I ordered a zippo lighter for my husbands Birthday 2 months before so it would get here in time. Here it is over 8 weeks later and I still have not got it and his Birthday has passed. They offered to give me 20% back but still charged me shipping and everything. Sent me an email almost 3 weeks ago saying it was shipped and would be here within 8 days. Still haven't got it. Horrible customer service. Will never order from them again.

Made an order last April 1,2017 from Soufeel.com and had a conversation with a representative over live chat to clarify about shipping details that my items will arrive from 6-12 days to my location (Cebu, Philippines) before I placed an order. Now it worries me reading those reviews especially my orders are still in processing status yet the charges are already debited to my account and it's over 2 days since my purchase. Live chat seem always unavailable after I purchased. I am in constant check with my account to see my order's progress and awaiting for the tracking number to be provided but it appeared to be slow. I was hoping to do another purchase but with what I'm seeing with my first, I am doubtful to make my 2nd. Maybe not anymore. I probably go Amazon.com next time where service is highly reliable with high level of response. Thank you.

I placed an order on 2/1/21 and still have not received it. Their customer service is the absolute worst. They aren't helpful and take forever to her back to you. The items were time sensitive and I paid for express shipping, the company refused to give me a refund. Untrustworthy business.

I made an order 12 days ago and they just keep on extending the processing date every two days. There is no way to contact them their customer service just differs you or states no one is available. Do not purchase from them.

Ordered on 1/6/16 and never received my order! Tracking says out for delivery since 1/23/16... I have emailed soufeel and posted in Facebook and they keep giving he same answer... be patient the storm caused delays! How can something be out for delivery for a week? Post office and fedex confirmed package is lost but soufeel keeps giving me the same answer to check the tracking. At this point it's not about the money it is about the horrible customer service! First thing in the morning I will file a dispute/fraud with my bank to get a refund. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!
I bought several personalized charms and then bracelet as gifts recently on Soufeel when I found out that they have same quality stuff as Pandora but price are much cheaper. I contacted their customer service when I had to return when of the item I bought. They sent me replacement right away. They read emails and responded quickly which I really appreciated from online shopping. Highly recommended shopping experience.

I tried Soufeel because my mom got me a Pandora, but the charms are expensive! Then I found Soufeel online as an affordable alternative. I browsed through the website and I like the designs. Also the freebies and free shipping.
The customer service is great, constantly getting in touch with me. My order arrived quickly, less than 2 weeks! I was thrilled when I got the delivery. The paper bag, box and the pouch are pretty. The jewellery are in good condition. Shiny, white and sparkly silver. The charms are detailed. I'm thinking of orde ring again. I hope I get the same experience. Thank you Soufeel!

Today came the item that I had bought from this company.
It came in a completely damaged box that I paid 10 dollars for.
The company offered me a refund which I accepted.
Thereafter I also find out that the plaque (the main item that I have bought) has very visible scratches. Instead of offering me a replacement or something similar, company started bargaining with me on 5% refund from the original price. I had to settle for 12% refund as they would not give me any other form of compensation.
By far the worst experience I've had with a business. Really shameful to bargain with customers like this.
So sad that such a nice product had to be ruined and thereafter be so poorly managed by the company.
UPDATE:
I have after writing this received a mail that offered me a replacement.
We will see how the replacement arrives.

I really love all 13 charms I ordered including the personalized photo charms. I have 4 more charms just got shipped out today, not sure why it was such a delay. Customer services were very prompt and efficient when I contacted them via online chat and emails. The shipping, however, is a little slower than I expected.

Me and my co-workers pitched in to get our co worker and friend a necklace because he brother passed. We ordered it on 2. 9. 18 and its now 2. 27. 18. I haven't received any correspondence. They claimed they shut down the shipping for 2 weeks now. Their isn't a phone number to call, a live chat that work, anything. This is such a huge let down for my friends.

So I don't even know if this is a real company? It's the weirdest thing, you place your order immediately it says it shipped, and then nothing more. It was the worst experience with the company I've ever had. Again I don't expect it to be shipped overnight, but some communication. I spent the money I've emailed several times, they have no phone number to call, the chat feature is a joke. I am just so disappointed. I'm not sure what to do. I just never had an experience like this with the company I wonder if they're even real
My custom bobble head was done by a marker and didn't even remotely resemble the picture that i sent in. The website says 90 day guarantee but won't even give me an address to return. It says from the U. S but its not. Don't even try with their customer service, it is a waste of time. The only response you will receive is that the artist is happy with it. This website needs to be shut down!

I wish I'd had read reviews before ordering. It said orders ship within 2 days, I ordered a gift for a friend on April 17th. Still hasn't shipped. After seeing reviews and Their "live chat never being available" I'm worried. I may request my $ back while I still have time to get my friend a gift on time. Several weeks ago, I ordered a charm bracelet for a friend whose son had just committed suicide. I received an email immediately upon placing the order that stated that my payment had been processed and my order was placed. There was no information regarding shipping in the email. Weeks later, I have called several times. The phone has never been answered, nor have my messages been returned. Apparently, Soufeel is good at billing credit cards, but not so good at shipping out their product.

This is my third order and will order many more times. Awesome charms and great communication. Just opt for express shipping if you want your products faster as shipping can be a bit slow. But I love all their charms just gorgeous!
I purchased a charm of my beloved pet that passed away last Christmas 2015. I ordered my charm on 1/3/16 and received it on 1/20/16. I'm extremely happy with my charm! It's the same photo, just a mini version :) I will definitely be ordering from your company again soon! Thanks so much SOUFEEL!
If I could give no stars, I would. If you're lucky and your customized with photo order comes out nice, congrats. MINE CAME OUT AWFUL. They want me to pay for shipping ANS give me 15% of my money back. Ends up being around $6 which doesn't even cover the cost of shipping I paid for The engraving they gave me looks terrible and I would be embarrassed to give it as my anniversary gift. It was shocking because my sister bought two wallets for our father and her boyfriend that came out nice, however mine makes me look like a Lilo and Stitch character. When I emailed them these exact 3 photos(1&2 being the one i sent/received. 3 is one my sister previously purchased), they told me it looked good and I got what I paid for. What a joke. Maybe this review will help me get my well deserved refund.

This is the worst company every, I ordered one from them and customized it and it arrived with no text and wrong gems. The rings is of the lowest quality ever, you can get one just like it from Walmart for $5. Their return policy is a joke, and they take forever to respond.
