They trick you into thinking that your order would be delivered by a certain time then once you order you receive info that it will be delayed. Then they ask do you need it sooner only to tell you no. I can't cancel the order because it's basically personalized. They ruin the gift idea because of the delay in time. I want my money back but I'm stuck with receiving something I don't want and it won't deliver until two weeks after the special occasion. DO NOT ORDER UNLESS YOU ARE FINE WITH RECEIVING SOMETHING 2 MONTHS LATER ‼‼‼
I ordered two items on December 13,2024 and was lead to believe they were "standard" shipping for Christmas. It's now January 11,2025. After NUMEROUS emails back and forth and automated emails telling me my order is undeliverable I have requested a refund. If your gut says it's a scam, it probably is. I'm out the € and look like a fool with my Mother inlaw as they were gifts for her. In addition, they sent us on a wild Goose chase looking for thisnfor 2 weeks. They said it was here and to contact our local provider. We went to our bpost location, parcel lockers, and a private delivery business. AND we called a number they provided multiple times ( which no one answered of course)

Utter garbage customer service and business
Paid for an order a full week before the 23rd of December as it was a gift for my 90 year old grandma, it has still not arrived and now the inept customer service is talking about charging me 30% to refund me. Worst company with horrible customer service. I ordered a product over 40 days ago, added insurance as well as opted for Express shipping which promised delivery within 10 days. I had my bank card compromised after making a purchase with this company.
I had issues with delivery which when contacting them was made clear that was my problem and not there's.
They do not give a damn about consumer rights and customer care.
I did - eventually - receive my order only because I went to the couriers local depot and collected it. Unfortunately gifts were as disappointing as the service.
I ordered a photo frame having provided a high quality photo and the picture I received looked like it was painted in a nursery - the quality was shocking. The photo image looked like it was painted and smeared.
The other gift was a charm which was a much better image bizzarely but the engraved writing required a magnifying glass to read - just pay the extra to Pandora and get the real thing and a longer retention of your hair line!

I ordered an ENGRAVED PICTURE ON A WALLET of my late Father n law for my husband for Father's Day from this garbage SOUFEEL COMPANY. I also had it engraved w a saying from the kids on the back of the wallet. Where to start. Typically when you buy something from a vendor if there was an issue with your order they will work with you to make it right.
In this case, I miscalculated on the sizing, and when asked if I can return the incorrect size for a refund as I'd already purchased the correct size, I was told I'd assume responsibility for shipping the item back.
Not to the US Hub, but to the original factory in China. This would have been well over $100 worth of shipping to get a $40 refund.
So instead I'll be keeping both bracelets and just reselling the one that is too small at a loss.
Additionally we are already starting to notice tarnishing on the "sterling silver" charms.
Overall poor experience, with a long wait time between initial order and actual delivery.
The one thing I can say was positive is that the charms are universal, so I can buy from any other reputable online shop and they will still fit those bracelets or additional charms.

Product look nothing like the picture we provided. Contacted customer support to see if we could exchange or have the watch altered in any way and there reply was that some photos dont turn out well.
