We gave one of our customers a coupon code and they did not upload it or forward it to anyone else but the Chrome plugin has "scraped" the coupon code from the "secure" checkout - and has been used over 50 times. I have reported this to Google. Unbelievable :(. I can see from other reviews that this has happened to others from other reviews in this list ( but on the receiving end). I still can't believe something like this is allowed to be on the web anywhere!

I wanted to buy some Swple Panda bamboo fabric items and saw reference to Coupon Discounts. I could not access what I needed on e Swole Panda site and queried the authenticity of the discount coupon availability. As a result CouponBirds made contact and in particular Krause Scott - I know not where they are based nor how they operate, BUT the bottom line is that Krause took control of my problem, researched and returned with a clear definitive answer that concluded the issue for me - this I find is an unusual customer care result nowadays. I came across CouponBirds several times when I was looking for coupons. Never, and I repeat NEVER, found one that works.
Now they are also promoting one of their browser add-ons, promising $5 coupons. Obviously the $5 is not usable and the coupons remain wrong. Just a way to guarantee them more commission.

I was given a coupon code by a popular sports retailer and placed the code in the promo box of my cart. I didn't end up purchasing because I needed to save money. When I went to order the next day, the coupon was used and was showing up on couponbirds website. They actively monitored the site I was using to place the code in the promo box, stole it without asking and before I was able to use it and published it on their website. I'm so upset. Definitely spreading the word about their shady business practices

I was looking for promo codes for my local cannabis dispensary and CouponBirds advertised several I could use that were all active. When I went to see them the CouponBirds website kept nagging me to install their app to save even more and that they could apply all coupons at check out.
Not only is their Chrome app questionable at best, but it turns out they didn't know anything about the store I was looking for. They basically lie about deals they can get you to install their app. I very strongly feel they got something going on with their website that will just tell you they have promos for anything you're looking for.
Not working CouponBirds, especially when I discovered about a dozen "different" websites that all advertise the same thing, nag you to install their app and the websites look identical to the rest. I feel like this is probably just one company ripping people off.

I e-mailed CouponBirds regarding a non-working coupon, which on my computer also revealed a private e-mail address. Krause from the CouponBirds Support Team was very quick to respond to my e-mail, and promptly and fully addressed my concern. He took full responsibility of the situation, and dealt with it in very professional manner. He was very courteous as well.
I've been trying to get this site to remove our discounts and branding for months now with no response. They are using our trademarks without permission and the next step is to file a takedown order against the site.
