Have been using RetailMeNot.com faithfully for a couple months to buy discount gift cards. Never a problem. Until now! Out of no where they cancelled my gift card order. Tried 3 different times. Still they decline my purchase. My credit card isn't the one declining the purchase. RetailMeNot.com uses a 3rd Party to verify purchases. And, they can tell me nothing more than "it was declined by our 3rd Party. Sorry. Try another website." What? I've been wrongfully flagged. Ridiculous. I have absolutely no credit trouble and am in good standing with my credit card company.

I've been a regular on RetailMeNot for four years, usually looking for and submitting promo codes. Although sometimes I come across invalid ones, I still find it to be the most reliable and comprehensive source for promo codes on the Internet. The majority of the codes are actually supplied by users like you and I. The site encourages all users to contribute to the community when you have none exclusive codes that you can share with others. Once you submit a code it will be validated and posted shortly. RetailMeNot also offers site exclusive promo codes.

I've gotten cash back a few times without any issue. It is a recent development that works in the same way and takes as long to receive the fund as Ebates and other cash rebate sites. All of them have requirements you must follow in order to receive the cash back.

Now I can't view any codes because it wants me to install an app, which I refuse to do. There's a pop up window preventing me from viewing the website. Why do I need an app for everything?

I have been getting a complete run around trying to get 20.00 rebate from a purchase. It is ridiculous! At first they wouldn't even respond. Then they kept requesting the same information over and over. Finally I got the credit for the rebate. Then I could not withdraw it. Same thing... email after email requesting the error or screen shot. Well over 20 emails trying to resolve this. My account is completely messed up. I cant request money or edit my information or anything. I personally think this is a gimmick. There is no way they cannot figure out this problem. Dont use them. I like the coupons to use in stores but other than that dont fall for it like I did. Some people are out much more than I am.

When you make a purchase using a cash back offer, many times something will go wrong and retailmenot will not automatically detect that you made a purchase (even following the specific instructions each time). Thats ok, though! On the website it says that if your cash back reward doesnt automatically go through the process of approval, just email them with your receipt and they can review what offer you activated and if your purchase qualifies for cash back. Sounds easy enough, right? NO! The customer service agents decide, themselves, when they no longer want to do this for you. And they obviously get pretty tired of doing this very quick and dont want to do their job after someone makes just a FEW requests! There is no maximum limit for making this type of request outlined in their terms and conditions! So ridiculous!

I bought $200 e-gift card with $174 for Buffalo Wild Wings yesterday and went to dinner at the restaurant. Then I found the gift card does not work and the manager says the balance is $0. I sent them e-mail and tried to call them. But the phone does not work and nobody will answer the phone. This is illegal and this company should be banned. I found many other people had the same issues with their gift card from RetailMeNot. It just wastes time of people.

Was on page for panera bread savings and clicked on link for free pastry or sweet when I sign up... I signed up and see the "thanks you have subscrited to best of retailmenot"... It says no code needed, continue to store. When I do and input my order, I am charged for the cookie. Not reputable to offer something, get the customer to sign up and then not deliver as promised. So I would clicked on chat button to ask for help in getting my free pastry or how to unsubscribe to retailmenot for falsely advertising. I checked my email and did not get anything for a pastry but given it says no code needed continue to site I knew there would be nothing in my email. Guess what: received message "No agents available"... what a joke.

This site is spammy. It's obvious they keep a bunch of expired deal content up on the site so the search engines see it as more content, but it is a waste of my time to look through a bunch of expired or fake deals. Why don't they just take down the expired deals...? It's an seo play and they're screwing with consumers user experience. There are better deal sites out there. Lots of them... and these guys won't last long once google cracks down on these tactics (or a better search engine shows up).

This is an exceptional website! I check it almost daily to make sure I am not missing out on money saving coupon codes for websites I already love. Before I make an online purchase, I always check Retailmenot.com to search for a coupon code for money off the website or free shipping. I am now so spoiled I won't complete a purchase unless I have a coupon code. My friends and I love this website! Thank you for saving me a bundle of money!

Saying that I do a lot of online shopping is an understatement. Saying that retailmenot.com has saved me thousands of dollars is an even bigger understatement.

I visit retailmenot.com before I make any online purchase. Some stores don't have coupons, but most stores do. I've saved money on everything from plane tickets to clothing to food deliveries. If I counted out the money I've saved from checking in with this website before I make a purchase with any other site -- Well, that just explains why I have enough money to shop this much.:)

My tip -- and this is really important -- is to visit retailmenot.com before you ever submit your credit card information to another site. You might not find a coupon for the store in question, but then again, you might find a coupon that will save you a bundle.
