I wish I'd had read reviews before ordering. It said orders ship within 2 days, I ordered a gift for a friend on April 17th. Still hasn't shipped. After seeing reviews and Their "live chat never being available" I'm worried. I may request my $ back while I still have time to get my friend a gift on time. I've ordered from 4 other companies since and everything has shipped accept Soufeel disappointed.
