I agree with Latasha about both. Placing your address here is not a great idea. This company is a scam. After a very long wait on my product I realized the material wasn't even worth putting on my puppy. The pictures are downloaded from other places or sites and the clothes doesn't remotely resemble the picture. I would never order from them again nor would I recommend it to anyone. In any case if you like wasting money then by all means here's the place for you

I was very unhappy with my items and I'm working on getting a full refund as we speak. Money wasted!

Guys I finally got them to agree to FULL refund after 1 month of pestering emails and writing an awful review on here. Before i wrote on here they were only offering me a 60% refund.

I didn't take it as I worked out the return postage would cancel out the refund. I asked them for 80% refund if I didn't have to send items back as they shouldneed want them anyway as they are not worth selling again. They refused. So I still have the trashy items, but if it's worth anyone's while, just write awful reviews. They will respond. I and I also commented on all their Facebook ads telling people not to buy. I still do! Good luck all!

Hi Helena don't expect much from the items you ordered, the jacket I purchased the quality was absolutely rubbish. I would never order for this company again

I don't work for them... I like you, ordered my 3 dresses and still haven't received it. They haven't even shipped it out and I ordered them 10 days ago.

2. ALWAYS
Check the customer reviews before purchasing on line.
3. Always keep track of your shipment using the tracking number provided. PLEASE BE MINDFUL... Purchases out of state can still 8-10 business days even if the shipping is expedited. Overseas can take 8-10 weeks or longer depending on the location.

I believe this site is basically" you get it when you get it" type of site... I ordered a jumpsuit 3 wks ago and paid xtra for fast delivery and just today got a email saying it has been shipped

These items are cheap all these reviews are real I would never order from here. Yes the prices are cheap but so is the quality and the material. These pictures are passed around from vendor to vendor usually if something is too good to be true it probably is.

I payed for quick shipment and my items didn't come for until after I came back from vacation. When I looked at my items the material was sooooooooo cheap and they were not true to size. The rompers and dress literally looked like plastic. When I tried to return it they wouldn't give me my a return address and would not refund it. After days of going back and forth they only offered 30% and refused to pay for shipment. They did not apologize for the late shipment only made excuses. When I told the the material was cheep the response was look at the low prices the items. It was terrible service I will never order from them again

Yes they r a scam. Don't recomend no one to buy anything from them. They r horrible... it took 45 days for something I ordered and then it was the cheapest nastiest dress ever. When I tried getting a refund. The answer was we will give u 5 percent off just don't ask for refund. They r scammers..

Helena D. Thanks for getting in touch. You will get the product soon. I usually get my orders within three weeks. If you are in an emergency you won't get it. That's not the problem, you better prepare yourself well because you are not getting what you ordered. You will get rubbish, absolute RUBBISH. Please I'm not here to scare you, I have experienced it twice. And there is no one to complain to. I'm very disappointed with the company. I want to smash my phone when I see there website popping up everywhere on my screen. Products are from China, nothing good. Stay away from them. Please. I totally agree with everyone! It took about 2 months for me to receive my product, when I finally received the item I purchased the material was horrible! The skirt looked nothing like pic and they did not refund me

I did the same thing, paying for quick delivery and it took about 3 to 4 wks! Let this be a lesson learned!

I have nothing to do with orders from this company, im pissed with them for being really crappy in every way possible cause i ordered from them and it was nothing but a total let down. It took me close to 5 weeks to get my order and it went straight in the bin and chalked it up to being just my bad luck and stupidity!

I purchased at least 10 dresses from them. It does take at least 6 weeks to get them. A couple of things seem to be the same material. Their sz chart seems to be one sz up on the dress sz. In us. One of the dresses the material was a bit thin. But they do have beautiful dresses. A lot of these companies are in China. I have been shopping around on a couple of sites. I buy one item and I wait. I have just started checking reviews, so it seems maybe some of these companies clothes are hit and miss that's why you see the mixed reviews. I have had a good experience with Rosewe. All of their clothes is between 30 - 40. So I never order more than 1 item at a time. I did order a formal dress from another company from china ( tbdress). It smelled like fish and it was cut terribly. Could not fit in the dress nor return. But there was great reviews about the company, so maybe reviews aren't always helpful.

