I ordered clothes, received within 10 days clothing were 3 sizes too small and still to this day haven't heard about my refund of 78. And on top of that I had to pay 10 to return, bull crap!

No lo hagas, producto baja calidad, pagas por transporte urgente y tarda + de 10 dias, no devuelven el dinero. Porqueria maxima!

Don't do it. Low quality, slow shipment even if you paid extra, they don't return your money. Absolute crap!

What is the " secret " return address. I cannot get them to give it to me. PayPAl should not allow this company to do business with them. They are just as much to blame having a fraudulent company associated with them Lets get PAYPAL to cancel them and Visa too.

You can email back and forth until you request a refund. Then you get this message "To provide best customer care, this mailbox will be disabled from
20th, Feb. 2017 00:00. If you have any question, please contact us by
Submitting a Ticket. One of our Customer Service agents will reply to
Your questions within one working day." When you try to submit a ticket you get error message afer error message. First they cant identify the order number that I literally copied and pasted, next they cannot locate your email address then it's the password they can't identify. It's one roadblock after another to give a refund for a product that was 2 sizes smaller than what was ordered. Horrible experience and still not resolved. Please read the reviews (I skipped this step and totally regret it) before you order. Oh yeah, product comes from China...

Don't do it.

I ordered a dress 21 days ago. My credit card was charged at that time. I have contacted them repeatedly and all they keep telling me is that it will be shipped out soon. I asked them to cancel my order and refund my money 4 days ago and the have not responded. My item still shows as "processing". This place sucks.

Finally... I did get my money back to my card. What a mess. I will never do business with them again. Please read reviews and see pics of their items - they are all over the internet.

Rosewe has no place selling clothes on the internet. The clothes arrived all having unusually short arm lengths. People who order clothes online should be able to exchange it at no cost. They would not do so and tried to bargain to give me a measly 10% and eventually 20% back to keep me from writing a bad review. Finally told me I would need to pay twice the shipping cost to China (no idea why it would be twice the cost) and were very unclear about what if any money I would get back for the items. They are a shameful company that seems to be scamming many of us as I now see from the additional reviews above. Stay away!

I beg you--do not order from this company, as they have no idea what they are doing. I never did receive product, even though I responded at all times in a timely manner. Each time they write they "update" with a new and different order number so they probably can never match up any past correspondence. This is insanity when running a company. Also it's almost impossible to even find where to contact them. They are refusing to give me a refund, saying I can use my $100 at their company. I want nothing from them except my money returned, so I will have to go to the trouble to dispute this with my credit card company. Unfortunately I failed to read reviews before ordering, believe me, you enter into a nightmare trying to deal with Rosewe. I also think they sell under other names. It's a real scam... beware!

I ordered a sweater from Rosewe in Dec. 2016. As of Feb. 13,2017, I started tracking it online. It never made it out of customs in the US and was returned by presumably USPS unopened, in the same packaging back to China. I got an email from Rosewe saying that they were keeping 40% for their inconvenience and shipping and refunding me only 60%. Scammers, free shipping my a$$.

Rip off!

Terrible! Poor quality and the two items I purchased were at least 3 sizes smaller than their sizing chart would indicate. XXL is supposed to be US size 20, but, is actually smaller than a size 10 when I compared. The return policy is ridiculous. Aside from the fact that the customer must pay for shipping it back to China, you are require to have every piece in it's original plastic bag and with the original shipping package. They also request a photo of the customer wearing the pieces to demonstrate the problem, chastise the customer for ordering the wrong size if it doesn't fit and ultimately agree to refund only 60% of the purchase price. If I was to pay to send this stuff back, after they keep 40% for themselves anyway, I would only get back around 25% of what I actually paid. Thieves!

Still haven't received

I ordered a swimsuit almost 6 weeks ago, and nothing. So, I filled out a ticket on the site. Then the person that responded took 72 hours to respond even though their site says 24 hours you should hear something. So, I told them I am canceling my order. He told me because of the Chinese New Year they were having issues getting my items. He told me that I wasn't responding in a timely manner (2 hours), and I need to respond faster. At that point I am DONE!

