Please do not waste your money ordering anything from this company! The sizing is inaccurate, the quality is bad, and when you send the items back at your own expense, they only refund 60%! Who does that?!

My mother ordered 2 mermaid tail blankets for her grandbabies for Christmas. This was over 1 month ago and she still has not gotten them. She has tried to contact their "customer service" but has not been able to get a hold of anyone. My advice to anyone who has had a problem with this company is to make a complaint with the BBB Better business bureau. They need to be shut down. After reading all the other horrible reviews I am convinced that this company is a complete scam. Do not order from them!

Yes, it looks nice and price is cheap and they say shipping is free, BUT, I never received item and when I asked for refund they would only refund 60% of what I paid, they claim that they gave me free shipping but for refund they deduct this fee. After several attempts to explain to then, I gave up, my refund of 60% also never arrived! This is a fraud company!

Selling junk

Ordered 2 coats for my wife, when they arrived looked different from what was ordered. They also smelled like diesel fuel. After contacting customer service 3 times they finally responded and had the audacity to tell me they will give me a 15% discount in the form of a store credit and I can use it on another one of their products. They also said maybe I can try to sell it on e-bay or re gift it. (are they for real)then they proceed to tell you about shipping fees and restocking fees. Don't be a fool like me stay away from this company. At least I paid through Paypal I will let them fight this one.

I am currently trying to get a refund for goods that were never delivered! They say they will refund me only 60% of my order because of shipping costs! Shipping was FREE! Terrible company... do not use them!

The size ordered for the item is completely off. I ordered bigger as mentioned on website re size guide and it seems a medium. I have tried to send "tickets" but says that my order# is not right. I am unable to contact these scammers. I will go on all media outlets to advise about their less than honest business including paypal. BUYER BEWARE! REMEMBER THEIR NAME IS ROSEWE BUT THEY ALSO GO BY OTHER NAMES BUT THE WEBSITE IS THE SAME.

This is a horrible horrible trend of companies from China taking advantage of people tryinh to find a good deal with little money. All their websites names are similar so buyer be ware! All the 5 star ratings here, i am sure, are from people hired by this dispicable and aweful company!

TERRIBLE!

I ordered a XL dress from this company. At best the dress was a medium & the quality was low. I wanted to return the dress and have my card credited for the amount that I paid. They gave me the run around for two weeks asking me to download photos/measure etc., which I refused to do. What does taking a photo of something have to do with a garment that is 2-3 sizes too small. If it is too small it's too small... ridiculous. They would not refund my money & take their low quality dress back & only offered to refund 25% of my purchase. I refused & told them to keep their 25%, I'd drop their cheap dress in a Salvation Army box, NEVER do business with them again & tell everyone I know to NOT patronize their business.
There is absolutely NO customer service. They aren't interested in satisfying the customer so therefore they aren't interested in my money or long term business. AWFUL!

I ordered a jacket from this company and first it took forever to arrive. Then when it arrived it came damaged with a hole in the arm. And the fit wasn't very good either. What is the worst part is that it clearly states on their website, they have been giving me the runaround about returning it telling me it wouldn't be worth it to return so to just keep it even though it's damaged. Ugh! I'm stuck with this cheaply made jacket now but will be sure to let everyone know how bad of a company they are!

I was apprehensive about buying anything shipped direct from China but I am pleasantly surprised. The shipping was super quick - order placed on 5/11/16 and received on 14/11/16. The item is well made and good quality (even lined which I wasn't expecting), and the sizing was accurate.
Unbeknown to me, TNT 'recycle' their shipping numbers so initially it looked like my parcel had been received at an address in Poland. When I queried this with yourselves, you replied by return and explained I needed to select my address from the drop down menu - great customer service.

You are dealing directly with factory from china. The sizes are NOT what you would expect. They are very small, like they are made for children. Fabric quality for many of the items was very poor quality. There is no way to know that from the photos on the website. These are deceiving. However, the worst part is returning items. I have been stuck in endless round robins with these people. It takes weeks and weeks for them to acknowledge that they received the items back. They finally agreed to give me refund but want to refund just 60%. Remember you have to pay for shipping back to China and that is pricey. It is not worth the aggravation with these people. Unless you are a tiny person, the clothes will likely not fit. Cost of returning the stuff will cost you a fortune and then after months of wrangling you might get 60% back. This has been a customer service nightmare and there is no satisfaction.

Poor quality, HORRIBLE customer service! Takes 2 months to get your merchandise and then the clothes may be HUGE or may be TINY, you just never know. I ordered 2 sizes larger than normal as they said to, but one dress is like a sack, while one is probably a XS instead of a XL. You can never know what size to order! Their return policy? They'll tell you 60% back if YOU pay to return to China or 20% back to keep it. That was hidden when I bought them. I'm out $25.91! This is how they make their money! Don't ever order from them! The good reviews must be from their management!

I ordered a bathing suit in may and it was returned because they sent it to the wrong address. I had to wait for them to recieve the order back over seas which took about 2 months. In august I finally got an email saying they recieved my order and asked if i wanted a 60% refund or if i wanted a credit to my rosewe account. I asked why am i only getting 60% they told me because they have to deduct shipping since it was free shipping. Which I felt was reasonable. However here it is in october and I still have not got my refund. We email practically every single day asking the same dam question, whats your order number, where is the proof the paypal case was closed do you want 60% refund. I answer every single time giving them every thing that they ask for and then they say ok. As soon as I ask when will i have my money back the questions start iver again from the top. Its horrible and I will NEVER buy anything from them ever agin!

It's been 17 days since I ordered. The online tracking is vague. The online chat is for preorders only, which makes no sense. The phone number is an over seas number. I now have to wait to hear back from an email. So far, this has been the WORST online shopping experience I have ever seen.

Rosewe attempted to help this customer through the Sitejabber Resolution Center, but the customer did not respond
