The two medium sized tops I purchased from Rosewe.com were way too small. I had recently purchased a medium sized top from Macy's of a similar style that fit perfectly. After waiting weeks to get the tops from Asia, they were not returnable in an easy manner. I would have to pay shipping to Asia. They kept asking (via email - no way to call) me is if I had measured my size. I sent pictures; I wanted an equitable solution. I finally settled for a 30% refund and I get to keep the clothes - oh goodie, just what I needed, two tops that don't fit. NEVER USE THESE FOLKS.
30 days! Exactly one month from placing order to receiving my item. Item is poor quality, at best. Now try to return! The most ridiculous return process EVER. You only have the option of a back and forth "ticket" request which is taking days and I'm still not getting an answer on how to return this piece of junk.

Returns are absolutely not "Simple" like they say. I've been jumping thru hoops and still no success. Rosewe is not responding to my requests for a return... I've never seen anything like it. I buy TONS of stuff online, and NEVER had this kind of treatment.
Ordered an item from this company and after a month of waiting, have never received. Communication is difficult as they are based in China and are in such a different time zone. Excuse after excuse as to why you don't get a product and why they can't refund your money! Save yourself and keep your funds for a reputable company.
I ordered a swimsuit The cost was reasonable so I was reluctant. I entered my measurements (I normally wear a 3X0 It told me to order a 4X so I did. I received my suit yesterday. The sizing is off tremendously. The 4X doesn't even fit my daughter in law who wears a size 10.
After reading all the reviews, I am hesitant to return it for a credit. Why would the sizing be so far off? I can see if it was a size or two smaller but this isn't even close. Horrible, horrible.
UPDATE>>>>>I contacted Rosewe.com at their service department about a refund for bad quality items, Their Administrator contacted me and ask me to send more pictures of the garments, because the ones I send them were not good enough, I send them several more photos of the garments, after they saw them. They ask me if I would agree to a refund for green dress and 20% of the other dress and me keep the product, which was $35.04 total. I did agree and confirmed the transaction, I was told to close the complaint and I would have a refund placed back into my PayPal,; on my PayPal summery it said after resolution they will refund within 2 days,, I did as they said, but its been over week now and when I try to contact their service department they will not allow me to log in, so I cant contact them except through PayPal where they wont reply from the last 3 days where I have send them a message, to reply, I have never had a company do in this manner, Very upset about this, they did not follow through with their commitment to refund me, when I agreed to be refunded less than I paid, I did type on their review after I closed account, I was happy with the way the service department had settled the dispute, Now I cant even change that,, I send them a message saying I am going to turn it over to PayPal the 19th if I have not heard from them by then, This is what PayPal advised me to do, so they can try to get my refund I was agreed on, I could not file a complaint after that date, Very displeased///
I Ordered a dress on Feb. 6 immediately was charged through pay pal ( can't believe they allow this company) received my order payment confirmation and that was the last I heard. Almost 3 weeks passes and still no shipping confirmation or tracking. It states shipping will take place within 1-4 business days. I went on the website to inquire about the order and it kept saying my order can't be found. I'm positive the order number was exactly as they sent it. I became so frustrated and tried multiple other ways to contact them. There is nothing around putting in the order number in which IT CONTINUES TO SAY IT'S INCORRECT. I sent an email and a response back stating I had to submit a ticket. It won't allow it. I didn't read reviews prior to the purchas because it was on Facebook, gave me PayPal option for payment and it was cheap. Dont make that mistake. Steer clear of this company. Still hadn't received my dress and based on what I'm reading I don't plan to for another month or two. SCAM!
I ordered one item from Rosewe, just one, thank goodness, and it is the poorest quality item I've ever owned. There are clear, plastic threads that keep poking they're way out and they have to be constantly cut with a scissors. They must employ children as, sadly, my item appears to have been made by a 7 year-old. It took two months to arrive, too. Never order from Rosewe. Waste of money.
The swimsuit was 8 sizes too small and I'm trying to return it, but it seems impossible. Even then, I might have to pay for return shipping to China.
Do NOT order from ROSEWE. Worst company ever. Products are inferior and look nothing like their online pictures. They dont tell you item is being mailed directly from China, which took way too long. Their sizing is INACCURATE, Scam company. Sad that payapl supports them.
It took two months to get the product but my credit card was charged right away. When the items arrived they did not fit. The sleeves and length of the dresses were so short they could not have been designed on a normal scale. Trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth. After a very long wait on my product I realized the material wasn't even worth putting on my puppy. The pictures are downloaded from other places or sites and the clothes doesn't remotely resemble the picture. I would never order from them again nor would I recommend it to anyone. Answer: Amber you won't receive it or you will receive something and you will want a refund because the clothes look like s@#t! You may just get a piece of fabric not even sawn on! Then you are going to request a refund and they will tell you that you will need to pay for the shipping and to re-consider the refund as it is not worth the extra fee (weird). Once you send it back they will pretend that they have never received it even though I sent mine back on registered mail and someone actually signed for it and I got notified. I don't think I will ever see my money back! They are a bunch or scumbags!
