If it were possible to award no stars, I would. EXTREMELY disappointed. When I initially made contact and was very specific with my ideas, I was assured this was no problem. Money was duly paid. Unbeknown to me, the web design process was then passed to web.com in USA
The website designed was atrocious and despite providing the specific text I needed, this was altered or omitted. EVERY email was ignored and a genetic reply received. It was not possible to log on and make changes myself.
Scoot finally admitted what I wanted was beyond their capabilities and I should not have been sold the package... However they have since failed to refund the design package fee and had the audacity to charge a hosting fee although they were hosting nothing. Every ema to Scoot is ignored, no phone call ever returned and predictably, the full refund we'd been assured of failed to materialise. Scoot customer service is a DISGRACE and non existent
