Very good site. Received the products sooner than I expected. Because the seller was easy to work with and shipped the clothes out sooner than promised.The size chart is also easy to read. Highly recommend this site. I will definitely buying from your store again.

This is the second time I've purchased from this store. I love the material of their clothes. It doesn't have cheap feel! It feels good and comfortable. Super cute products with a reasonable price. I will definitely shopping from your store again. Absolutely a kind seller!

I love this website, their clothes looks just like picture advertised. The product information is very detailed. So you can choose the product more easier. I am very pleased with their products due to the fits and quality. I recommend the clothes and clothing company.

I wish that I would have read some of these reviews prior to purchasing from Rosewe. I received the items fairly quickly but the items do not fit. There is no return address on any of the packaging so I emailed them and somebody gave me another email address to get the return address. I have been emailing for almost 2 weeks to get an address and the bottom line is that none of the items can be returned. I was also offered 60% of my purchase price and told I should give the items as gifts because shipping charges are too high. What? The latest email from them is a 20% credit on my purchase, which I will take because there are no other options and a discount is better than nothing. Fit vs. size is odd! I have never had any problem with online ordering, and will never order from Rosewe again. I noticed positive remarks about Rosewe, which is because the items were satisfactory and the return experience was not realized. Don't bother ordering from Rosewe. Go someplace else.

I ordered a shorts romper and it was 2 sizes too small. I submitted a ticket to ask for the return address b/c they did not provide one in the package. The ticket was closed without me getting the address. I then emailed them. After 8 emails I finally got a return address. They added that I would only be reimbursed 60% of the cost of the romper b/c of the shipping cost. I explained to them that I paid for shipping, but they said that didn't cover all of the costs that it takes to ship from China! I have reported them to the Federal Trade Commission already.

I kind of met some troubles when I received this item, and asked for help to the cunstomer service. They kindly helped me in every detail, which really impressed me. It was not a big deal, as a matter of fact and everything had been well settled finally. Nice experience, i loved it.

I am seventeen and It may be the best decision I ever made. I wore some clothes bought from Rosewe to go to the party, guess what, everybody praised my beautiful clothes, I decided to recommend ROSEWE to many of my good friends

I don't normally write reviews but I am so incensed by audacity of these suppliers that I thought it was my civic duty to warn people about purchasing from them. Firstly the good - they respond to messages fairly quickly and the package arrived as purchased but be warned
1. The actual clothes do not on look like the pictures
2. The sizing is random - either extremely tight or too big. Even the cut is poor. I bought a jumpsuit and the bodice of the jumpsuit ended in the middle of my forearm
3. The quality is extremely poor - the 'best' dress I received looked like it should be underwear
4. They advised me to sell the clothes online or give it as a gift - right because my money means nothing to me!
5. if you're not a twig [which I am not] don't expect the clothes to be appropriate - thin material, clingy material - everything made from poor quality material
6. They try to bargain with you - I have at least 5-6 emails where they're saying that they'll only give me back 50-60% of my purchase price, minus tax and shipping. I don't understand why they can't give me back all my money - its not as if the outfits are bespoke; and I definitely don't understand why I have to pay for shipping for them to send it - then pay them again when I have to ship to them.
6. They don't acknowledge that the clothes are of poor quality - difficult to speak to.
7. They owe me money for a top which I ordered, but which they did not have in supply. Somehow this have been removed from my account - so it seems I am even get 60% of something I never even received.
8. I have no idea if when I send back the clothes that I will receive any refund. I've lost all trust in this company
9. I bought products (headphones) from another Chinese company - they were defective but they said it doesn't make sense sending it back to us - keep it and well give you a full refund. Rosewe's customer service sucks!
They're spoiling it for ALL Chinese companies because I'll hesitate to purchase anything from there now.

I can go on - but I need to go work hard to replace the money that's been lost as a result of this fraud. I'm in contact with the agents through which I paid to raise a dispute. While I wish Tang well in making his money - Rosewe should not be defrauding other people of theirs.

When I review this website, I am so excited and surprised that why the price is so lower. So I ordered a top to check the quality, today I have received the package, when i open it, the quality is good as such lower price, thanks so much, I will come back soon.