Rosewe took my money, sent me shoddy goods and when I complained said to keep the goods or Ebay them, or give them to a charity shop because it would cost more in postage than the good were worth to refund me. I can't seem to find any way around this, even though the goods were not fit for purpose in which case they should be paying the return postage. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID

Worst order I've EVER MADE! I work in customer service so trust me when I say I never take the time to complain but this was the exception. I was NOT expecting a top of the line coat but I was expecting something decent! When I made my order I waited two months before asking where the heck my order even was. (Had multiple issues tracking it) FINALLY THE 3rd Month it arrives, open it up first thing I noticed was I received a black one instead of the purple I ordered... but I would have been OK with that had it not been so TINY! I am very thin and ordered a size M but this thing looks like a kids size with strings hanging everywhere. Not only did I NOT get what I ordered but I'm upset about the entire purchase. Waste of money

Took a month to get it! Doesn't look anything like the picture in ad. An X-Large that might fit a child! Poor poor poor quality! I'm just glad I only bought one item from these scammers! Lesson learned! What a bunch of crap! I only spent $27.60, & that was $27.60 too much!

I bought this item in an XL after viewing their size chart. I'm usually a M. When the item arrived, it has a itty-bitty tag on the inside reading XL, but it was either wrongly labeled or Rosewe is an absolute scam. I emailed Rosewe Customer Service TWICE about returning for a refund, and each time I got back a message to email them 3 pics of the item with measurements. Also, when I initially made this purchase, it showed a US sipping address (so obviously I thought Rosewe is US-based. Imagine my chagrin when after my purchase went through, the shipper turned out to be from China, not the US. On top of all this, it didn't include a return label. These scammers expect you to pay for the return sipping. NEVER BUY FROM ROSEWE - IT'S A SCAM!

I placed an order for an item, and here is the disclaimer in the email:

We will send out products in 1-4 working days generally. When we dispatch your order, we'll update our system very soon and email you to tell the tracking number. The whole delivery time depends on shipping method you choose.

WIthin a week, I did not receive a notification nor an email saying that my item did not ship, or was delayed.

I emailed and asked them to cancel the order, and refund if the item was not going to ship that day. First, 24 hours later they couldn't find my order number, which I had to send them. Then another 24 hours later, I received this response:

Hello. All orders canceled after 12 hours will be charged for a fee of 3USD/Piece.
So do you agree with the handling fee 3 dollars per item? Or can we put the refund to your store account? You can use it next time. If yes, then there is no charge for the handling fee.

I don't see this in their terms, anywhere, Now we are 2 days later from my initial request, and they still have not processed a refund! If I don't get a FULL refund for my order, I will be contacing my credit card company to file a dispute.

My advise: DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. DO YOUR BEST TO IGNORE THE CONSTANT ADS ON FACEBOOK. NOT WORTH THE AGGRAVATION!

I have ordered from many Asian companies and been very happy - including for my wedding dress! This one is just awful!

Is it really necessary to write a horrible review to receive resolution to a problem?

If I could give them no stars I would. They offered me $11 refund on a $34 sweater that came stinking of mold and mildew- unwearable. And the quality is $#*!. But if I spent $22 to send it back, I'd get my money back. Really? It came damaged and I have to pay. STAY AWAY FROM THEM.

I so wish that i had seen the reviews for this company before ordering from them! The stuff came late and the quality is even less than poor! Can't do anything with them as shipping it back is not an option- I am not paying for shipping to CHINA! Horrible stuff.

They are frauds

ROSE WE is a fraud company. DONOT SPEND 1 penny on it. I bought few clothes in OCTOBER and till date did not receive it. I followed up on regular basis. Now they cant trace the parcel and offering me 50% refund? God knows on what basis. WHAT IS MY FAULT IF I HAVNT RECEIVED MY PARCEL.IF THEY DONT REFUND FULL MONEY I WILL WRITE IN THE NEWSPAPER.

I am embarrassed that I didn't do my usual investigation into a company I have never ordered from before. But the clothes were cute and reasonably priced. I did not realize they would be shipped directly from China-my bad.
I ordered $184.00 worth. I ordered by the size chart, and I paid extra for expedited shipping- I think it was supposed to ship in 5-7 business days.
Well, I received it after 2 weeks. And nothing fit. Everything was too small.
I have tried to communicate with them but hear nothing in return.
Their return policy is that you have to pay for all shipping costs back to China... Seriously?
This is just a horrible experience and I want nothing more to do with them. Their clothing is cheap, runs small, and smells of chemicals... will never order from them again.
I could kick myself for not doing my normal research with this company. Do not make the same mistake.
I will probably just end up donating these clothes to charity b/c it's not worth the money or the hassle to deal with this company... which is just what they want... bastards.
