Horrible experience

Ordered, got my clothes very quickly, sizes of all items VERY small, not close to US sizes outlined in their size guide. Contacted via website to seek return instructions, single response was to send photos. Repeated requests for return address go unanswered. Proceed at your own peril.

Not as advertised

One of the reasons I bit... er... bought... was that they said the dress was cotton. If it's cotton, I'll eat it. I'm sure it polyester. I have to shorten it, but then I have to shorten everything I buy, I'm tiny, and I will do a burn test on some of the scrap to make sure. I like the style a lot, and it seems to fit fairly well. I guess I got lucky. I won't trust them again though.

Forget your mailing address and I am not taking a picture. First it will cost me more than the dress cost to send it back. What did you spend a whole $1 making it? It is supposed to be one color but it is two, and they don't match. It has a big hole in the front and there is no way to hide it. I would like my money back but from your reviews online I guess you won't be doing that will you? I am so hurt that I have been scammed.

Great buying experience

My buying experience was great. I was scared at first because after I spent 105 dollars via pay pal from my checking account, I looked up reviews and I could not find one positive review. Everyone was calling them scammers. Saying that they didn't get their clothes for months and it didn't fit right etc... Well I purchased 4 outfits on Jan10th 2017. I received my items on Jan 26th 2017. They fit perfect. I'm 5 feet 9 inches 225lbs. I ordered Xlarge. The material is as expected its not gucci but its worth the money I will be buying from them again.

Do not buy from this store. I have not received my items, I paid for rush shipping and just got a message on yesterday stating it wouldn't be shipped until after February 10,2017 which is still not a definite date. They added that if I wanted my items faster I should purchase the items that say "ship in 24 Hours) such a joke!

If there was an option for minus stars I would vote for that. Paid for 3-5 day delivery, came 3 weeks later, coat was poor quality, and after chasing up my order I am now wasting my time chasing them again to get my money back and it has so far taken them a week just to reply to me 'when they feel like it' I am demanding my money back and free postage, absolutely worst fashion site I have ever used and they should be taken down for their appalling customer service and low quality clothing. How they managed to get on the internet I have no idea. NEVER BUY FROM THEM! I didn't want to believe the comments at first but now I wish I listened. I will be bombarding them with messages and emails until I receive my full refund, not only for the coat but for the time I have wasted with this company

After 2 months I received my order. It was at least 2 sizes to small. I asked for a return label and they said I would have to pay for return, and they only refund 60%. Then asked me to take a pic of my dress, and send measurements. What the heck? I refused. This is ridiculous! Please don't buy anything from them.

It's a scam.

Don't buy from Rosewe. The dresses are not like anything in the photos, they are poorly made of some terrible material and arrived in months' delay plus there is no connection between their size chart and reality, at keast 20 inches missing.
Save yourself the disappointment.

This was by far the worst online experience! I thought it was a scam at first, because my order never arrived, and there was no customer service no. Available. I filled out a "ticket" but no response. My order did arrive 2 weeks later but the 2 dresses were horrible and looked terrible! Again I filled out another ticket to return but was told that because the items were sold at a reduced price that I should have lower expectations... and that was all... no way to return items offered. So $72 down the drain for items that I'm taking to Goodwill.

Want to let everyone know not to order from the Rosewe web site. The clothes are not of good quality and the sizes are not true to size even by their chart they provide. Then when you ask to return it for a refund, even though the item is not as described, they make you pay to return it and have the nerve to tell you they will only refund you 60%. That was on top of the fact that the item took 2 months to get to me. I know I'm venting... but I am soooo mad! When I went to their web page I couldn't even pull up the order # they gave me. It was like it didn't exist.

Everything comes from China (which I hadn't realised, pricing us in USD, wish I had do e. Are research now) which takes ages and is of poor quality and very small sizes. The items do not look as good as the pictures. It has taken me four emails to even get a return address for my items. I understand I have to pay return postage but they also only give 60% refund of the items. Do not shop here, it is a big scam.

Please do not order from Rosewe, they are a scam, I paid via PayPal and still cannot get my money refunded even though the item was never delivered. They have provided a tracking number for Royal Mail and this appears to be fake.

First of all, I ordered this item for Christmas(it arrived 12/29/2016). I had no idea the item was coming from China. It would have been nice to know this BEFORE I paid for the item. The fabric and quality of seeing are awful.
When I submitted my ticket for a return, the person who responded did not even answer my complaint and asked if I had checked the size chart. Uh, that wasn't my complaint, so I submitted a second ticket. Now they tell me I'm responsible for shopping it back to China and it's going to be expensive. Duh.
*** Buyers beware. These people are only out for your money and could care less about helping to resolve your problem. ****Scam!

I ordered 3 items:
1) advertised 3/4 length pink and grey jacket
Reality- sweater weight that hangs crooked
2) advertised grey sweater with lace
Reality looks vaguely similar with questionable seams and lace out of proportion
3) black top with small studs - I wear medium and ordered xl but sleeves are too tight!?!
When I asked about their return policy I was told my expectations were just too high.

DO NOT ORDER you will be sorry. I ordered a coat that was suppose to be 100% wool and according to their size chart I ordered what my measurements are. The coat came, it is not 100% wool and it might fit a kid 12 years old. Trying to get my money back but cannot get in touch with anyone and they keep wanting me to agree to 20% of my money back. I have ordered alot of things on line but this is the WORST experience I have ever had. The only way they communicate is thru email. You cannot call them. I will NEVER order from them again but I should have known not to order. This company is in CHINA,,,, that says enough.
