Im a big online shopper this is my first experience with this company and it is awful. They dont reply to you and they ignore you. Very bad customer service. I ordered a dress and it is not the same one on the computer. They tried to copy cat it with awful material and totally different material. I ordered a chiffon dress and it was not a chiffon dress. So now im taking it to my credit card to get my refund. They are a fraudulent company with bad customer service. Never again will i buy from them. If a dress is cheap stay away you know exactly that it wont live up to your expectations.

Order never received! Ordered months ago! Tried to contact them but never got back to me! My opinion is order from British companies. Rosewe must be making a mint from taking people's money and not sending goods! Definite thumbs down from me!

Theyre true to size and fit perfectly

The color of clothes in your website is very cute. The people who often shop online knew that the product you received are usually different from the pictures. I was amazed when receiving my orders that theyre so good. Theyre true to size and fit perfectly. I absolutely recommend it.

Brilliant Online Shop

I shop online with Rosewe.com and I always receive speedy delivery and there is a good selection of merchandize. I use it all the time. Very good service and incredible return policy. Almost all items are priced as good as can be found anywhere.

Just don't try to send merchandise back to them, you will never received anything!

Once they get your money - that is the end of it and you can't communicate with because everything is email.

Company is bad and needs to be exposed!

Order in April not received by September. Told me to check with the carrier. They sent it how would I know the carrier? Foolishly made a second order. Not received. They will resend at my expense or refund 60%. Really? Don't do business with this company.

Horrible

This is the worst scam I have came across in the clothing industry! The material, the quality, and the sizing of the clothes are all ratchet! Hands down across the board do not order from this company! Their customer service is just as bad as their clothes :/

Postal service is a good way to return, and I suppose it’s not much expensive. After we get the return package, 100% refund will be issued.

Good Service and Fast Shipping

I just loved the customer service for their quick response and kindly reply when I had issue in my order. They gave professional presale and after sale services, they gave a good estimate of shipping time. Shipping is fast, too. All orders came in a reasonable time. Everything just went as expected, thank you all.

I HATE THIS COMPANY

The worst company I have ever had to deal with. The worst part is they are so bad but you cannot even contact them. They sent me a torn tank top, I emailed them because that's the only way to contact them and they would offer me a 60% refund, the next email they offered 40% refund and to get it repaired, the next email they offered me 30%, then 70%, then said 60% and then for 2 weeks didn't give me the refund - just kept asking my order number. And finally when I said enough asking my order number and please just issue they refund they then said I have to pay to have the shirt returned to them before they will issue any refund! And I have to pay MORE money to return it to them. And once they received the item they will then reimburse 60%. So I have to eat 40% for a torn shirt that I then have to pay to ship back and never wear... not even a replacement shirt. I have to pay shipping and 40% of my order for nothing... throwing money away. They are the worst! STAY AWAY!

Buyer Beware

I purchased 3 items from this website. It took 4 months for the items to be sent. When they got here they were horrible quality and sizes way off of the chart. When I tried to contact them to send them back, there was nothing and no way for me to communicate with them. I contacted my visa company and was told they have had to contest several charges to this website with no traceable ID. I made a comment on the FB page and it keeps getting deleted

Still no refund

I posted a complaint about my Rosewe purchase over a month ago. They contacted me and promised me my refund. Haven't seen hide nor hair of any refund from this lying, cheating company.
Take my advice: dont buy from, avoid and stay far away from Rosewe.com!

It's amazing and fits perfectly. I was truly pleased with this particular purchase and the quality of material used.The material of product is almost same with the pictures.If you are not satisfied with the products, you can return or change it. PIST OFF!

Placed a order in June 2016 and it's Aug. 2016 and still have NOT received it. No way of contact these people. It's so sad that his kind of stuff is going on especially when ppl. Work so hard for their money. Attempt to track and I have some kind of alert. Something has happen to stop companies like this and WISH! SCAMS. SO upset because all the items seem so pretty and nice.
