This is now favorite shopping site. I love that they have really low prices on items I've put off buying at major retail stores. I ordered from them in December and wished I had ordered more. The quality is really good, and it looks nice. They have so many things I like AND want, so I decided to place another order!

This company us terrible! I purchased a few items... which there clothing online looks so rich and expensive. When you receive it... clothes looks cheap like it was purchased from a dollar store... so I decided to purchase there costume jewelry my thought was I can't go wrong with that. When I received items one of my watches were damaged and 6 other watches wasn't working. I contacted rosewood by email... they had the audacity to tell me go get new batteries for them or go get them fixed and they will go half with me to pay the bill... I was shocked! I told them I spend my hard earned money on there merchandise and I expect to receive working items... and im not paying more to get them fixed! There jewelry is inexpensive. So it will cost me more to fix. Smh. Also i purchased a jacket which they sent wrong size. They had the nerve to say give it to your sister as a gift! How do they even know I have a sister? I could've gave it to anyone however i want what I ordered! They jacket was $30 they gave me only a $10 credit! They said I can return it but I will pay shipping cost $20! What! They stressed there not paying it and it, was there fault! Please customers this company is a rip off! There items are cheap and non-working... there clothes looks nothing! I mean nothing like how they look online! SAVE YOUR MONEY! OR YOU WILL HAVE THE WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!

This has been the worst purchase i have ever made! I took a risk and bought $200 worth of clothes only to be infuriated with my experience thus far. I like others wish I would have read the reviews. The quality was atrocious! There wear tears in the lace, the stitching and sizing were awful. I never received my entire order and was never given an explanation. The merchandise came in plastic bags and WET! I have tried to reach out to them via phone and email and nothing! Buyers please be aware! I will be reporting this company!

Be VERY careful when ordering through this company. I read reviews in advance that it takes months to get your order if shipping to the US. So I waited. And waited. And waited. I ordered 2 coats and 4 pieces of jewelry and ended up receiving one single bracelet. I figured maybe they sent them in multiple shipments. I checked with them and they said that everything was shipped but that I didn't pay additional for INSURANCE, so they can't do anything about it. They had no tracking and no proof of sending anything. They had the nerve to ask me to pay more to re-ship my order. NEVER AGAIN.

The 2 dresses I bought looked nothing like the photos on line.The material was cheap and tacky. I would never be able to wear the dresses anywhere. I was totally shocked and very upset when I saw them. They should be ashamed of themselves selling such rubbish and taking our hard earned money. What I got were nothing like what I thought I was buying. Even my postmaster looked at them and was disgusted with what ye sent me out.

TERRIBLE!

I ordered about seven items form this company for a photo shoot and when my order arrived most of it was missing. I sent them messages and they said they would send the rest out immediately... it never happened. I never got the rest of my order and cannot get a refund as I did get a few things... this is turning into a nightmare with my CC company to try and get a refund... do not deal with this company.

This is an update: they finally refunded me for most of what did not show up but they forgot to refund for one item which was $36.00. So still sorting everything out...

Be very careful buying from these people. The sizes are all over the place and you really don't know what you are getting until they arrive. Bought 6 items and only 2 are wearable. Too small, sizing incorrect. Watch out the postage is just as much as the items bought. You don't know about the postage until you have actually committed to buy. I would not deal with these people again especially as postage back to China from Australia is more expensive than the items purchased. Buyer beware!

The size is way too small... the size posted on their site is not what you will get. The quality is also miserable, the buttons on a new shirt are already appearing to fall off, and countless loose end of threads... terrible

Ripped off!

Ordered based on the measurements given to ensure I got it right... the 2XL arrived no bigger than a super small!
Photos are misleading, measurements are incorrect & must only fit super miniscule people - Feel ripped off and conned!

Left a comment some weeks back re my second dress not arriving. It arrived 7 weeks after I ordered it. I did threaten them that I would report them to the consumer association.

I am 5ft. 3inches. The dress is about 3 inches above my knees. I ordered a medium. It is far too small, even though I am a UK size 12/14. It is elasticated and the lace across the neckline is much better than the one on the first dress I bought. I would wear it only it is too small.

The first dress I bought which I wore once, has still got my body marks, from sitting down, across the front. It is a kind of satin material. The lace around the neck is very poor.

From the 2 dresses I received I think it is hit and miss re the quality. Also I would recommend if anyone wants to purchase from them to buy a bigger size that you would normally take.

I will not be buying from them again.

Rip off!

Wish I could upload the conversations I had with Rosewhole cus. Rep. The clothes the sent were rip/tore so Sent them an email. Back and forth so many times with pictures. I paid the dress for over $15 and they said they can refund "$4" what the heck? I told them I will find another dress equal or less to the one that was damage. First one they said out of stock. Second one they told me to pay "$4" shipping and so I did. Exactly one month later I follow up with my order they said its out of stock. What the $#*!! I paid all that and they didnt let me know and i waited a long time and still didnt get my dress. I am very piss off at the service and very poor quality clothing. Never again!

Ordered 11 playsuita on the 02. 02. 15 it is now 08. 04. 15- and I have just received them after mithering and mithering them! I paid extra to have them within 5-7 working days! Didn't get that refunded! They didn't even make me aware! DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF THIS WEBSITE! When I eventually got the playsuits! They are not what was advertised! They STINK! Absolutely awful!

What a waste.

I had a whole shopping cart if items but decided to order two things just to check quality and hopefully not to waste a bunch of money. I put in an order and a month later nothing arrived. So I emailed them and they said the size large jacket I paid for was sold out. So I said give me the xl, it's still in stock. A week later they asked permission to take the size large out of my order and replace it with the xl. I said please please do. A couple days later they said, sorry, that's sold out. What else can we replace it with. I'm waiting for a refund. What an aggravating experience. I'm just happy I didn't buy everything that I wanted.

I ordered my wife a dress at the end of 2014. I'm a god-fearing, meat eating, deer hunting, 100% American and let me tell you this... I know shotty product. You can tell all them no shipping Chineseans this from ol Ed Carter: you done messed with the wrong American. I still haven't received my order and not only do I plan to never give my business again, but I'll be taking to every review site from here to the beautiful mountains of Montana to tell the world about it. Professional Scammers from China! All the goods I ordered arrived with very BAD sewing. THere are holes everywhere and if you try to send a complain in the support site it goes in a loop without allowing to send the complain.

You get what you pay for... crap. I purchased different styles of tops and here are my warnings:
Colour is off. They cleverly lighten the colour in the photo so it looks better than the ghastly colour that it is. Poor sewing, ripped, discolored, very synthetic fabric, heavy stretchy fabric, sleeves very tight and too short, pattern crooked. Sizing is different for every item so you must review the measurement chart carefully. Returning an item costs more than the item so it's not worth it. The shipping can take almost a month and a half.

I have ordered 2 products on Feb 1st 2015 and Still my order was not delivered. I raised several tickets on the site and i always receive a single reply stating me to wait patiently. Disgusting site ever, I request people not to order any product from this site as they snatch the amount from the customers and doesn't deliver the products and My bad that i have made one more order on march 20th, I am worried now that i won't receive any of my products and charged for products, shipping and even tracking which always show a single status 'in transit'. Its a blunder to order on this site without going thru the reviews.!

I ordered a white top on 01/30/2015, but did'nt get it, i contacted my local post office and spoke to the post master but nothing turned up according to them, don't know what to do, after reading all the reviews, i lost the hope of getting a refund from this site, and worried about my credit card being charged again.
