Took 17 days from order to receipt. Lovely picture bracelet pendant. Emailed customer service as tracking facility did not work and they responded within 48 hours. Would definitely without a doubt order again.
Horrible shady company. No communication after 3 emails! Take your money and don't respond. Says order emailed weeks ago yet no tracking provided. Says in US.-most likely Singapore or China warehouse based. So disappointing. Now have to file dispute with PayPal
Hi, never had any issues. My order was put in 28/12/15 and received 11/1/16. I am in Perth Western Australia. Beautiful jewelry - bought bracelet and charms for my daughter who turned 16. She loves it so we will definitely buy again. Thanks Soufeel for your wonderful service
SCAMS! Terrible! I ordered my item 2 weeks preliminary, but it's still not even shipped, absolutely no contact and customer support. Hardly found somewhere a phone number, which of course was busy with other customers all the time! I even left a voicemail and email, but never ever heard back! Please ban that website!
Do not buy. I repeat DO NOT. Scammers using fake site which says USA. They are in China. Customer service is a robot. I will be taking legal action against these people as they are refusing to return my money or send the item. They claim its sent by Australia post has no record or anything. Stay away from this lying company

My Husband ordered a bobble head that should have looked like us. However, they messed up on me! We asked for our refund back multiple times but they wouldn't. They kept offering partial and that's not right! Oh and they also said, "you can paint the skin color yourself!" Are you freaking kidding me! This company is a scam! I placed my order almost 2 months ago and nothing. They won't process a refund either. 10/10 would not recommend buying anything from here.

I was dubious after reading some of the reviews on there page, But they answered all my emails and my photo charm arrived 3 weeks after ordering. Make sure you order within plenty of time (bearing in mind they are coming from China). I will be using them again xx
I have tried getting in touch with this company numerous times. I get a generic email back saying please wait until we have time to look into the situation. You cannot call or write to them. I think this is a scam! Stay away! I placed my order on December 5th. They took the money out that day. When I track my order online it says processing. Well its been processing for 15 days? I'm just guessing there is no way it will be here by Christmas. Will be demanding a refund!
HI if you ordered customized items, we usually need 3-7 days to handcraft, and at this time of year, delivery will take more time than usual. Currently our customer service has over 10k letter to reply one by one, hope you can understand, we will response you ASAP. Sincerely sorry for this.
Placed order over a month ago to receive in time for Christmas. Email after email and all they can do is send you a tracking reference which states nothing. Promise of three day turn around from delivery. No email to advise of production problems until I emailed them. Shocking service.
Would highly recommend this firm. They resolved and sorted my problem out with no quibbles whatsoever. Also their charms fit on a Pandora bracelet which I have and will only be purchasing Soufeel charms for it from now on.
After being quoted 4-5 business days for processing, two weeks later I my stuff still hasn't shipped. Their customer service page is just a mess of Latin filler text. No number to call, no email. The credit card number I used to pay for my order was stolen less than a week after ordering from Soufeel, racking up charges at hotels and pool supply stores. Given that I can't reach anyone about the status of my order, all signs point to a fraudulent overseas company. I don't know any "real life" people who have been successful ordering from this company... I suspect a lot of the positive reviews here are bought and paid for. Such a waste.

Horrible customer service! The site has father's fay specials and banners everywhere but my order won't get her on father's Day which makes no sense. It was placed 2 weeks ago. Customer service phone number is just an automated voicemail that no one ever responds to. I already know it's going to be an issue getting a refund. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. You will be very disappointed if you do!

I love my bracelet and charms! They personalized a couple of mines with family pictures for a very good price! You can't get that at pandora or tiffanys. I have all 3 products and by far I am loving Soufeel much better :)

I initially gave them a very poor rating due to customer service. However, once I got their attention, the issue was corrected and I have received my products. They are very beautiful and seem to be the same quality of much more expensive brands. I have seen many complaints about customer service and shipping issues. Remember the squeaky wheel gets fixed first! Make a lot of noise, post comments on their Facebook page, submit reviews here and other public sites and post that on their Facebook page, I even emailed their CEO. Something worked because I stopped getting auto replies and broken English responses and got some real answers followed by a swift correction to the issues. I will shop with them again.
I live in the good old British Isles and was not expecting too much considering how much I spent on a bracelet and seven charms but Soufeel made me eat my words! The quality of your charms are amazing and so affordable compared to your nearest competitor in England that being p... a. Shipping was free and received my goods in nine days. Very disappointed in this company! Saw the items online, placed and order. Paid 19.99 extra to receive before Christmas even thought their site said guaranteed delivery before Christmas. Order has said shipped, go to DHL to track and info says request from China! Website said coming from California! I am beyond pissed this was the only gift I was sending to my mother! They took the money out of my account and I have no clue where the item is! I will be filing a report with the Better Business Bureau! Shame on Soufeel! Now what do I do!

I ordered a photo bracelet for a friend whose mother passed away. I received it the bracelet was nice but I am not able to see the picture at all. How do I give this to someone when they can't even view the picture. I have emailed and did chat support and have not received any help.
