see any of your money back when it's not your fault.
Hopefully, after 10 weeks, I will be getting the partial refund. We actually wrote 12 emails trying to get this refund/replacement, but I don't know what will happen. Supposedly I will receive my money, minus these "fees" and an hour of friendly argument with the representative.
The representative was mostly friendly and tried to explain that the business and the customer must both pay when something goes wrong, and I wish the value would be 5/5. I've seen the clothing before, but it's hard to rate without ever receiving a product.
I did two other orders with a similar company, once receiving the shipment and one time not. Seems that a lot of people have problems with never receiving their items.

I have contacted Rosewholesale 3 times and was given a tracking number (which does not work) an explanation that public holidays affect delivery - but REALLY 2 months! Put an order in with them and all of a sudden the product ordered was not in stock. I told them to just refund my money. They kept giving excuses as I continued to say no, no, no. Finally, I put a stop payment in on them with a bad review. They thought they were pretty smart until this point. Then, they promise to refund me, "if you mam remove bad review". I ordered a dress that had a picture with a belt and belt loops, but no belt came. When I contacted them, they said the dress doesn't come with a belt, but one reviewer said she loved the belt that came with it. When I posted my one star review they wouldn't post it. I clicked on over 6 items and they all got 5 stars. Reviews are fake and they won't post the negative ones. The dress was cheaply made and the return policy sucks. Don't order from them!
Clothing came way late, no packing slip, no way to contact customer service. Clothing smelled terrible! Sizes and fit of clothing were awful and one item was not at all what I ordered! This is the worse placing have ordered from in my whole career of owning a boutique! I bought only two times, but definately will buy more. All goods was the same as in the picture at online shop. Some difference between sizes, but it's normal. All goods are made not for European people, so everything a little bit smaller.

Ordered twice from them, 2 coats and 2 shirts... received 1 coat that was way to small, and never received anything else from them, and paypal wouldn't even refund my money as the shipper gave them a shipping confirmation (which I never received anything other than the jacket that was way too small (XL), said they were Asian sizes.