My stuff came after 5 weeks. You won't be satisfied when you do.

Almost 20 days for delivery of a bag of dust cloths... because that is ultimately the only thing worth doing with the mess that they send through, nothing like what is shown in the pictures- scam

I had an appalling experience lately. Will never ever buy online from China shops again.
Guess prices are appealing but not worth it.

Yes please erase your address and I got my order 30 days later even after paying for faster shipping I Los with PayPal they didn't do anything about it and this company is a SCAM. PLEASE DON'T ORDER. U WILL LEARN THE HARD WAY. Beautiful clothing but that's not what u will get if u get it. Sorry about your experience but please erase your address

I was totally disappointed in my items and the cheap material. The clothing looked like carnival clothing and nothing was as it seemed online. I was so upset I sent the items back. Well you ship back to china so postage is very high plus they take their shipping out as well. Such a scam and will never order from any of the sites again.

Good luck at getting your stuff. I ordered and it was well over a month. They kept telling me 4 more days. 4 more days... so when it hit 1 month since I ordered. I asked for my money back and 2 weeks latter. They still yet to give my money back!

I received 2 pieces of my 10 piece order and that took weeks! The pieces I got were nothing like the picture. They were not even work selling which is what I had wanted to do. There is no way to talk to a real person when you want to return an item or to cancel an order that never comes. They told me by a generated message that they would give me 20% off a new order and that it would be too expensive for me to send anything back and they would not cancel my order. I called paypal and started an investigation and I called my bank. Beware as they may have charged you way more money than you actually spent.

Firstly remove your address as everyone stated. Secondly i believe you would of got a tracking number when you placed your order. I had use dpex.com when i ordered my package... last year. (Still waiting it btw)However this site amongst others are scams please dont purchase from them.

I haven't a clue when you'll receive I still haven't gotten mine so I called my bank and they contacted PayPal so I got a credit. When I contacted rosewe they told me I'd have to pay 3 dollars per item that I cancelled

It takes a while but understand that what you see in the pictures is not what you receive. It comes from China because someone poorly tries to recreate the pictures. I was so disappointed and disrespected. Thin polyester material. Again what you see is not what you receive. Total scam.

It will take triple times the amount of time, even if you cancelled the order and their customer service is very rude and they do not re-embrace your speedy delivery pay. And I HIGHLY recommend you don't give your address to a stranger. Again you will receive your item on their time AND DO NOT GIVE YOUR ADDRESS on a question for a review. Hope you get your item sooner then later. And PLEASE do not put your address to a stranger, that is very dangerous and I would not want you to run into danger because of it. BE SAFE, and enjoy your item, once you receive it

Hi Helena! Always keep your personal information out of the equation when necessary. I placed an order which was supposed to have given me my shipment within 4 days and it was over two weeks. The only person that can answer your question would be rosewe. It was very difficult for me to get my answer until I got my bank involved. Several days later, I received a message from rosewe saying there were still processing, delayed because of a week-long Chinese holiday and I would get my shipment on the 17th which came February 17th. I was very very very disappointed with one item nothing like the picture terrible material Construction was nothing like the picture. I hope that your issue is resolved. Save all of the information that you have sent and received for future references. I will never order again.

If you ordered through PayPal just file a dispute. If you used a credit card or debit card file a dispute with the bank so you can get your money back.

Hi Helena I ordered on 16th Feb and it finally says shipped on the 3rd of March but the tracking still showing in China post so hopefully I will get it soon also I live in Mexborough but you could be waiting a while

Iv ordered loads from them. Tbh the quality isn't perfect but fits the prices. However they do take FOR EVER to deliver!
Iv complained but they did send me a free dress in apology so can't moan.
